It's naturally sweetened and for 180 calories, it's a guilt-free pleasure. I added a scoop of whey protein to get my protein count up. For my meal, I had the chicken pesto flatbread. This has been my go-to at TSC for years. Who doesn't love pesto, parmesan, tomatoes and chicken in a soft flatbread wrap?
