Amazing staff free cookie and great selection highly recommend check it out if your in the area

I recently visited this thrift store and find that the pricing for simliar or identical items prices differs dramatically. For example, a nine west ladies wedge sandal in black great condition was price around $8.99, then I see another nine-west wedge sandal in black poor condition almost identical but was priced at $17.99. the same as the handbags and accessories. it appears that they are maliciously pricing certain items higher or lower for certain consignors. Seems a bit shady to me. Staff is unfriendly, rude and stand offish towards certain customers and visitors. They are better thrift stores in the area. read more

Nice little spot near Cumberland Mall. Location and Parking Located on Cobb Parkway in the same shopping center as Verizon and ihop, parking is free. Venue and Atmosphere Revive features nice furniture displays up front and along the left sides of the store. Restrooms and dressing rooms are orderly and clean. There is a "cafe" in the rear of the store with complimentary tea, water, and cookies. Service Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient; employees are always friendly here. Merchandise There are brands ranging from low to high end, including a designer section upfront where everything has been vetted as authentic. I do think they should be pickier about some of the brands they take (I saw several Payless and Walmart items) however that is just personal preference. Clothing is arranged by size AND color, and they have a sizable clearance section as well. Verdict! I'll be back! read more

First let me start by saying that I LOVE REVIVE. I have gone in over the past year at least 1x a week, and have always found something that has peaked my interest. I am an avid thrift shopper, and I exclusively only buy second hand locally. I live in Marietta, and between there and here, I have gone to every thrift store in a 10 mile radius. Now that you know my credentials, let me say how UPSET I am to be writing a 2-star review for a place I love and frequent often. The reason I have decided to leave this negative review is because I am FED UP with Debbie at the front counter. I have never spoken an ill-word to this woman, and have even tried using kindness as a way to soften her up, but alas, it does not work. She has got to be one of the meanest, rudest, and genuinely unkind woman I've ever come across in all my time shopping. This afternoon, I witnessed her essentially berate an elderly couple and raise her voice at them for multiple times just by asking them their rewards phone number, and if they are paying with debit or credit. Everyone, including our elders, deserve to be treated with patience, and kindness, and Debbie does not emulate any of those qualities. SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THE FRONT COUNTER. I'm in shock to watch someone who gets PAID to work there represent the company in such a harmful way. Lets also not forget that Revive is a Christian-Based company that's entire fundamental values are based on the Christian Faith. What an absolute disservice to this company to have someone like Debbie being the "face" of a company that holds themselves in such high regard in their community. All in all, I love Revive. I will continue to shop here because I love every single other worker in the store. I have had amazing shopping trips here... but it is not a coincidence that every time I've had a pleasant experience, it's been when Debbie is gone. I do not share this review to be spiteful in any way. I have visited many times where I have let Debbie's attitude roll off my back, but watching her treat an elderly man so rudely just rubbed me the wrong way and I cannot stay silent. I hope that this review will encourage those in management to move her to another department, or replace her. read more

Ample free parking, clean store, and great deals. I always find something to buy and have even "sold" my clothes to Revive.

Very little furniture so no idea why it is listed as a furniture consignment store. Tons of clothes packed very tightly onto hangers. If you wanted to look at the clothes, it would be impossible. read more

4 stars for the store itself..I started coming here when this store was brand new and I love how it has transformed! They are fair about the prices for the consigners as well as the customers and you can find some really good stuff. From clothes and shoes (kids, men and women) to jewelry, luggage, furniture and everything in between they even have a designer purse area which items have been vetted as authentic. 2.5 stars as a consigner..downsides as a consigner are: 1- the yearly fee 2- you have to make sure to come in or they will close your account 3- if you dont stay on top of your account regularly fees and such will change without you knowing 4- items that are not sold or passed initial inspection but not further inspections (after you leave) will be tossed without you knowing and then items that were put out for sale will go on sale then eventually donated. Only way for you to hold on to the item if they dont sell full price is to keep track of the time yourself (thats reasonable i suppose) then come in and track it down in the store by looking high and low. IF you manage to do that successfully then they charge you to take it back. I think thats highway robbery. I can see that IF maybe they picked the items back off the floor for you..but they dont. read more

