Really tasty local sandwich place! Consistently good food that comes out fairly fast for fresh-made sandwiches. I have not tried it but friends tell me they deliver. I will say that I strongly prefer take-out because the atmosphere inside has been a little depressing both times I have been there. However that seemed to be more of a "mood" issue with the patrons than the fault of the people running the place. When here the other day and I was excited to eat there, but it rubbed me the wrong way when I been there for over a hour wait for some wraps and I understand if your short staffed but why you wait a hour later to start telling people "It'll be 30 minutes cause we're short staffed"? Then to see another customer who was their before us confront the cashier and ask for a refund, the cashier gets mad like people work or got places to be and to see the worker get mad is so unprofessional. Every time I go I look up to see if they have bought the Greek wrap back and I'm always disappointed bc it was my favorite and it's not back. It's like eating a Greek salad in a wrap and I loved getting it pressed. But the other items I've tried are good such as the ciderhouse melt. I like all my wraps pressed here. read more

If I give a place three stars or less that means I'm not going back... This was my second visit here and I started a 4 star review after the first visit, but never completed it. Let me start off my saying our 1st visit was amazing!!! Great customer service, good food, and a cute clean building with additional seating outside and upstairs. But on my last and most recent visit something went horribly wrong with the order. The ingredients were either left off or one was added that wasn't checked off on the box. Also, one of the sandwiches was not made and the front end staff disappeared while we were checking the order, and we had to wait until they returned back from their break. The cashier was just not trust worthy after lying to our faces. The manager was informed and she was accommodating, however I personally do not plan on returning back to the establishment. I truly believe the behavior of the staff was intentional! It's unfortunate and people should not be working in the food industry or in customer service if they are biased against people that don't look like them. read more

We had a great lunch today here at Roly Poly. I had the spicy hot tuna wrap and it was out of this world. I also had the mushroom soup which was also very good. That being said, I called in a to go order for a chicken fajita around lunch time and it was ready when I got there, even with it being peak times for them. I probably have them 5-10 minutes notice. This is the ONLY eatery in the One Shell Square (or whatever the building is now called) that is friendly efficient and consistent. And WELL priced. They are always busy there yet I get my Roly poly in a few minutes and they have such a good system. I wish the other places in the food court there would be more like them....they might get more business. But the other lunch places are staffed by rude, angry employees that will make a fuss when ask for things like salad dressing for your salad etc. and get mad at you when you don't put ENOUGH salad in your take away container to exaclty equal $2.00 minimum...no seriously that happened to me in the pizza place next door. We had a meeting and my boss fed us roly-poly's it was my first time and it is certainly one of the best wraps I have ever tasted! I had the california turkey and basil cashew chicken and it was awesome. so so good especially their mango chutney sauce, the best!
