The charcoal grill gives them a flavor that's completely different from typical baked oysters... smoky, buttery, and ridiculously good. If I could do it over again, I'd honestly just order multiple dozens of these and call it a day. Our next favorite was a special appetizer our waitress recommended: Jambalaya Fries loaded with andouille sausage, shrimp, and a beautiful cheese sauce/gravy. It was rich, savory, and one of those dishes where every bite gets better.
