On May 19th around 11:45 p.m. I visited this location. Where is the customer service? How do they screen & train applicants? The service I received was terrible. The counter was sticky with something. The cashier didn't want to bag my items. I had to ask for a bag, which she rudely tossed for me to do myself. She insisted the group behind me occupy the space I was using, while doing the job SHE should have been handling, hurrying me along in a hasty fashion. It seemed as though she wanted the rowdy group behind me to run me over, because she didn't have the patience for me to finish doing HER job. This location needs to do better. I will not spend the money I work hard for at establishments with poor customer service. Regardless of how busy it may be, all customers deserve to be treated with respect and patience. Every customer matters. If employees cannot handle a diverse retail environment, and treat everyone respectfully, then they should not be working there. There is a Marathon and Circle K less than a mile up the street, which provide excellent customer service. They also have plenty of food and drink options as well. This QT is located on Bill Gardner Highway immediately off of 75 and across the way from the Tanger Outlets. Given its location, it is a very busy store...so do not be surprised if you pull up and have to wait on a pump to open! Another reason why they are always so busy, outside of the prime location, is the fact that they always seem to have the cheapest gas prices in this area beating other locations by an average of .10 per gallon on most days! The store itself is a little worn due to the high traffic, especially the parking lot and pump stations. The store offers all the normal things you know QT for such as the coffee/tea stations, Krispy Kreme donut case, hot roller foods, slushies, QT kitchens with that pizza and the now popular mac n cheese...oh and I can't forget the slushy machines! Service is always decent here. They are friendly and efficient, as they try to get you taken care of and out the door as quick as possible and do it with a smile! I have stopped at this location many times, but usually avoid it during the holidays or busy weekends given their proximity to the outlets...sometimes that discounted gas just isn't worth it! This is my first QuikTrip, I noticed it was a step above any gas station I've ever been to upon first stepping in. The store was clean and organized; the atmosphere was perfect. They have a crazy amount of slushee options, which are my favorite, I went with Jarritos Pineapple (so good). To top it all off the best cashier I've ever seen. R.J "since 2008" was working both registers at the same time, greeting each guest upon arrival as well as when each guest approached the register. 5/5 customer service, I wish I had an establishment like this closer to me! read more

Came here to use the restroom because the nearby Starbucks closed off their restroom and didn't have any alternatives. And I was a paying customer. Who does that? Nice clean store, clean restroom! This is QuikTrip store #837 and you can find it just off I-75 exit 212 (Bill Gardner Parkway - Jenkinsburg, Locust Grove, Hampton, Jackson) in Locust Grove. This QT is important because, at the time of writing this review, it is the last QT you will see on either I-75 or I-16 if heading south/eastbound. Conversely, it's the first QT you'll see when heading north into metro Atlanta. This QT opened in late August 2013 and is one of the current "Gen 3" QT facilities. It's big, bright, modern, and spacious. The gas station has 18 pumps, some of which include diesel, and a convenience store that features QT Kitchens food and drink in addition to all the typical stuff you'd find at a convenience store. The gas station has competitive gas prices and utilizes Top Tier gas. There's also free air for your tires if you need it. Customer service is usually good and the restrooms are usually sufficiently clean. I'm a fan of QT for all these reasons and hope they'll expand in Georgia outside of metro Atlanta. This QT is located in a busy area. If you need something for your car, an AutoZone is conveniently located across the street. If you're looking for food, there are a lot of chain restaurants nearby. The Tanger Outlets, with numerous name brand shops and free Wi-Fi, are just around the corner. read more

