I am pleased and pleasantly surprised but the owner, Shawn has provided an appropriate resolution to our rug issue. I am sure he was not aware of the manufacturing shortcomings. We have been coming here for years and will continue to come back. Not often do you have a store that is interested in retaining your business.

It turned out to be a mismatch of scratch and debt one off stuff. Not too much to see and it certainly did not take hours to look through as one review suggested. There just was not much worth much! It is a stack it up, hunt and Peck, display of stuff that is only for those liking to spend a lot on items that are messed up. I did all the due diligence from price comparison and shopping the big box stores, requesting samples etc. When I just couldn't get excited about anything out there, I visited Alpha Rug. They are a local business, which I like a lot. I was not pressured to buy, they directed me to the areas which displayed SO MANY large format samples. With the help of Lauren, I narrowed down my options, took home the samples to see them in my home and lighting. She scheduled Gary to come measure the following week. The vanity came with 1 dead bulb and I couldn't match it with an Amazon bulb without buying an entire set. It took her over 2 months to finally get the bulb from her!!!! I had to ask her several times over the two months. She would say she would check on the issue then days later not hear anything and that just repeated itself. I asked for the manager, Jean, to call me over this 2 month period to help but never heard from her. The sum for this total purchase was over $10k.
