Told not to come back to 611 Taylor Street Griffin, GA. by manager 5/26/2025 because I returned my order. I asked the two managers on duty would they eat what they served me through a mobile order. I also asked why would they serve food with the appearance of being overcooked, old grease needed to be changed or just old food? I was told the first manager that I spoke to name was Melanie who had an attitude when she say my husband return with the order. A second manager name maybe Suni came up front who told me that she has a lot of customers and me contacting corporate, did not matter when she asked why did I want their names. Second manager told me not to come back to her store as my husband and I was exiting the store. Instead of owning up to the error and or apologizing. They tried to make it seem like I was the problem. As managers leading a team their skills are pathetic. I returned a crispy chicken meal and big breakfast/bcn hc. I did receive a refund. The issue is how my husband and I were treated. On my off day observing a holiday, I decided to place an order with this store and could have went anywhere. Terrible attitudes after their mistake! Two 10 Packs of McNuggets is not the same as the Two 20 Packs as paid for and shown on our receipt. Needs better management. I'd love to speak to the owner and share photos and names of whom we spoke with including Sky and Necia. Arguing with the customer before even looking at or pulling the receipt was just terrible. Will not return to this McDonald's or any McDonald' s after this experience! Will share with everyone in our sphere of influence as well. I went to this McDonald's and ordered 3 drinks a medium Diet Coke, a slushy, a medium sweet tea. I started drinking the "Diet coke" when we found out it was a regular Dr. Pepper. Absolutely horrible service this morning. Ordered two hash browns and a small sweet tea in the drive thru. Was asked to pull forward and wait for the hash browns. After 10 minutes of waiting I went inside to inquire about my order. It was chaos inside and the workers could not work in a productive way. I got my two hash browns but no tea. Asked again for tea to be told by the inadequate worker that I didn't order tea. Thank goodness I had my receipt. It was like pulling teeth to just get a simple order of hash browns and tea. Came here after work because online it says they are open 24/7. After sitting in the drive through for 5+ minutes we drove around and saw an employee in the window. He walked off and when we knocked on the window he went and hid and didn't come back. We drove back through the drive thru and say there for another 10 minutes and nothing. I called the store and a woman answered and said she was 'resetting the system' so they weren't serving food. I asked how long that takes and she wouldn't answer me. She said she had to reset the system before 6am when the next shift came in. It was 3:47 in the morning. I'm a server and I have also worked in retail and no computer system takes 3 hours to reset. Don't advertise you are going to be open 24/7 if your employees are too lazy to do their job and go hide instead of politely telling customers they can't serve food right now. I hate that I'm forced to give them one star! Worst McDonald's EVER!!!!!!! First time here thought maybe it was just an off day for them. Second time was worse. Tried a third time because my Grandbabies begged to go, but NEVER and I mean NEVER will I go here again!!!!!! Place is dirty, they were out of 50% of menu items including ice creams, milk shakes and cookies. Got there at 4 all chairs in the playground were stacked on top of the tables. Terrible expirence, I came in a few nights ago around 11 pm to workers yelling and arguing with each other. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and specifically asked if it had been sitting for hours after assuring me it was fresh when we sat down to eat the chicken was dry and obviously not fresh. To top it all off they were out of sweet tea and the coke was mixed wrong or something because it was gross as well. For three mornings in a row now I have stopped by at 6 am to grab a cup of coffee. Each morning the service takes about 10 minutes. This last morning took 23 minutes. Each morning it's coffee with 3 sugars and 3 creams. By the time I get to the window -3rd customer back- I have to remind them of that and they still get it wrong. I remind the guy with dreads in his hair and he looks at the screen, he looks back at me, and he looks at the screen again. I want to yell at him because his mouth is hanging open letting all the intelligence just wisp away into then air. I swear it took 30 seconds for it to roll around in his skull before the thought could latch onto some brain matter and he understood what I wanted. So now he disappears around the corner for what seems too long. What are you doing out of my sight all that time? Why does it take so long? I pay with exact change and leave. I pour the coffee out because I believe he did something to my coffee while he was hiding. This place is just rotten. I generally only ever get a Mocha Frappe from Mcdonalds. The one I got had legit ice cubes like you would put in a soda. My wife got a Frappe again and at least they attempted to chop up the ice cubes this time, but was definitely not a frappe. If you don't know how to make one the right way just say the machine is broken. Those were disgusting syrup drinks without the WELL-BLENDED ice combined with it. read more

The level of parking lot harassment seems to have decreased since my last review. However, this restaurant continues to be out of things on a regular basis. Out of breakfast muffins (i.e. bread for Egg McMuffins, Sausage McMuffins, etc.)? Check. Out of hasbrowns at the same time? Check. Out of basic condiments? Check. I will now begin spending my breakfast dollars elsewhere, but for those that decide to visit this place, perhaps you should start your order with "What exactly DO you have today?" Seriously, who does the ordering of food and supplies for this place? UPDATE 12/22/2013: Newly remodeled. The building looks nice and the employees seem more friendly, but even the remodeling doesn't seem to have helped with the issue of product unavailability. Went to this location on the way home from a long day at a funeral. Ordered my meal and lets just say the only thing that I could eat (well drink) was my drink. I don't know how long they keep things after they cook them but couldn't eat my fries and Hamburger. After ordering my meal, the employee at the pay window didn't say a word to me but how much I owed. Took my payment and no thank you so I said thanks and when to the next window to pickup my order the employee was just as nice as the first. No hi how are you, nothing. She gave me my food and just started to walk away, I said loudly "Well you have a good evening too." she then turned around and said oh yeah. Once I was on the road I reached into the bag only to have cold, hard fries. Couldn't eat them at all. I tried to eat my quarter pounder and it was also COLD and tasted like someone put tons of salt on it. I ended up stopping at another place for food a few miles up the road. I reported this to McDonalds the next day and when someone that said they were their customer service Rep. never really apologized but talked so highly about her employees. Well that was back in Sept 2019. After a few back and forth emails. I received a letter in the mail from this Customer Service Rep letting me know she had tried to call (when I was at work, I work 11 hour days) and stated she sent me this letter and said to verify if this was my address. Now I sent my address I know at least 5 times to her so how did she send me a letter if she didn't know my address? Why didn't they put the reimbursement in with the letter? As of this review I am still waiting for my refund (not really because I know they had no intent to reimburse me for that nasty so call meal I had to toss out) I couldn't give this location a lower score but if I could I would. Very Bad Customer Service from the location to the Representative for that location. Sad they treat people like that. read more

Never go to this McDonalds during lunch time. I was in the drive thru line for about fifteen minutes before ordering. There were cars coming out of the line because it was taking too long. When I finally got to the order screen there was only one screen working so I had to wait for the car ahead of me to move up. When I placed my order, the person didn't confirm what I had ordered but just told me the amount due. From the amount that she had given me I knew that it wasn't right. I ordered 3 sandwichs but she only rung up two. I did bring that up to the cashier and she corrected the mistake and she was very nice. I have to say that the cashiers were nice and did have good customer service but the wait time during lunch time was unacceptable. They have to work on the wait time and having both order screens working so that they can get the customers in and out. That is the purpose of a drive thru. Oh last but not least the parking is scary. While waiting in the drive thru line, I had to back up to let someone out that was parked but this was difficult because cars where ahead of me and in the back of me. So I had to be creative so that I could let that person out without causing an accident. Not good. read more
