But no good reason why they can't put a cloth cover or some kind of screen to cover the hole. It is entirely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Hopefully that issue will be fixed soon. And they will also take the time to upgrade the bathroom feeling - nice soap, luxurious paper hand towels, deep clean the floor and walls.
