Everything was cooked fresh, tasted amazing, and came out incredibly fast. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. For our entrées, we both went with the stir fried veggies with shrimp in garlic sauce. I got mine with noodles and fried rice, while my husband went all in with double rice. The portions were generous, and the veggies were fresh and cooked just right. The garlic sauce, it didn't quite hit the flavor note I was hoping for. And the fried rice? A bit on the bland side. However, the cold noodles that came with my dish was surprisingly tasty (think angel hair pasta tossed in a creamy sauce that somehow just works). Unexpected star of the show. The Teriyaki sauce that they pour on top of the chicken is sweet and savory. The chicken is tender and had the right amount of charred marks from the grill that made it extra tasty. These new owners definitely know what Japanese Teppanyaki cooking is all about. I've become a regular again - eating here about once a week.
