Food is Nasty! Cooked too hard ! I know it's fast food but this Zaxby sucks! I was very disappointed.

The manager who was there today exemplifies the problem with society today. I placed my order in the drive through line with the "girl" who was too lazy to get out of her chair - you had to practically yell your order at her and couldn't hear her responses. She tells me to go to the other side of the building and park -- not wait in the drive through line. After 15 minutes of waiting I get back in the line just to be told they don't have my order. So, she was just going to let me sit there... for how long?! Until I got tired of waiting or got back in to the drive through line? What kind of business management tactic is that?! A crappy one. The manager was rude and ugly when I questioned why someone didn't come out and let me know there was a problem. Bottom line: they dropped the ball and she was too unprofessional to admit it or even apologize. She shouldn't be managing a Zaxby's ... I wouldn't hire her to clean my toilets. read more

Drove up to the drive thru where I was approached by a lady who was sitting down and staring at her phone. I was the only one in line so I assumed that maybe they weren't taking orders from the iPad. So i drove forward and she flags me down. When I put my window down she says "What?!" So then I ask can I order and she says rudely "well yes." I told her I would rather order inside. I give it four stars because food is always great, and the manager I talked to about the issue was very respectful and understanding. I understand you want to compete with Chickfila with their iPads in the drive thru, but you gotta also match it with their customer service. I still recommend this Zaxbys but maybe go inside and order. read more

Before Covid-19 this was a pretty cool place to eat. It has become a wasteland. Zaxbys looks like a post apocalyptic movie. Very few cars were there. There are still parking lot cones and drive thru tents from covid-19 restrictions just sitting there rotting. There was about 15 items on the menu covered up because they don't have them. I got a Zalid that was wilted. That sort of ruined it. I felt like I was eating something scraped off the bottom of someone's shoe. My daughter got chicken strips and cheesy bites and said hers was good. My son got some cookies and said they were good. We will not return anytime soon. read more

This Zaxby's used to be a very good restaurant to go to. over the years, customer service, the quality of the food and presentation has gone down the drain. Tonight I went through the drive thru. Ordered the 10 sweet-n-spicy boneless wings, an order of fries, and an extra Zax sauce. I paid $12.64 for my order. When I got home and finally settled down to eat, I looked at my wings. They were regular boneless wings that some lazy person just squirted sauce from a ketchup bottle on them. I can flip them over and see these were plain. Then I checked my fries. No seasoning on my fries. I called and complained to Stephen. He said they'll remake my order, but after this, I just want my money back. I'm taking this crappy food back too. I want the manager to see what's representing him/her when it goes out the door. Horrible service! read more

Zaxby's. It's fast food. You know it's fast food so why are you expecting a restaurant style meal? You might want to think about your priorities. This review isn't going to cover the food, I'll leave that to the other whiners (yes you're a whiner) but it will cover the fantastic service we received. The pros: I'm a head coach for a high school soccer team and we had just finished our playoff game. We decided on Zaxby's as many other places were closing at the time. Turned out to be a great decisions. Here's the secret to large groups, you walk in and let the manager know you have a large group coming in so they can prepare, wait a few minutes, and then send in the group. Now they're ready for you to order and can get it done efficiently. The manager did a fantastic job of making sure everything was ordered and sent out in a timely manner. The food was what we expected and yes it was hot and fresh. No the fries weren't soggy, they were fries as expected. Yes the food is a little messy but who cares? Overall I was thrilled out our experience and we were able to get our food quickly and able to get back on the road to home. Great work from a great team. read more

I give this a one star, my stomach is hurting beyond belief. My fries where undercooked. Looked like they where from the mountains of caucuses. Whoever back there cooking needa be fired. 4 out of 5 times I've been to their drive-thru, they left an item out from my order; sauce, toast, and today I was worrying too much about my sauce that I didn't even notice they forgot to give me a drink until I got home. Not too sure how hard it is for them to forget what a complete set of their most popular menu, wings & things, consists of. I feel like I'm just wasting my money for such an untrained service and today will be my last time at this location. read more

This one is ok but always real slow!! Sometimes the people are professional but mostly not. And don't order in the app because it won't be ready and you'll have to wait till they get around to making your food. Disappointed!! read more

Ordered the blackened blue salad with grilled chicken. Chicken was fatty, and tasted old. Tasted like plastic or the box. Like when you eat a frozen pizza after freezer burn. He other 2 meals were ok, but the chicken wasn't anything I'd go back for. The only saving grace was the cheddar bites. Sub par. .. I order fries well done which means to cook them longer than you cook everyone else yet it never happens. Why not just say we aren't going to do it wright so don't waste your breath? Finally after taking them back 3 times and them coming back 4 times exactly the same as the times before I put them in the trash and walked out the door. Food was good except for them getting my wings wrong. I dont like to kick up dust so I just ate them. However, while I was trying to enjoy a nice dinner with my girlfriend, members of the staff began playing with the intercom. They played short pieces of inappropriate music very loudly multiple times. It was very irritating, immature, and not professional. The wings were bone dry and not tossed in the tongue torched sauce. The chicken fingers were so small, overcooked and not eatable. We asked for the game day sandwich but told every time we visit that it's a 8minute wait. Fries are always wet and not done. For the amount of money it costs to eat here with a family of four, it should be hot, give you enough food and presentable. read more
