I went through for breakfast and ordered (3) Sunrise Krystals, Grits and a Medium Coke. My total was $17.33. It took forever to get my order and when I received it, of course it was wrong. The lady at the window asked me to give them back to her and I graciously did. I pulled up in front of the window and waited an extra 18 minutes before I got the order. When they came out, the Krystal burgers were fine but the order of grits that I got was literally half empty. Please see the photo. I told the person that brought it out. I wanted what I ordered and I waited an additional 15 minutes and they never came back out again. I'm doing a charge back on my credit card. This is ridiculous. If they're going to charge that much for something they could at least give you what you ordered. Now, I will never come to a Krystal again. This is ridiculous pricing.
