I ordered four Bar Exam Care Packages for our recent Summer Associates soon to graduate from law school and take the Bar Exam. Susan and Helen of Sensational Baskets were amazing, professional and a pure pleasure to work with. Since there were four packages, at their request, I provided an Excel sheet to them, outlining what I wanted to order, the cost, the name and address of each recipient and a card message. This made it seamless and easier for both Susan and Helen, as well as myself, and kept the orders extremely organized. I also provided the firm's logo to be included on the package. Not only did they coordinate the box and ribbon colors with the firm's logo, they sent me photos of the card messages for approval prior to sending the packages out. They also allowed me to choose the delivery dates, which would be right after their graduation. There was prompt and constant communication from Susan and Helen. I was in a pinch as it was Friday evening and after 5 pm when I placed an order (with FedEx priority overnight shipping) needing it to be delivered to Macon by Sunday. I looked at their shipping information and saw that orders are typically processed the next business day and shipped 3-5 days after that. I gave them a call (at almost 6 pm) and spoke to Helen, who said she could do it. I just got a call from Helen at 11 am on Saturday stating it had been delivered. Helen and her team are awesome! I live in Northern Virginia and needed to get some snacks to a weary traveler who would be arriving in the Alpharetta area late in the evening. I really have to commend the professionalism of this company. They were very through in every aspect of the delivery. I placed my order online, and was shocked when I got a call; I thought something had gone wrong like another gift delivery company that shall remain unnamed. Instead, I got a call confirming my order; I am not used to that. You may call it normal business practice, but I have seen larger companies with more staff do a worse job; so I think it speaks volumes when a company like this excels at providing service of this nature. If anything I would think that they would follow up with the person that received the gift!
