Sadly, this location on N Lee St in Forsyth just can't get the details of an order right, and the pizza rarely has anything at the outer edges, making them smaller than paid for. I had hoped this wasn't the norm, but after 4 separate orders like this, it is their new norm. I place orders via the web, never over the phone. So there shouldn't be a way to mess these up. But somehow it is managed each time. The newer online software is still very frustrating to place an order. You have to go to multiple screens for the toppings. No place to put notes, I like my pizza cut in square vs slice. Since their sauce is so sparse, I always order double sauce. Yet, when it comes, it's as if there is less than even normal sauce amounts on it. The outer edges and corners never have sauce, cheese, or even toppings. The rest of the pizza has less than normal amounts of sauce. This location used to be fantastic at making a pizza. A deal on a pizza doesn't mean skimp on the pizza. It should be made exactly how a fully priced pizza is. If it isn't, then stop running promotions. We as consumers are sick and tired of this. Pleasant, clearly spoken customer service rep placed correct delivery order. Delivery driver was kind and showed up in good spirit. Pizza and wings were still hot and fresh. Delivery a tad bit longer than eta given. Wings were actually better than I've had at our couple local wing joints. We will order again! read more

Ordered Large Pizza, and it was supposed to be delivered in 20-40 minutes and after 70 minutes without my order I called and she said its out for delivery should arrive in 10 more minutes...... 80 minutes the pizza arrived cold! Zero stars (if I could). Ah, the fine art of customer service--something that Michael, the illustrious manager at Marco's, must have skipped the day they covered "basic human decency." Let's break down this absolute masterpiece of an experience: * Ordered food. (Simple enough, right?) * DoorDash stole it. (Not Marco's fault--life happens. We get it.) * They remade it. (Great! Progress!) * Promised a driver in under 10 minutes. (Fantastic! A glimmer of hope!) * The Dasher... left. WITHOUT. OUR. ORDER. (And no one thought, Hey, maybe we should call the customer?) Fast forward nearly two hours--yes, TWO HOURS--into this ordeal, and our food had been sitting there for 40 minutes. Instead of, I don't know, maybe remaking it AGAIN or giving a single shred of concern, Michael's response? Oh well, it's on the way. No apology. No explanation. Just pure, unfiltered indifference. At this point, my wife had already dealt with enough of the nonsense, so I stepped in. Called from her phone--got put on hold for nearly five minutes. Called from mine--Michael answers like it's a normal Tuesday. Interesting. When I finally get him to explain what in the world happened, he's short, rude, and clearly doesn't care. I calmly let him know that this is not how you run a business unless, of course, the goal is to drive customers straight into the welcoming arms of Chick-fil-A (which is exactly where we ended up). Oh, and judging by other reviews? This isn't just a bad night--this is a pattern. So, Marco's, congrats! You've successfully turned a simple pizza order into a legendary tale of failure. I like the salads and wings here. The service is always nice and the app makes it easy to order lunch to do.

Late night just got to town about 8:45 pm everything closed. Not only did they deliver it was hot and fast . The driver was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed . Way more than expected late night and in a campground but amazing job hats off to your team ! read more

Terrible service. Manager was nice, but literally took 43 minutes to get a pizza, after i was told it would take 12 minut. By the time the pizza was given to me it was room temperature. Edit: I have been back several times since this visit when in town, and the service and food has been much much better. Food comes out fast, and customer service is always good. read more

I ordered a calzone for myself and a sandwich for my husband. I also ordered a family size Greek salad for the next day. My husband fixed him a salad and found the stalk from the lettuce. Ok, so someone accidentally put it in there. Fast forward to the next day he went to eat the rest of the salad and found another stalk to the lettuce plus a long piece of plastic from a bag. Just had a great experience!! My husband and I had been driving all day back from Florida headed home to Tennessee. So we didn't want to do out. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, Greek salad, steak sandwich and cini dessert pieces. Everything was hot that should have been and soooooooo delicious!!! We loved it! Called store who stated they would remake another and send out, we waited over an hour and had to call back before they closed for the night only for them to lie and say they didn't know they were supposed to remake it. I was staying in a hotel nearby and was exhausted after a long drive so I ordered for delivery. I was expecting a so so pizza, but was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery, the freshness and taste of the pizza, and the friendly service of the delivery driver.