Let's start this off by saying that I am frugal. I shop second hand because I hate paying full price for anything, especially clothes. In all honesty, at least 90-95% of my wardrobe is second hand. Regarding revive, it is in my hood, so I drop in often. I must admit that most times I leave empty handed. In my opinion, several of the items are over priced. Additionally, I think they should be more selective in what they choose to consign. Some of the items belong in a thrift store instead of consignment. Now-- this is not to say you can't find a good deal. I have lucked up and landed 80 percent off of a dress or two, spending no more than10 bucks. I do believe they have a nice selection of used home decor. If decorating is your goal, It's worth stopping by. I will say that the staff are always friendly, so I always enjoy dropping in. Last, but not least, I did consign some items with them. I consigned a Nespresso machine and my profit was like $5.00!! This place is so cool. There's a little Coffee shop in the back that's super convenient if you need a breather and just want to chill out. It's in the Cobb county area so we thought we might stop and check it out since it's in a nicer part of town. The only thing I would say is that it's not the best place to stop for shirts for teens because it's mostly for older women. However, the purses and knick knacks in the back were SO CUTE I wanted to buy everything. There's a really good men's section as well with lots of inexpensive and classy polo button ups and vineyard vines shirts and jackets that my boyfriend loved. Wonderful service and staff. Reasonable prices and most items are in pristine/great condition. I love everything I have gotten from this store. Every two weeks, they change their "sticker colors" that indicates items that are 50-80% off. Free coffee, cookies, and tea in the back - LOVE IT. Went to this place with my friend. I bought what I THOUGHT was authentic Coach crossbody (small). They even put a card in the purse stating they did their "due diligence" and the purse is "authentic". IT IS NOT!!!. Of course all sales are FINAL. Even if it was returnable it would cost me more than I paid to return it as I was visiting for the weekend and no longer in the area. For this reason I can not recommend this place. read more

I love treasure hunting and this little shop is a great place to do that. It does Not have high end items but I have found some nice things here and like any other thrift shop, it can be hit or miss. (my fav place is Buckhead Goodwill - see my review) I got a beautiful vintage turquoise green headboard for only $35 that looks great in my guest bedroom. It's a popular place - when I went this morning there was a line waiting for the store to open. Have Fun ! BTW - You're shopping for a good cause! This is my go to place for consignment's however the staff or should I say the new staff have serious professionalism skills. They resort to making you feel like your things are not worthy to consign. I've been with the Smyrna store since the opening, I use to go every week but with the stores new prissy attitude I now visit twice a year. Too bad because I like the store and the little coffee shop area in the back. Need a little customer service training for those new volunteers. read more

My first visit and not my last!!!! If I lived here I would be broke! I had so much fun. Larion J was so patient and laughed with me as I tried to figure out what to buy and what to leave. I was so excited! It's a must stop for me on all my future trips. I was by myself on Valentines Day and treated myself to lunch at the Juicy Crab next door. I recently became a consignor with the Smyrna location and my things have done quite well in 3 weeks with most of items sold. However, I returned on 5/3 at 10AM and met the most unpleasant older female at the green door accepting or should I say not accepting items for resale. She didn't speak, smile and seemed to have zero personality. She was gruff, abrasive and unfortunately I didn't take the high road. Bad attitudes can be contagious. I'd told a friend about this store who also has a lot of nice pieces she would like to sell but after my recent encounter, I'm not so sure. I think I'm returning to pick up my remaining pieces, my check and call it quits. read more

I've been a frequent shopper, but some of the staff is rude. This is a spiritual based consignment store, but it's hard to believe at times. There have been a frequent turnover in staff and it appears the best staff moved on. I'm beginning to not enjoy shopping here anymore. read more

A few things to know before consigning with Revive: -as the consignor, you aren't going to make any money from this. When you first sign up they automatically take $5 to set up an account for you. They also price their items to be incredibly cheap. I brought clothes from boutiques (not cheap!) -Revive won't give you cash/check until your account has reached $20. So far, I've sold 3 items but after they deducted $5 for me just being a consignor with them, I have $6 in my account. I don't think I will end up seeing any cash from this at all. -they aren't exactly with the times. Meaning, I had a dress with me I only wore once and the lady said, "We will sell this for $5 since it's a solid color." I ended up keeping my dress since you can still buy it for $50. -if you have nice clothes/stuff... Sell it somewhere else. In the past I've used Alexis Suitcase and they are fantastic. I would have made more money from Platos Closet at this point. I gave them two stars because I read the contract and I went through with it anyway. I knew what I was getting myself into. They didn't go over the contract with me beforehand, however, working in an attorney's office has me reading the fine print on everything. I really wanted to check out what it was all about. Don't get me wrong! This place is great for the customers in the sense that their items are cheap. They have free coffee and wifi too. My overall thought is to buy here, and sell your nice stuff somewhere else. read more

