Kudos to the team at the copy center. I made a mistake in my online order- instead of uploading four unique documents, I uploaded one of them twice. I received a call from the staff and was able to email them the 4th document. But, with the slight similarities of what I was doing, I uploaded an incorrect one, again. I came to Office Depot to print 2 pages for a flyer (on 5-14 around 10:02 am) and I was sent directly to the "self service" area by a gentleman working the in the print area. I was clearly having a difficult time and asked for some assistance. The guy at the desk yelled for a "manager" (so she calls herself). She yells back, " wait, I'm talking to someone on the phone. Clearly I can hear the whole conversation. A few mins later, she comes over and reads the notification I get. "Add paper for custom print" I only wanted to look at a different format. I told her I wanted to print a flyer that would fit in a tent and she starts going on saying "she doesn't know what I mean" so I pointed to one on the table next to us showing her exactly what I wanted. She takes me back to the print screen and says thats what I'll get. I'm thinking we're in agreeance with what I need. So I print and the picture only takes half the page. I turned to her and said this is exactly why I waited in line. I need a refund. She goes on about how I can submit a time to come in later to pick up and pay for some service and she can't issue a refund since I printed. That's unacceptable, being I called her over for help and she guided me. She goes on again about this drop off service when it would have taken 2 mins out of her time to take me through the steps and give me what I asked for. When I asked for a manager she claimed to be one. I declined the service and told her I need my refund. I mean there wasn't even a line, I'm the only customer in the print area. She gave me a refund and rips the paper up as I'm standing there. Being nasty for no reason. I am disgusted that Office Depot would put someone like her in position. I run a business and I've been in this location on Roswell rd many times and it's usually a seamless visit. I finally talk to a manager and have the worst visit yet. Who hired her??? WORST PRINT EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER OFFICE DEPOT AGAIN. I just moved here from another state and had a local Staples store nearby and spent lots of money over the years and was treated like my business mattered. I called this Office Depot ahead of time regarding my printing and was told I could drop off what I needed printed. While waiting in the line to talk with 1 of the 2 women behind the counter, the one woman with long blonde hair told me to go and place my order online on the computer in their service area. I tried to explain I have questions and my request was ignored. So instead of giving them my business for printing and other items I had planned on buying, I walked out went to Fedex (paid more) and then to Walmart to buy my office supplies and printer ink. Very disappointed and will never shop again in this store. Good customer service matters. So, between printing at Fedex and Walmart my office supplies, my purchase totaled over $300. read more

This Office Depot location did a great job of making me a satisfied customer. Francisco reprinted flyers that were originally not double sided as ordered. I have to say though that the line for print and shipping services is a little unusual. It has two entrances, and when someone is standing at the register, you have to go behind them within less than six feet (COVID 19). Otherwise, the store is clean and everyone is friendly. read more

I have to admit I've never been that big of a fan of Office Depot. In the past I've not have great experiences with this company so most of the time if I can avoid coming here I do. However this time I was going to Petsmart and I needed some sharpie pens....I like those no bleed thru ones...Krogers runs these buy one get one free sales and I'll buy about 6 of them and for some reason after a few weeks I'm always down to 1 or 2 left....I think there is a sharpie elf thief at my house.... Office D not only had my sharpies but they were on sale plus I was able to get a few more other sharpie colors to add to my collection.... There was a employee that came up to me and offered to help me find stuff which was nice and my cashier was super....definitely one of the best Office D in the area.... read more

Terrible customer service! I called at 5:15 to ask how much laminating would be. Got a price and immediately drove to the store. Arrived at 5:38 and when I inquired about laminating was asked, "are you the person who called?" I said yes and was then told that the laminator takes about 10 minutes to warm up and I will need to come back tomorrow because they close at 6:00. It's 5:40 at this point and the laminator takes 10 minutes to warm up, so that's 5:50 and the store doesn't close til 6:00...Why do I have to come back tomorrow? Because "We can't do it today." I assure you I won't be coming back to spend my money with you tomorrow. read more

Great Office-Depot! I came in for back-to-School shopping, and they had everything I needed. The back-to-School sales are a great deal! $0.10 for folders! $0.50 for notebooks! $1 for 24 pencils! In general, Office Depot is overpriced, but the products are very high-end. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that they sold reusable straws by the registers. $2 for 24 reusable straws. That is a great deal. The cashier was very kind, and happily scanned my coupon. Overall, this is a great location of Office Depot, especially for school supplies. read more

I have been in your store three times now, and every time it was always the same sorry customer service scene. I literally have to track one of you down if I have a question. Oh...I'm sorry. Just tried to buy 2 ink cartridges totaling $124.00. Had coupon for $25 off total with ink purchase of $125.00. Manager refused to give me the discount. Really? $1 short? I do a lot of business with this location but will never do business with them again. They have no products that I can't buy cheaper elsewhere, and where my business is appreciated. The store obviously has changed for the better! New Years week, everyone is out of work and school. Busy! Busy! Rush! Rush! Yet I walk in here and the place is wonderful! There was a 40yr old employee waiting at the door stopping and assisting/directing every customer who came in! I have no trouble locating all the items I need. Navigating the well-lit, wide-aisle store is easy! Checking out is quick and painless! We even were directed by overly helpful cashiers (all of whom were over 30yrs old, both male and female, Black and White) to a shorter line so check out was even faster!! What could be better? My ignorance, my mistake. I floundered around in this place for 10 minutes looking for something I wanted to buy quickly since there was no staff to be found. When I got to the register, there were about a dozen people in line. Help was called and the interminable wait was continued. Finally, I was directed to the 'expedited service' register. As I waited there, the last person that was in the line I was in initially was checked out. I left the items in the store and came home. In less than three minutes, I found the items on Amazon at half of the price being asked by Office Depot with no COVID exposure. The merchandise will be delivered in the morning. This is a small store. The day time cashier is rude and unhelpful. I've been in on multiple occasions and she just seems unhappy to be there. They also have a limited supply of printer toner on hand if you need it the same day. Do yourself a favor and order what you need online. read more

