Apparently it is too difficult for the frame shop to cut a piece of glass at anything other than 90 degrees.

I asked if they would kindly type in my credit card information as I had a picture on it. They said they cannot do that. Even though all of this was frustrating the reason I am writing this review was because the woman who walked over just had an attitude about the whole situation and provided no solutions and was not helpful the least bit... She basically implied too bad. It just really blows my mind. The lack of customer service people have these days. I will definitely not be going back to this hobby lobby. What is even funnier? Is that the rude lady... Her name is Lisa and the review below. Mine literally says the same thing about her rudeness.

Looking for STUFF... well here you have it all!…read more I mean decor stuff, art stuff, craft stuff, Knick-knack stuff, organizing stuff, silk flower stuff, holiday stuff and just stuff stuff... just to name a bit of the stuff. Be sure to watch the sales... some days this group of stuff is on sale and other days a different group of stuff... but some kind of STUFF is always on sale. If it isn't the stuff you want.. wait a week most likely the stuff you want will be soon. Don't come here thinking your going to just get the stuff you were looking for. Oooooh no! There is always other stuff you will find... and then there will be that stuff that just seems to jump in your cart... and once you get home you'll be saying what am I going to do with this stuff?!? In the end you'll add it to the stuff you have and eventually head back here to get more stuff... it's inevitable. This place should really be called the stuff stuff and more STUFF warehouse!

I was very happy that I was able to visit as they offered many brands that you are usually only able to find online. Gotta love seeing it in person and not paying shipping, right? The store is set up by themes for the most part, but some brands are clustered together which may result in a particular product not being placed within its brand, but by theme. This can make it difficult to find particular products. However, the store staff probably asked me five times if I needed any help, but I was feeling too shy accept it. This resulted in me seeing a certain embossing folder that I had been looking for as I was walking out the door with my purchases. No problem - I did a U-turn and bought that too! Despite GA relaxing their COVID protocols drastically (as in no one wears a mask unvaccinated or not if they don't want to), the store requests that all patrons wear one. I certainly believe this is their right - their store, their rules and don't judge because you don't know their story, so please be prepared and bring and wear a mask. I could have easily have spent hours there; the only thing stopping me was my family waiting for me and they had run out of things to do in the small shopping center. There is a decent tea/boba shop that they spent some time in. Next time, I will have them drop me off while they go to Six Flags. :)

Be aware that some paints are not dishwasher safe. You'll know by confirming with an employee or if there's a specific letter in the paint numbers of your paint tube. You can grab an apron to avoid paint on yourself. If you do get paint on yourself it's able to be washed out but I didn't want to try it. There's one hand wash station where you will also drop off your used paint tiles and paint brushes. Once you get the run down on what to do from an employee you're on your own. There's a display that shows how your paint will look on your pottery depending on if you do 1-3 coats of paint. Time will fly quickly so I painted as much as I could and went over areas a lot. You can have finished pottery shipped to you but it could be more cost-effective to have one person pick up all the pottery if you have multiple and ship it yourself. When you pick up your pottery you'll get to carry it out in the store's new reusable bag. It was very cute. There's not much parking outside but that's the area for you. It's a fun activity to do with a group. Sometimes there might be no conversation going depending on how focused people are on painting but it's also a good time to unwind and turn your brain off.

We settled on All Fired Up in Alpharetta because it was inside but most importantly it was an activity...10 & 7 year olds only have so much of an attention span when hanging out with adults 60+.... I looked online and they suggested reserving a table to make sure you had space BUT the reservation date window was closed online - they want you to do it 3 days in advance (I was 2 days), so I called... They reserved us a table easy peasy. Parking is a little difficult because it's not close to the main Downtown Alpharetta Parking lot - so if you have little kids that aren't easy to contain or don't want to walk far you have to hunt. I parked right off the street (but I got lucky). Give yourself some time to find parking. We walked in and the girl behind the counter was very friendly and super helpful. She explained to my kids what to do in a way that was engaging and they listened. All the ceramics to paint were on the walls grouped by category for the most part. Both of mine painted boxes - $26/$28. My friends painted a light switch and flower - $12/$15 You pick your piece then head to the paint wall and pick up the colors - they suggest no more than 3 colors but it's up to you what and how much. They did say the more "coats of paint" the better it'll look when it's fired. We painted and talked and enjoyed ourselves. Four items came to about $95 which is perfectly fine for an afternoon activity that you then get to keep later. We went on a Wednesday, our pieces will be ready on a Wednesday (so about a week). We had fun. We have a keepsake. And it wasn't blazing hot while we were hanging out with family friends Win win
