My order could not have been any simpler. One double cheeseburger no pickles. One Original chicken sandwich club no lettuce. One Original chicken sandwich club no mayo. The double cheeseburger had pickles. The one chicken sandwich had extra mayo instead of no mayo. The other chicken sandwich had no bacon, no mayo, orange cheese instead of Swiss, lettuce no tomatoes. When I had them remake them, the double cheeseburger was correct. The 2 chicken sandwich clubs were wrong again. One had onion lettuce and tomatoes no bacon. The other had mayo again when it was to have no mayo. Hard to believe. read more

Drive thru was closed, they were out of half of the menu and had to wait 10 minutes for the limited menu options they did have.

This location is absolutely the worst. Your order is never accurate, food is cold and the list goes on and on and the worst part is they are so nonchalant about everything. Trying to get District manager with no luck because I just spent 26 bucks for two meals and times are way to hard to get this type of service. This was strike three for me with this location but I'm gonna keep trying to get this matter resolved. DON'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! read more

Today 05/29/25 at 6:00 pm, I ordered on the app as advertised and to redeem some points I had left. I walked in with my daughter and waited to be acknowledged for over 10 minutes. The manager that stated his name was Pat came out from the back to change some bills in a till that was in the front of the restaurant. As he started to walk back towards the back, I called to him stating "Sir, sir, sir" and he completely ignored me. That was so unprofessional it made my stomach turn. I never yelled or became rude or belligerent as a lot of customers do for this kind of treatment. I asked one of the drive thru workers to pleqse cancel the order and she did not respond to me. The cook, the manager and 2 other workers were yelling loudly amongst eachother that I would need to cancel on the app since I ordered through the app. Not even the manager Pat had the professionalism of letting me know this upfront. I have patronized this particular location dozens of times over the years but I will never spend another dime of my hard earned money in a place where I am not respected. This experience was disgusting and honestly embarrassing that I was treated this way for no reason at all. I also have yet to recieve a refund. I left out of there literally shaking trying to control my emotions and not react. read more

NEVER order from the Burger King on Taylor St in Griffin GA. Unless you have at least an hour to wait for food. For some reason they only do one order at a time. Your order is only taken after the previous customer has ordered, payed and received their food. No matter what you order it takes twenty minutes to prepare. Even drinks! Mobile ordering is useless as the wait is the same. read more

The worst place ever!!!! Food always cold, no customer service, just all the way around BAD!!!

Couldn't wait to get a Burger, We go inside and All over are "Social Distancing" Stickers on floor.. Practice safe distance, "wash your hands" blah, blah, blah... we order our food, and now comes the hard part, FINDING A CLEAN TABLE... Y'all asking us to be clean, be safe and meanwhile I had to sanitize my own table and see filthy tables all around... While employees laughing it up and having a dandy time socializing with each other... No one ever came out to SANITIZE TABLES, or chairs ... or the Fountain drink area... I don't believe I'll ever eat BK again.. Practice what you preach! read more

Every time me and my father come here we ask for no salt on the fries and for the past 3 times not only did they still put salt on the fries they put more salt each time we asked we waited for 11 min for the manager to walk past our truck and go to the truck beside us and hands them a bag then the manager walks past us and says "I forgot you guys" when we asked 11 min before the other truck. read more

This establishment is quite unprofessional. The hours of operation state that they are to be open for business at 7am on Sundays. I pull up to the drive-thru waiting for someone to come to the intercom only to be told their not open. It was exactly 7am yet they weren't open. The employees should've been there an hour or two before they open getting the store prepared for customers yet, they weren't ready to take customers. Bad business read more

I realize fast foods places are short handed..... however that is not an excuse for poor service and rude employees..... Ironically funny that they are demanding $15.00/hr. and they ain't worth 15 cents..... THANK GOD FOR CHICK-FIL-A read more

We have two burger kings in griffin. There's one on the north side and one on the south side. This Taylor street location has never gave me a correct order or service under 20 mins. The food is always hot, and tasty. But I shouldn't have to wait 10 mins at the counter to be greeted then another 15 mins waiting on my food, only to get home and realize it's wrong AGAIN! The drive through is impossible to go through because it needs work so badly! This is the worse Burger King location I've ever been too. I only gave it 2 stars because of the horrible service, and poor attitudes from the employees. read more

This burger always has my food fresh and normally doesn't take long and it definitely is better than sonic or krystals who half the time doesn't cook their food all the way their a decent cheap eat read more

Placed an online order asking for 3 burgers and fries. All three burgers were incorrect and we didn't receive our honey mustard that we specifically asked for either. We had to wait in line and were asked to pull forward and wait again. Upon getting home and realizing all burgers were done incorrectly, I tried to call a manager. They answered the phone never once saying hello. They just put the phone down on the counter and I waited 10 minutes listening to them work before hanging up. This is ridiculous customer service. They need more training or new management. read more

Burger King - Hair found in my crescent this morning. - Burgers Near Me - Griffin, Georgia

I went through the drive-through for breakfast this morning and I guess the intercom is not working because I had to yell so the lady could hear what I was ordering and still did not get it right I had to park for like 30 minutes and wait still could not get my order right so I come back to my house look in my bag and I didn't get any syrup or anything to dip my French toast sticks and my sandwiches were not made properly they are not even really put together they were kind of just thrown in the bag I got a large mocha iced coffee and I think the creamer is spoiled because it tastes sour so I paid three dollars for a drink that I cannot drink because it taste like soured milk and then I had to sit and here this lady that I guess was on her break continuously cough and cuss outside of the store on the phone with someone overall the people were nice even though the intercom wasn't working and whenever I had like y'all to get my order through she I asked why I was yelling at her whenever she couldn't hear my order but other than that it was kind of a bad experience because I usually love Burger King's breakfast in the morning they have French toast sticks coffee that I like but this experience might have ruined Burger King's breakfast for me I still cannot get the taste of spoiled milk out of my mouth. read more

I really like the new decor and building, but the service is amazingly slow. I came in for a classic chicken sandwich, currently one of their specials, and I waited twenty minutes. They made.me pull out of line and wait and then the order was incorrect. read more
