After leaving several messages with the design assistant to schedule follow-up for product selection and layout, my calls were never returned and I never received the promised design plan or follow-up meeting. I had to ask her several times over the two months. She would say she would check on the issue then days later not hear anything and that just repeated itself. I asked for the manager, Jean, to call me over this 2 month period to help but never heard from her. The sum for this total purchase was over $10k.