The customer service here is atrocious. I've come here three times for print jobs for my small business and a few other times to pick up random items. There is ALWAYS a long wait. In the print and copy area, if you submitted an order 5 days ago it doesn't matter. They do not work on your job until you arrive and there is always a problem with it. I've thought perhaps it is me but everyone in line always has an issue. At the regular cashier, the employees are slow and unhelpful. I vow never to return here. Ah what a nightmare. I ordered two stamps from here...was told they would be ready in two days. Went back in two days and they couldn't even find the order...better yet when they finally found the order, they called me to tell me it was ready. When I arrived, tthere was only ONE stamp! The newly renovated store has a great selection. What is not so great - it's actually awful - is their customer service in the print center. The guys on the floor (if you can find one) are very helpful. The people in the print center are just downright rude. As in I have never consistently experienced employees with such attitude. If this was just a one time occurrence I might give them the benefit of the doubt; but this is something experienced in at least a half a dozen times I have been in this store. And not just to me - to other customers in line too. I am actively looking for a new print center because today was just the last time I can handle people who I choose to shop with being rude. read more

Just a heads-up to let you know that you apparently have a real problem employee in your copy and print division. I have no way of knowing if it's the same one that Nadia V. mentioned in the review from 8/26/15, but I suppose it could be. I really wouldn't have even bothered mentioning this but for the fact that even after my experience, I recommended this store to another person who needed some quick work done. I never even said anything to him about my experience because I assumed it was a one-off kind of thing, but apparently not. I was in the office supplies section of the store and needed just one bubble mailer, not a whole package of them. I asked the cashier if there were any way to buy an individual one, and she told me that yes, I could purchase one in the copy and print section. (she was very nice, as are all the cashiers and employees there whenever I go in) So I proceeded over there and there were two employees; one was waiting on another customer at the counter, and another one (the problem one) was working on a print job at the machine. So I waited patiently for someone to become available. When the one working the print job finished, she proceeded over to the counter and started packing up her job. She was standing RIGHT in front of me and NEVER even acknowledged my presence. I wasn't expecting her to stop what she was doing but she could have said something like "I'll be with you in a moment" or something to that effect. Instead she gave me an impatient glance - even though I had not said a word to her. I stood there a little longer hoping that she'd eventually ask what I needed, but she didn't. She just turned away from me and starting working on a different project. I got the message loud and clear, and I left the store. Fast forward to the other person that needed a quick print job. In general conversation, he mentioned that the lady at Office Max "could not have been more rude." That caught my attention, so I asked him what she looked like. The physical description he gave matched the lady that (did not wait) on me. I will continue to patronize the office supply section of the store, as they are really nice over there. But I won't be returning to the copy and print section. There's a FedEx/Kinko's very close by, and that's who I will use for any future printing and copying needs. read more

It took me 10 minutes to check out I was buying one item. And it happens everytime I have attempted to shop here. I tired to respond to Office Max directly but I received a faulty survey code. I do not usually write reviews but I think it's important for me to make light of what a disservice one of the employees in the print center at this store is doing to the reputation of the store. I say this because yesterday I was in the store for the same services and had wonderful, competent customer service. Today (a different employee) was incredibly incompetent and rude. As I walked in she was arguing with a customer about whether it is possible to print two sides of a document on one page (it looked to be the size of a driver's license). Instead of listening to him, every time he tried to tell her just to give him the print-outs as is, she would raise her voice and say "You don't know. You just don't know when it goes in. You don't know. You just don't know." He finally got a word in to tell her to just give him the documents as-is. I could tell from his expression that he will never return to that store. I then told her that I needed to print two documents from my email and then photocopy a few pages (the same tasks I had wonderful experience with yesterday). She preceded to tell me that she could not print them if I did not email them to Office Max. I told her I did not feel comfortable with that since those are sensitive, personal documents and that yesterday I was able to pull up my email and print them straight from there. She then said that people have been telling her that, but that that was not an option. I then explained to her again what I needed done and after probably 2 minutes of standing at the computer she was able to pull up Gmail. I logged in and pulled up my documents and as I was moving the keyboard towards her the screen changed. She had no idea how to pull my email back up. I had to explain to her to click on the Chrome icon at the bottom and when it wasn't there that it must be in Internet Explorer, which she also did not recognize. After she printed my documents she started to ring me up and I reminded her that I also needed some copies to which she responded "I could have done that while those were printing" as if I had wasted her time EVEN THOUGH I had told her when I first walked in that I needed a few things printed and a few things photocopied. I payed my balance and as I was leaving she began to help another customer to whom she told that copies are $0.25 a piece, unless she has to put them on the glass, then they are $2.99 a piece. He questioned the differential in price and she immediately became defensive and argumentative again. That is when I left the store, incredibly frustrated and deciding whether or not I should make a manager aware in person while I was there. I opted not to avoid making a scene and I did not have the patience to argue with her in front of management. All that being said, I have been using this branch of Office Max for 14 years and never had an issue. But it think it of the utmost importance that the management know what poor customer service she is providing and that she is running customers away. TL;DR: I witnessed an employee of the print shop act incompetently and unprofessionally to 3 different customers (including myself). read more
