If there is one thing that Vietvana needs to do differently is stop using these single use plastics for their pho. Aside from other issues with this approach, the fact that super hot liquid is poured into such a thin plastic bowl is bound to leech a lot of chemicals into the food from the plastic. Of course, that's not something that everyone will care much for, but personally a significant detractor. As a whole, solid pho without having to drive out to Buford Highway for the real deal.
