I have cooked in a kitchen for 6 years so I do know the ins and outs and most times it seems there is only one cook. I would suggest an additional cook or better training in time management. I really think you guys are leaving money on the table because of how long it takes to get food. Some days I don't mind and we will just sit inside and wait but not every time.
