    TENMI Pork Chashu Bowl
    Nikki N.

Ramen cravings = officially satisfied. Just had an amazing meal at TIN Mii Japanese Ramen House, and every bite was bursting with flavor! We ordered the Pork Chashu Ramen and the Pork Chashu Rice Bowl--both were rich, savory, and totally hit the spot. The broth was perfection, and that chashu? Melt-in-your-mouth good. Tip: If you get the rice bowl, consider adding extra pork or asking for less rice--portion balance makes a big difference! The cozy vibe and kind service made the whole experience even better. TenMii is definitely going on the repeat list. #RamenLovers #TenMiiJapaneseEatery #ChashuGoals #FoodieFinds #SlurpWorthy #ComfortInABowl #LocalEats #JapaneseRamen

The food here is very flavorful and has been hot and fresh both times that I have went here. We ate in one time and got to-go the next time, both times I feel like the quality of the food was great! The cashier was very helpful when I asked questions about the menu. The place is very clean as well. Overall I highly recommend Tenmii!

I went to Tenmii with my family (a party of 8). There were 4 kids and 4 adults. We ordered ramen, the Sando meal, and gyoza as an appetizer. I also ordered the sparkling saki because I'd never had it before. The setup is such that you order at the register, then you pick your seating and they bring out your items. They bring things out as they're ready and everything came out relatively quickly. The service was great and one sweet gesture - in seeing the kids, they gave each of them a pack of Pocky cookies & cream sticks on the house! Regarding the food, the gyoza was very good! I also tried the fries that came with the Sando meal (which was ordered by someone in my party) and they were delicious. There is something about the flavor of their fries that is different it a really good way which I was not expecting. The sparkling saki was a canned seltzer akin to a white claw/truly. I also had the Spicy Tokubetsu and it was OK. It was spicy, which I appreciated. However I found it lacking flavor. Everything else was really good and the service was amazing so I would surely try them again and give another noodle dish a try.

This shop is so cute! Walk up counter to order, the best Japanese food in town! Get a number and wait less than five minutes for deliciousness! I got the Gyoza Dumplings (8/10) and Donburi Fries with Fried Chicken and the Sweet Bomb Sauce (1000/10 Not Too Spicy) and my partner got Spicy Tokubetsu with Pork Chatsu and Ramen Noodles (10/10 Great Heat!) They have good selection of sweet treats and cute merch!

I actually got hot delicious gourmet soup with a green salad complimented with dill dressing! The atomoshere was relaxed and decor was upscale. The owner knew what she was doing to come to Commercial Circle and put her upscale but affordable, convenient, and cosmopolitan niche. Did I mention that the coconut cake was the best ever?

Upon entrance, we noted that it was not packed. Three people were seated at the 7 tables. Very small restaurant. 3 or 4 tables seated 4 ppl and 3 tables were for 2 ppl. The decor is lovely and very pleasant. Linen table clothes and napkins, real glasses. Clean, new and just nice. The bakery display was kind of "eh". Cupcakes, red velvet cake and some other stuff that slips my memory. The menu had like 7 sandwiches, 2 soups, a hamburger, and several salads. Me and my lunchdate ordered the club sandwich with the shrimp and corn chowder soup. I ordered the side of potato salad and he ordered the apple salad side. There were 2 additional sides: side salad and pasta salad. There were 2 soups on the menu but they had 2 additional soups: chicken and wild rice and something else. They had a red pepper soup on the menu. The shrimp and corn chowder came out first in a cute tea cup. My first bite was rich and delish but as it went down, a "tangy bittersweet" after taste followed which I wasn't sure if I liked or not. As I ate more, I realized I wasn't too crazy about whatever they had put in the soup to make it have a "sweet/tangy/bitter" aftertaste. If not for the aftertaste, I loved the potatoes and shrimp and richness of the soup. I did eat all of it, my date didn't. The sandwiches arrived after FOREVER. Seriously, it took entirely too long to make a ham and turkey sandwich with bacon and cheese. It had to be like 30 minutes (after the soup arrived). And we weren't the only ones waiting. When it arrived it looked good and tasted good. The potato salad was kind of "eh". It tasted like potatoes in mayo. It didn't have any other type of flavor/seasoning/kick to it. Very plain. The apple salad my date had was "eh". I could see the apples had turned slightly brown under the mayo "sauce". It had craisins in it. He didn't touch it after the first bite. Overall, eh. Good sandwich, soup not included (unlike McCall's - soup and sandwich for $6.95), soup was ok, wait was long, ticket came up to $21.00. I guess $10.00 per meal would be ok if it was spectacular. I think I like McCall's better. Sorry, Michelle!!!! I would come back to try another soup and another sandwich. I always give another try before blacklisting a place.

The other day I went for the first time and had Tom Yum rice noodle soup. I also ordered Galbi ribs and fried pork belly I took the ribs and the pork belly home for another day so that I wouldn't have to cook. Everything that I ordered even when taking them home and reheating them was wonderful. The Tom Yum soup was so delicious. I couldn't wait to go back and so I went yesterday. I ordered the oxtail soup which I sat in the restaurant and ate and the Tom Yum soup to go. The oxtail soup was quite good with nice pieces of oxtail and little pork sausage balls with the rice noodles. The broth was flavorful and if you like it more spicy, you can add that at the table. The Tom Yum soup, which is lemongrass flavor with rice, noodles, small pork, sausage balls, small, thin, pork slices, and a boiled egg. The broth is so flavorful and tangy that it is my favorite and I will definitely be back many times to get this soup. They have a huge selection of soups that I plan on trying and I'm looking forward for comfort foods for the winter. I definitely recommend trying this place. It has a lot to offer or not just soup but other main dishes and also noodle dishes. I will say make sure you have the time to wait because if it's busy there will be a wait. I noticed that people didn't seem to mind the way because apparently the food is so good. It's not a pretentious place. It's in a small side mall with about four booths to sit out and a long table that spans the length of those four booths with stools to sit on. The decor is Japanese cartoon inspired with paintings on the wall and lots of items that you can buy with the same cartoon inspiration. It is quite cute and young and old seem to be enjoying it.

We didn't know what we wanted so we took menus and had a look over before ordering. The whole place is covered in anime which was super cool and the TVs were playing different popular anime shows as well. I ordered the duck noodle, I wish there were more vegetables! My only complaint. My husband ordered a rice plate and my daughter had pancit which the chicken was extremely dry.

Since my previous review along time ago and this time I have to say the food taste is still the same. I ordered the fish, fries and corn and same with my mother and had to send mine back due to seasoned everything on the fish, fries and corn when there was not to be any season on the food entree due to having a high food allergy. My mother entree was fine. I am not sure it took couple of times to get my dinner entree corrected and fix the server kept bringing the entree back to me. I'm not sure if the kitchen manager or restaurant knew about my entree getting messed up from the cook who made my entree. I understand mistakes happen but not right after another. Yes, I told the waitress I wanted my entree with no seasoning. For what it takes to prepare each lunch and dinner entrees for each customer/guest I would hope orders don't get overlooked and made however the cook feels the need to make a entree for a paying customer/guest. Not everyone likes heavenly seasoned that overpowers a food item no matter what it is.
