I was having a casual morning walk with a friend who likes art so it was such an easy decision to make. As soon as we walked in we were wowed by the local art. I saw some coffee in the back and made my way to the coffee shop where I was greeted warmly by Krista who is awesome! I tried their Spring Fling latte iced which has lavender and vanilla with whip cream and the lavender flour on top. Some people don't like the lavender flour, but I love it! It actually feels calming because of the lavender in it. My friend and I had some great conversations with the barista and a regular and it felt like such an awesome community space. I will definitely be coming back here to both see the local art and have more coffee!

I let them know that is not what I asked for, not what I paid for, and not what I approved. The owner, Lisa was cold and unapologetic. I asked her why I wasn't contacted because I would have said no to the smaller size. She didn't have an answer. Now my expensive jersey is ruined. She was rude and offered my money back for the embroidery only but told me the ruined jersey was my problem. I've been a customer here for years but will be looking for a new embroidery company now.

I have made some pretty awesome designs with them from Pikachu pocket shirts to Koifish hoodies for the organizations that I am a part of at Emory University. People who pre-order with me are super happy for the cost and quality. The people here are very nice and they really do whatever they can to make you happy. A lot of times, it's the price that turns me away but for them, you can always talk back and compromise. The graphics designer really tries to make sure to create what you want. There was a design of a koi fish that I submitted, but the image was in low resolution. At first, he made another whole new design, but he saw how sad I was and how I really wanted the original one. He took it upon himself to get back and spend extra time to make it work. At the end of the day it worked and no one asked him to do that. He wanted the challenge and to give me a smile at the end of the day. The process normally takes about 2-3 weeks, but you can always speed up the process to as little as 1 week with extra costs. Superb group. I am super happy for this company and I will continue to come here for anything I need as I create my brand or help a club out during my College years. I chose a floating mat and maple frame with an inch border around, and the price was more than reasonable. He completed the framing in 3 business days (!) and even helped us carry it to the car. The most impressive thing is that Eric remembers every person's art piece, without even needing to look it up. It's a personal touch that I found remarkable, compared to other shops I've been to (which were prohibitively expensive). The shop does also showcase Eric's own work which is really cool! The big issues we experienced were: - They started printing our order before we agreed on the final version - We requested our prints to be mounted foam boards; instead we were given framed images. Also note - there were no communications prior to pickup. APM took the decision to change the product without consulting the customer. - We were sent a Square invoice and paid there. After paying it, Geno told us that the Square account "isn't setup" and we'd need to pay another way. Additionally, there was no support in getting it refunded through the Square system (even though there's ample online guidance to do it in a four easy steps) - After our event finished, we reached out to see if we could resolve the matter without getting the bank involved. Our outreach has still been ignored to this date. So, all that to say and advise any potential customers to take their business to another vendor that deserves it. Geno and Atlanta Print Masters failed to provide us with professional service. Don't waste your time and money with Atlanta Print Masters.
