    Store pickup items and price
    Lexa M.

Placed a store pickup order for some art supplies because the prices seemed reasonable when i was looking online. They said they had alot of customers in the store so they couldnt process my payment over the phone so i didnt know my total and i expected to pay the prices listed online. When i went to pick up my order at the store, the price was more expensive and the total was like a big difference than what it said i would pay when i originally placed my order. I don't appreciate the deceiving prices, and i was blindsided.

Been to this location a couple of times when I was looking for specific things. They have a lot of good fine art items. Things related to drawing, painting, etc. First time I went into the store, I was looking in particular for a portable/small watercolor all inclusive paint set that was only available with the Winsor and Newton brand. It was quite pricey. Second time I was looking for rolls of canvas. They can cut them by the yard. It was very affordable. They have both primed and unprimed canvas rolls. I went for the unprimed canvas as it was more loose and not as stiff as the primed one. The project I need it for works better with the loose canvas. I got a yard which cost around $7. I also was looking for dry erase markers but they didn't really have any? So I went with the wet erase marker. The store associate helping me was really helpful in answering my questions and giving suggestions. I've also purchased online before and I got their name brand canvas. Wasn't too big a fan of the quality and strength of it. I'm open to trying a different canvas from them if they have it but I wouldn't go with the first ones I bought. They had a really good sale on them though. In the end it wasn't tough/strong enough for what I needed. I love arts and crafts stores. I could go in and get lost for a long period of time. The staff were really helpful. I like the store overall. Their prices can be a bit on the higher side in general. If you are looking for certain things in particular, they can be great. They do also have sales from time to time in which you can get good deals on some of the items.

I came in here 5 minutes before closing. Shame on me, right? But the girls who work here were SO helpful and gracious. They pointed me right at what I needed. They even helped me sign up for a student discount account and I was still out the door before 7! Amazing. They left me with a huge smile on my face. 10% discount for students and teachers is a great benefit, and really nice of them considering that this probably constitutes a significant chunk at some of their stores. The store is spacious and well lit, and it wasn't very crowded, which is nice. They were quick to welcome me into the store and offer me any help I needed. They have quite a wide variety of choices. I was amazed how many colors of poster board they had alone! One pro tip - their big bags are SUPER useful and really durable. Some of the best reusable bags I've had! I buy a little extra paper every time I come in in order to snag an extra. It's not a discount leader, but it is a super useful local place to get art supplies. And it put a little extra bounce in my step!

A really good selection of materials and the staff is very friendly. The prices are decent, but nothing to get excited about.

I've gotten frames, sketch books, canvas, paint, drawing pencils, pens, jewelry making, and yarn. Their selection of drawing items are pretty good. I've ordered online and done store pickup or curbside but I've ended up having to go inside the store to pick up the purchase after all which didn't take that long. I provided them with my name and that was it. They hold your items for a good while and curbside pickup daily stops at 6pm. If you are there after 6, you can still pick up your item, just go in the store. I've also had the pleasure of taking one of the classes held virtually.

This Michael is located on W. Crossville road...aka...highway 92...aka Holcomb Bridge. (I don't know why roads in Georgia will just randomly change names for no reason. It's super annoying) It's across the street from Trader Joe's and next to Khol's. There is also a McDonald's and an Atlanta Bread Company nearby. The store itself is massive. It's got everything you can think of from yarns to wraths to shadowboxes to t-shirt paint to cake decorating icings. It's pretty much a one stop shop for the crafty person. I also like the sales people that work here. They're pretty helpful and if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for (which is more than half the time) they will guide me to the right aisle. I always leave a happy camper and got no complaints. Thanks guys and next time I get into a crafty mood...I'll be stopping by....

And if you don't go get it within 30 days it will be destroyed. Their system is very archaic and dysfunctional. They don't tell you that you have to take a picture, you're somehow just supposed to know this. Also, expect to spend at least $75-$100, which I think is very over priced.