When shopping for clothing, accessories, or home items, It is very rare that we go to (let alone purchase from) regular retail stores because it is so much more fiscally/environmentally responsible and personally rewarding to support (and be supported by) resale shops. It is not only better for one's financial bottom line, but it is better for the earth and for other people (see a film called The True Cost for an explanation). That said, there are a handful of good consignment and thrift stores, but the two Revive locations (Smyrna and Woodstock) are in my top three (ReHome Thrift on Canton would be the other) based on the cleanliness, quality and selection of merchandise along with the pricing of items. Everything is in excellent condition and very affordable. The people who work there (friendly and helpful) and the atmosphere (free coffee and WiFi) make it a nice place to visit and hang out. Go there once and I can almost guarantee that you'll be back! read more

Let me say first that the employees are super nice here. It makes the shopping experience better than in most consignment shops, in my opinion. The consignment is easy and quick. Although you may not get what others will give you for your items, they do have a 40/60 policy. You get 40% and they get 60% UNLESS what you bring in is over a certain amount. You can find almost anything here. From furniture to baby clothing, if you look hard enough you might just find what you are looking for and more! Check out the awesome cafe in the back! It is super cool and shhhh, the coffee is free! So while you consign, shop or just need a place to do some work, you can sip on coffee in a secluded spot in the back of the store. By the way, the prices aren't bad either. I would definitely recommend coming here to consign, shop, or just hang out. Keep in mind, in my opinion, this shop tries to help out the community by offering goods at affordable costs. read more

I like this place and the employees - I purchased a nice two-piece couch here(good deal). Noticed it while walking by the shop on a Thursday,came back late on Friday and decided it was for me.Looked at the ticket and saw if I bought it on the following Monday,I would save $44 on that next mark-down. Early Monday I came by and got it with a friend. Don't confuse this with a charity. This is a business and the consignment shop keeps between 50% and 60% of the resale price of your items. You may or may not earn more than at a garage sale, or Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. Also, don't be surprised if some of your items are rejected for being too old or out of style, not in good enough condition, or not in demand - only to return the following week to find those rejected items that you took to Goodwill next door on the shelf or rack with someone else's account number on the tag, and the telltale Goodwill grease pencil mark. Do not take it personally. It is only business. All those people working there need to get paid, the government gets its cut, and the cost of rent and utilities only increases over time. Remember, you are probably better off with fewer possessions. Don't buy more stuff. Save or invest the money you earn. $50 per month is $600 per year. Invested conservatively every year over 10 years it will become $12,000. Keep saving that same $600 over 20 years and it will grow to nearly $50,000. read more

Way too often we're eager to complain. But rarely take the time to compliment. I just had to give this place their props. And it's well-deserving. Here goes . . . Having guest or family coming to town? And looking for a place to hang out for a shopping venture. This is the place to visit. I just love it here! All kinds of great items to choose from, you name it they got it. Don't think you have to wait to have your morning coffee or tea before coming there. That's not the case. They have your coffee and tea waiting . . . in the cafe area. Oh yeah, there's even a batch of cookies to top it off. Bring your laptop, this place is equipped with WIFI. Guess, you can tell I'm one of the "regulars." I have spent hours and hours of shopping time inside this shop. Their customer service level is TOP Quality. They are such a friendly group of wonderful people working together. And that's a plus all day long. Guess, what? If you are a "regular" here, they know you by name. How awesome is that? As for the merchandise, it's color coded (except for furniture items). And they always have two different colors marked for sale, at the same time. One colored tag will be at a 50% discount while another colored tag will be at 80% discount. And the color-coded tags change every two weeks. On Tuesdays, they don't forget their "seniors." Items not discounted (except furniture), you'll get an additional 10% discount off the price. Gee, that's another sweet deal! I'm loving it, more and more! I'm sure you'll love it too. If you expect to make any profit on what you consign, this is NOT the place. They price so low, you might as well give to charity.

I used to consign here often, but I think today is my last day doing so. I came by Revive on my lunch break and brought my items in with me in one container to have them checked. As soon as I walked in the lady asked if I was new because I shouldn't have brought my things in until I had signed in. It is winter and pretty chilly, so I would have been fine just sitting with my items and waiting patiently until they were ready for me. After a 10 minute lecture I was asked to put my items on a shelf that had literally one other bin at which point I began wondering why I had been lectured like a naughty child for nothing. Anyway, after waiting an hour (on my lunch hour) I asked if I could come back at 4 pm - 2 hours later. I was then told I could go, but I'd need to take my items with me, defeating the purpose of waiting in the first place. If it's going to take you two hours to view my items, I can go back to work while you do that and pick it up later. I'm not sure if they got to big for their britches, or got a lousy bunch of guilt ridden holiday volunteers, but I'll take my items elsewhere for now. read more

I love this place. The people are so friendly and the items are a higher quality than what you may find at Goodwill. They have colors of the week, some items 50% off and some 80% off. With a small seating area in the back with free coffee and wi-fi it's a great place to get work done. read more
