This store has a wide variety of things and is more than just embroidery! Next time I need to oil up a gift I'm going to look here first. From cute embroidered cocktail napkins, to corksicle brand cups in all sizes, this store seems to have it all! They also have a lot of baby and kid clothes and items to embroider , bags / backpacks / loveys and blankets. So much! The shop owner and her daughter are very nice and knowledgeable, and have a huge selection of fonts and thread colors. The prices are very fair to boot. Beware of this business! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They demand payment up front for a reason. I went to pick up my order two weeks ago and unfortunately, two out of the five bags were monogramed incorrectly. Instead of fixing the monogram or refunding my money, Ashley said she could not fix the monograms and would not refund my money just because "I didn't like the font choice" Wow!!!!! What retailer tells their customers they are not responsible for their botched order and then goes so far as to blame the customer for choosing the wrong font! The font had nothing to do with the fact that the letters were wrong, the stitching was poorly filled, and the letters were uneven! So now, I'm having to fight to get my money back for both bags, and this level of incompetence should not even be a dispute. In retail, business is good when the quality of work is good. However, what really matters is how the retailer responds when they make a mistake, and the customer is not satisfied with their service. This retailer has proven that the customer doesn't matter, and they don't take pride in their services. Take your money to a business you can trust to do the right thing when you are not 100% satisfied with their service. Doing the right thing matters! read more
