Philly steak which was meh...
Kashai S.

Is this place good? Yes. Is it good enough for them to be charging an arm and a leg for sandwiches? No. I mean my chicken salad tasted bland and was really worse then something I could have made myself. Chicken salad chick is better, but it's also their specialty. The philly wasn't great to me, but my husband liked it. Honestly the only sandwich that wowed me was the wild turkey and we spent almost 30.00 on three sandwiches, just the sandwich mind you. It's extra for drinks or sides. I would go back to have the wild turkey, but honestly it's not worth the hype or the money.

I stopped in there for lunch one day and left after looking at the menu. There are no vegetarian options, besides a salad.

Good food. A little over priced but it's a Warner Robins staple so you kind of have to check it out.

The service was fast, and we got our food pretty quick too. Their ground beef empanadas came out hot, beautifully fried and the meat wasn't dried out like some places I've had. It was flavorful and filling. Definitely recommend getting some to start with or as a plate (with rice and beans) if you aren't super hungry. The curry chicken was creamy, and while jerk chicken was listed as being spicy, it most definitely wasn't. Between them both, I found curry chicken to be more enjoyable since the chicken wasn't as dry and tastier. The rice, beans, yuca, sweet plantains, and tostones were all good. I usually prefer black beans, but their red beans tasted better in my opinion. All of their sandwich options seem solid, and if I lived nearby, I would absolutely try each one. The pan con bistec was filling, adding fries is not necessary, but I like fries in general, so I found it worth it. The bread used for sandwiches is also given at the beginning with a green sauce to eat it with. I believe one is spicier than the other though the flavor overall is mostly the same. Not that any of the food needed additional flavor, it was nice to have when I want one bite to taste a little extra. My biggest regret: not buying a bottle of their Francesca sauce (green sauce). It added a nice citrusy, salty flavor and brought a bit of spice to the food. It's a very versatile sauce. I will be back for it and their empanadas.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food came out fresh and hot, and everything had good flavor. You can tell care was put into the preparation. It was a pleasant dining experience, and we'd consider coming back again.

For cocktails, my husband ordered the Mango Sunshine & I ordered the Cucumber Mojito. Both were refreshing & tasted good overall, but did seem quite weak. For dinner, my husband ordered the braised short rib from the Specials menu & I ordered the lamb chops, one of my absolute favorite foods. I ordered the lamb chops medium rare & they were quite overdone, with the last one I tried to eat being well done. The brussels sprouts on the other hand were quite underdone, and were solid to the point that I couldn't even stick my fork through them. I asked for asparagus as a replacement, which ended up being underdone as well. My husband felt his mashed potatoes were too salty & that his broccoli was cooked into mush, but had no issues with the short rib. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, & the complimentary biscuits were absolutely delicious. Overall, for the high prices they charge at this establishment, it is absolutely not worth it. I do not think we will be returning.
