My dad and I visited All Fired Up over the holidays as a fun activity to do together. We made a reservation online, but it doesn't matter as they aren't checking for them / saving space for those with one. The place was completely packed with lots of families creating together, even though it was noon on a Wednesday. They have 100s of pieces to choose from to paint and about 75 paint colors to choose from. If you're not an experienced crafter or need additional help, I would recommend not going to this location as they only have 2 workers on staff at a time that are very busy and don't have much time to answer questions. Overall we loved our experience and would go back!

This place is AWESOME! We bought a class teacher gift here a year ago and it was a BIG hit! Then over the weekend my daughter and I came for a Mother Daughter date. We had a blast! The place is neat, organized and SO clean! Emiko was so helpful and showed us where to get everything! I love that you do it on your own and at your own pace. I also love that prices range from low to high so everyone or any occasion are included. Our pieces turned out fabulous and it only took a few days for them to be fired and ready. We definitely will be back! Parties, teacher gifts, Holidays this place is an experience for you and a treasure for others as well! We're already planning our next visit!

Let me tell you - The staff at these DIY art shops, is a make or break. HUGE shout out to Emiko! She had the perfect ease to her; She was great speaking to us 3 adults (25 & 30), and a 6yo. Emiko was patient, friendly, informative, and also giving us space, and not hovering too much. She had the kindness of a manager or like a store owner, she's a gem! My cousin and her daughter (the 6yo), had to leave unexpectedly in a rush. Emiko jumped in with patience and with speediness to help get them out the door. My boyfriend and I, we were taking our painting very seriously. So serious, we were there for a solid three hours. Emiko was wonderful and inventive, checking up every once in awhile, and helping when needed. We'll definitely be back! FYI TO FUTURE, 1ST TIME VISITORS: expect to spend $20+ per piece. (There were a couple pieces under $20. But they were very small, and not that special (IMP) At first I was a little shell shocked. But only because I thought there'd be an additional studio-time fee, similar to other pottery places I had been to. Studio time and supply fees are worked into the price, so keep that in mind. Oh, and the Kiln, finish, and glazing process is also included.

Came in for nieces birthday ! What a SUPER fun experience ! Everyone had a great time and the prices were just a tad high but still so fun ! We had a great helper . I wish I could remember her name , but she was the manager of this store . She was very knowledgeable .

Our all fired up projects. We went twice this fall to prep holiday gifts.

Very friendly staff! Large selection of items to create. So relaxing and fun! A bit on the pricey side but it's worth it for the quality.

I think this place has been around since forever, right behind the Mountain View Library. They offer painting, sketching, clay, theatre, and music classes; I tend to find that it's more theatrics than actual drawing classes offered. I've stayed away from acting and music, but they have productions and dinner&shows every season for the public to go to, at $5-$15 per show. The classes are great- but it really depends on your class, really. I've only taken painting, portraiture, and clay, and clay was the worst of them all. Enjoyable? Yes. Would I do it again? No. I don't even remember the instructor's name. My only quip is that for each class, the fees never seem to end. Registration (late or early), actual class fees, baking fees, and oh, the -supplies-! The supplies list never ends, I swear. For pencil portraiture, I thought you bring a pencil and eraser, and a pad. False, it's like 20 different types of pencils, graphite, special erasers left and right, specially bound pads, tissue paper, paper stubs, special ink pens and tips, and oh my god, these things cost a fortune! I just want to draw! Ahem, anyway, the painting guy was ok, but the star of the show is Kip Rogers- after all these years (it's been like 10), I still remember how well he taught his classes and I want to go back, even if this place is about a solid 45 minute drive from where I live now. His class is 95 for first timers and 70 for returners. At that price, it's a freaking steal! (Well, at least for that class....) The Art Place is a special place to me- back when I still drew all over the place, I had been able to be part of some of the shows there, and I appreciated that. You could always walk in and see art from the locals. After all these years, the many of the artists teaching there are still there. Now on to convincing the boyfriend to take these classes with me....

We were so impressed! The vibe is fun and they had kid friendly music but it wasn't loud or crazy like most party places. This is the PERFECT spot for a birthday! You pick projects ahead of time so everyone knows what they're doing and there's no fussing with the kiddos. They are great about working with you to bring cake, snacks or whatever. Chelsea and Lillian were incredible! Chelsea was our instructor and she not only explained everything perfectly she jumped in to help! We were worried about trying to do our projects and try to help the kids but it was a team effort and everyone left happy. It was a little hard for the younger kids age 5 I would recommend them working with a parent but the older kids 7-8 could do most things on their own. I think kids 10 and older would really love this place! We were also really impressed by everything that everyone made all ages! The kids can't wait to go back but even my husband said he'd love to go back for a date night or send me back for a Mom's night out!