Always friendly, a decent selection of hot dogs and their respective toppings, drinks, etc. I particularly like they have a multitude of teas available for those who don't drink soda. The WORST gas station ever. AVOID! I stopped here to fill up before I hit the ATL traffic. They were out of Premium but did NOT post as such on the main board nor on ALL pumps. So I'm going through the motion which the pump 12 allows me to then it stopped at $0.11 and after several tries with the pump handle I'm thinking it's broken. Nice customer next to me tells me that the Premium is out as his pump has the 8x11 paper saying such. So only "87" octane is available. Okay so I put in a couple of gallons and stop the handle but it sticks and gas goes all over my car and ground. It's been a very long day driving back from FL and I picked this QT b/c it's next to I-75N entrance. Little did I know how awful this place is. So when I got home and called them next day to speak with a manager and waited more than 5 minutes, one is not available and will have the manager call me back next day. Never heard from him. I've never had to call a gas station in my entire life before but it's apparent that this QT location doesn't communicate nor treat their customers like other QTs I've been before. If you are out of something you know like Premium gas, then post it every where like ALL pumps and get your pump handles to work properly. It's a messy and hazardous and wasteful! QuickTrip is just that a consistent Quick Trip. Typically, they boast reasonably priced quality gasoline with plenty of pumps so wait time is minimal. There is every type of beverage from hot coffee to cold milkshakes, soda's, juices and alcoholic drinks. They have snacks galore with fresh baked pizza, made to order breakfast and sandwiches. The QT employees know how to run a busy store and are probably some the best in the business especially when it comes to getting people In and out of the building. Here are a few fact's that I know about this new location and about QT in general....The Locust Grove location in Henry County Georgia is one of the company's newest, and largest versions of its stores, known as the Generation III. The store will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And I am sure it will be as clean, customer service oriented and well stocked like all of the other stores in Metro Atlanta, which by the way, has been a great part of success for Quick Trip. We have more stores and more employees in Georgia than any other division. Why do I know all of this? Because QT freaking rocks. That's why!!!! I tried the "Barista," area and picked a Salty Carmel Cappuccino. It was just what I needed after spending the night with my ex just to have a chance at walking in the doors at 6 AM on August 29, 2013. Okay. So I was not there at 6 AM, but I was there a little later than that. Right now they have a Free Tea with a Hotzi Sandwich for breakfast or a Sandwich, Wrap or Salad for lunch daily. Hurry in though because I'm not sure how long this special will last. I was not the first person to enter, but I think I was officially the first woman to use the restroom here. Unofficially that is. Let me tell you about Hot Dogs. I have a fetish...I love gas station hot dogs. The older and crustier, the better. If those suckers have been on the roller for 6 weeks or so, I'm all over it. I'm jealous!! I want one There aren't any QTs in my area in Fl, at least not that I know of. But wow, amazing. The best way I can describe it is a combination of Wawa and Loves truck stop. Hot food, cold food, slushies anything you want to drink. The place was spotless clean, I believe it's fairly new. The service.... Awesome. The line got pretty long and an employee stopped stocking, started taking customers and used two different registers to expedite the service. I locked my keys in my car. Along with my phone. And my wallet. I have one word of advice other than don't do what I did: memorize the people closest to you's phone numbers. After frantically reaching for my door as it closed, feeling my heart sink, and trying every door on my car, I realized I had to come up with a plan. I quickly walked into the newly opened QT and asked for a phone and phone book (I also quickly realized I has failed to commit ANY phone number to memory that was not at least one year old). They offered their phone but did not have a phone book. I'm in college and work two jobs part time. I desperately did not want to pay for a locksmith. Almost in tears, a very kind and trusting clerk there offered her cell phone for me to use. Tearfully, I looked up half a dozen people's numbers and finally gave up. I called a locksmith. I took up that woman's phone for at least 15 minutes while she worked. I was so thankful. The managers were gracious to answer the phone and give it to me when the locksmith called back to give an approximate arrival time. Another clerk walked outside to my car, to tell me when the locksmith called to say he was running late and to invite me to wait inside (It was after 9pm). Their hospitality in my awkward, unfortunate circumstance was very appreciated. I have been back several times not only because they have the lowest gas prices around but also for the service given that night (by a brand new staff even!). The store is always clean, well stocked, and has plenty of staff to serve you. I have not tried their small selection of soft serve frozen yogurt or ice cream or any of their made to order beverages but plan to soon! You can order on an iPad if no staff is at the counter, and one will be there quickly. All I have seen seem to enjoy their beverages. I love to indulge in their $.49 pastries after 3pm. The selection can be limited but they stay fresh even the next morning! I'm a sucker for a sugary donut! read more

Tricon-american homes had a lot going against it when they merged w/American Homes. The maintenance went WAY down hill. When we needed a new dishwasher, we ended up getting a (cheaper version), nice digital button one, w/A timed delay button!! with American Homes... With Triston homes we've not been impressed w/their work.... a4 shutter came off the upper level, and he had no ladder, used ours (banging the walls inside house as he took it outside!! (We needed to buy it to change batteries in smoke detectors!!, etc...) while putting up the (thrown by big wind storm, it got 3 measly screws in the bottom (so this will come off too, in the next wind i!!) No new little black screw plugs, (in fact it was crooked, (until I said something!)... When I called the office to complain, I talked to the most wonderful woman who determined I be happy!!! I asked for her bosses name, so I could tell him how (Flipping Awesome) she was in making sure we were totally Satisfied!!! In our last service!!!... Mr. Nicohn (sp?) Your Employee: MAR-CIA (SP?)
