Wing Box: A Delicious Surprise…read more We came to Wing Box with high expectations, given all the hype we've heard about their wings. But little did we know, this place would not just meet those expectations--it would exceed them. From the first bite, it was clear that Wing Box knows how to do wings right. The crunch of every wing, fry, and piece of fried shrimp was the stuff of dreams. We started with the Cajun bone-in wings, and let me tell you, these wings delivered a perfect blend of spice and crunch that left us craving more. The seasoning was spot on, hitting that perfect balance between heat and flavor. Next up, the boneless Thai sweet chili wings were a revelation. The sauce had just the right amount of sweetness to complement the mild heat, making every bite irresistible. And as if the wings weren't enough, the fried shrimp were equally impressive, boasting the same satisfying crunch and flavor that made the wings a standout. Aside from the food, the customer service was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant itself was nice and clean, with a laid-back atmosphere that makes it a perfect spot for a casual meal. Wing Box is one of those rare places that lives up to the buzz. If you're looking for a spot that delivers on flavor and crunch, this is it. We walked in expecting good wings, but we left with a new favorite spot that we can't wait to visit again. Now could the rating change when we try other items on the menu. Of course! But I don't think that's likely; at least I hope it's not. But I will keep yall updated!

My wife got the steak burrito bowl and I got the fried pork burrito. For drinks we tried the horchata and picked up a slice of their Tres Leche cake. We also tried all of their sauces, queso, and salsa. The sauces weren't that great in my opinion and the salsa didn't have good flavor and was a little watered down. The queso was pretty good though and i recommend that to go with their chips. The steak in the bowl tasted decent and the whole bowl together was really good. It was presented in the to go container really well. We recommend trying this. The fried pork tasted really good in the burrito. It was a little sweet but also a little crunchy and I was addicted to it. The whole burrito was delicious, only downside was it got really greasy by the time we got home to eat. I still highly recommend this but have plenty of napkins lol. The horchata was top tier. You could taste the rice a bit and it was a little sweet, really well balanced flavors. The tres leches cake tasted a little generic. The cake itself was a little moist but not fully like it should be. Overall, we definitely want to go back and try other things they had on their menu and other proteins. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in town.

Been trying to het back for a while, but they always have a line out the door during lunch. Don't let it discourage you cause the food is definitely worth the wait. However, I'm a sucker for small businesses, especially new ones, so I will be back to try other things on their menu. Next time, I will call my order in ahead. Here's how my experience went: -- the young lady at the register, was welcoming and happy to walk me through the menu options as a first time customer --it took 35-40 mins for me to get my food (one Philly combo and one egg roll). I'd hate to see how this would go if I came in with my whole family of 7. For the most part, the food was just okay. The best thing was the salmon egg roll. I should've asked more questions, because for $4.99, I imagined I was getting more than one. I was so disappointed when I got home and opened the box to find this one roll (see picture). I went with the beef cheesesteak, a full 12 inch. I added grilled onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, mayo, and provolone cheese. In true Philadelphia fashion it had no seasoning. (side note: going to the original cheesesteak spots in Philly is so disappointing because the steaks are almost flavorless) Once I added seasoning and some garlic teriyaki sauce, it was much better! That said, there was little evidence of the veggies I asked to be added. The fries were fine. I'm a fan of crinkle cut so no complaints. My 1yo loved the fries. I tried the peach punch (mainly because they forgot I ordered lemonade and after 40 mins I wasn't willing to spend the time for it to be fixed). It was tasty. I'm going to go back and try a salmon Philly with a side of teriyaki sauce. Might even try the wings or the water ice.

No complaints bread wasn't too soggy or stale wings were good many flavors to any likes. The owners were super friendly and had a great conversation! Definitely will be back!!!
