Whole medium make your own pizza with sausage, jalapeños, olives, mushrooms, pepperoni and lots of extra cheese.

I work at a chain pizza place...this places food is better!!! Our table ordered a variety of food. We had a Meatza Calzone, 2 choose your own toppings pizza, wings, mini butter bites and a sub sandwich. The chicken BLT sandwich was good, the roll they put them on was sooo very soft, I even thought it was their restaurant that made it. It tasted like it was freshly baked just out of the oven. Their mini butter balls, small dough balls with plenty of butter for the rest of them to dip in, I added parmesan cheese and ate some with a spoon The wings I got, admittedly weren't very lemony or peppery, but definitely had an amazing crunch skin and so juicy and tender on the inside. I tried a slice of my boyfriends jalapeño, olive, pepperoni and mushroom pizza with extra cheese and just like you see in the movies you pull a piece and it has the LONGGGG cheese string. The jalapeños were spicy not more than I can handle just more than I enjoy. If your in town this is worth a trip here. We will definitely go once more before we leave town!!

We stopped in on a Friday for lunch for our party of 7. They offered a lunch special for 6 drinks, the garlic knots, and a 24inch party size pizza for only $46 which was a great deal. I got the lunch combo with a side salad (upgraded to a Greek salad), a small pizza, and a drink for $10. Great deals for great food. Everything was delicious! The food came out quickly and was hot & fresh. When we went it was pretty slow and there wasn't a lot of people but it seems like it would be a fun place to go and hang out on a weekend night. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you want a yummy pizza night!

The meat craver pizza and kickin' chip appetizer from The Pie are both must tries during your visit.

Delicious pizza and very quick! We ordered pickup but the inside looked very nice and clean. They have a big parking lot too

Not recommended. Food was awful and they had no unsweet tea. Drink area had numerous spills and lots of flies.

Porto Di Venezia did NOT disappoint! We opted to go for a late lunch/early dinner. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. They weren't busy at all, which is what I was hoping for. They had soft music in the background and since it wasn't busy, we could hear each other and carry on a conversation! We were seated quickly and our waiter came over to take our drink order and ask if we had any questions. We opted to order from the lunch menu. It's great option, especially if you eat smaller portions and/or on a budget. The portions are perfect and it includes a soup or salad. I ordered the Lasagna Bolognese with the Sicilian Chicken soup. My husband ordered the Penne Bolognese (with sausage) with the Italian salad. Everything was SO delicious. We ordered the Limoncello cake to go. I have been craving a piece of this cake for so long, it was so satisfying to eat Definitely recommend coming here. Afterwards, you can walk it off in the cute downtown area!

They didn't have an open sign lit up and it appeared dark, but I had looked them up online and they were open (as of 11 a.m.). We parked in a public deck across the street. It had no gate infrastructure, so I assume it's free all the time. There is also street parking within a block or so. The restaurant itself is located about half a block north of the downtown square along a row of shops (records, etc.). The interior layout is booths along the left wall, tables in the middle, and a long bar down the right wall. There appeared to be a large brick pizza oven towards the back also. It was not overly busy when we were there, so there were only 2 servers handling tables and the bar. A few booths had patrons and there was 1 or 2 people at the bar. Service was good. The menu had a decent variety - salads, pastas, pizzas. I don't recall if there were other items. My wife got some sort of pasta dish that wasn't what she expected but she liked it. I also got a pasta dish - angel hair pomodoro. I thought this would be angel hair pasta with the 'pomodoro' in the form of a red sauce. The pasta was there, but the tomatoes were finely diced along with some onions and greens. It was different, but fine. I finished it. So don't be surprised with variants from 'standard' presentations, but the food is good. They appeared to have a full bar and a decent wine / beer selection, but we skipped that this time. We also skipped dessert. If I'm back in Carrolton, I'd consider stopping in again.

But this Greek and Italian restaurant stood out from the rest. The murals on the walls and the green and red colors made me feel like I was in Italy on vacation. We settled in a booth, took one look at the menu, and decided we would do what we call a sampler! So we ordered a huge pizza that tasted as if it came right from Italy, but it had that New York-style taste I so love, too. The pasta was very hearty, meaty, with a light, rich sauce. I think it was a buttery type sauce. We added wings and calamari, which were just as good and flavorful. I like a lot of crispy crunch to my wings! Also, we couldn't leave without adding a dessert on the way out. I have to say the dessert display case is really something to admire. So we started with one dessert. I believe it was the tiramisu and a slice of cake that led to several more tastings and the purchase of more desserts on the way out; they were just so good! Now I have to give the staff a big thank you! We had a little one with us; she enjoyed the food, but the murals on the wall really caught her attention. She asked the staff a zillion questions, and they were so kind to her. Thank you again!
