Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with extreme condescension. The employee at the counter openly complained about customers using their drop-off services, treated my basic inquiries with visible annoyance, and gave no viable explanation as to why a package had been sitting in their store for over eight days without a mail carrier pickup. Furthermore, she allowed a random bystander to make snarky remarks toward me, and the moment I walked away--having remained entirely polite and calm--the employee immediately began gossiping and making smart remarks about me with that individual. "Nasty-nice" customer service and whispering behind a customer's back is entirely unprofessional. If this location cannot handle third-party shipping operations or train its staff to speak to paying customers with basic respect, they should discontinue the service altogether. I will be escalating this interaction to store management and corporate. Avoid this location if you expect professionalism.

Luckily the store let us come and get some from another box. Now I'm putting the desk together, and 2 of the 8 legs are missing. Very irritating, but fixable. We again called the store and the person that we spoke to, Nathan, said that they could give us the legs, but had to ok it with their manager Justin. Justin's reply was that we had to go through the manufacture, and they couldn't help us. The problem here is that Office Depots vendor shorted THEM product. They then turned around and sold it to me and want to make it my problem so that they don't have to deal with an issue that I have nothing to do with. Beware buying from both this store and the one in Stockbridge. Justin is the manager for both stores and will absolutely cheat you, and then dodge your calls. I refuse to go to the manufacturer and wait who knows how long for legs to be shipped. I'm returning this thing and will be going as far up Office Depots food chain as possible in order to try to hold Justin accountable for his actions.

Their site quoted that it would be processed by 5 pm on Saturday. I figured it would take a minute and I was in no rush. Cut to Wednesday, a whole 6 days (aka 3 business days) later my order was still listed as "processing." I ended up canceling my order. Even though it cost more + I added to my order (larger 200+ page presentation), I put in an order at the FedEx in Wal-Mart. Placed the order on Thursday morning, someone from the store called me within the hour to confirm, quote the price, and explain a problem they had (didnt have the color paper I wanted). Got an email Friday, the following day, at 10:09 that my order was ready. Picked it up and had the opportunity to review it before paying. Don't waste your energy with them. Go to FedEx next door. Sure it costs more money but you know you'll actually get it. I'm Update on 12/5/2021: 9 days later Office Depot sends me an email that my order is ready.

The counter was sticky with something. The cashier didn't want to bag my items. I had to ask for a bag, which she rudely tossed for me to do myself. She insisted the group behind me occupy the space I was using, while doing the job SHE should have been handling, hurrying me along in a hasty fashion. It seemed as though she wanted the rowdy group behind me to run me over, because she didn't have the patience for me to finish doing HER job. This location needs to do better. I will not spend the money I work hard for at establishments with poor customer service. Regardless of how busy it may be, all customers deserve to be treated with respect and patience. Every customer matters. If employees cannot handle a diverse retail environment, and treat everyone respectfully, then they should not be working there. There is a Marathon and Circle K less than a mile up the street, which provide excellent customer service. They also have plenty of food and drink options as well. I will be taking my business to those establishments in the future.
