Whole medium make your own pizza with sausage, jalapeños, olives, mushrooms, pepperoni and lots of extra cheese.

I work at a chain pizza place...this places food is better!!! Our table ordered a variety of food. We had a Meatza Calzone, 2 choose your own toppings pizza, wings, mini butter bites and a sub sandwich. The chicken BLT sandwich was good, the roll they put them on was sooo very soft, I even thought it was their restaurant that made it. It tasted like it was freshly baked just out of the oven. Their mini butter balls, small dough balls with plenty of butter for the rest of them to dip in, I added parmesan cheese and ate some with a spoon The wings I got, admittedly weren't very lemony or peppery, but definitely had an amazing crunch skin and so juicy and tender on the inside. I tried a slice of my boyfriends jalapeño, olive, pepperoni and mushroom pizza with extra cheese and just like you see in the movies you pull a piece and it has the LONGGGG cheese string. The jalapeños were spicy not more than I can handle just more than I enjoy. If your in town this is worth a trip here. We will definitely go once more before we leave town!!

Greek salad with Greek dressing (no tomatoes)

We stopped in on a Friday for lunch for our party of 7. They offered a lunch special for 6 drinks, the garlic knots, and a 24inch party size pizza for only $46 which was a great deal. I got the lunch combo with a side salad (upgraded to a Greek salad), a small pizza, and a drink for $10. Great deals for great food. Everything was delicious! The food came out quickly and was hot & fresh. When we went it was pretty slow and there wasn't a lot of people but it seems like it would be a fun place to go and hang out on a weekend night. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you want a yummy pizza night!

The meat craver pizza and kickin' chip appetizer from The Pie are both must tries during your visit.

Not recommended. Food was awful and they had no unsweet tea. Drink area had numerous spills and lots of flies.

Love the cheese sticks. People are usually very nice and service is quick. I wish they still had the spaghetti!

Good food and you get what you ordered! Love their pasta and salads. Pizza is always a winner over other local pizza places.

I wanted to have great Italian food for our anniversary, that is also Valentine's Day. We prefer to…read morego the day before to avoid the crowds. We drove about an hour to get there. Porto Di Venezia did NOT disappoint! We opted to go for a late lunch/early dinner. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. They weren't busy at all, which is what I was hoping for. They had soft music in the background and since it wasn't busy, we could hear each other and carry on a conversation! We were seated quickly and our waiter came over to take our drink order and ask if we had any questions. We opted to order from the lunch menu. It's great option, especially if you eat smaller portions and/or on a budget. The portions are perfect and it includes a soup or salad. I ordered the Lasagna Bolognese with the Sicilian Chicken soup. My husband ordered the Penne Bolognese (with sausage) with the Italian salad. Everything was SO delicious. We ordered the Limoncello cake to go. I have been craving a piece of this cake for so long, it was so satisfying to eat Definitely recommend coming here. Afterwards, you can walk it off in the cute downtown area!

The menu had a wide variety of offerings all sounding delicious. My wife chose the grilled chicken sandwich and I went with a seafood cannelloni. Both items were outstanding. We will be returning.

We were attending a concert in downtown Columbus, so I wanted to have dinner relatively close. This…read morerestaurant had been under construction the last time we visited, but it was a viable option this time. I made a reservation a month or so in advance (though it may be possible to get a table closer to your target date than that). We arrived just before our 5:45 p.m. reservation. It was bitterly cold that day, so I dropped my wife off and searched for parking. My advice: there seemed to be more spaces available on 1st Avenue north of the restaurant. I circled around some other streets first and found nothing. The restaurant itself is a somewhat narrow but deep space in its building. When you enter, the first room has the bar on the left and tables on the right. There is a secondary smaller room towards the back which was where our table was. Our waiter showed up and got our drink orders. There was an extensive list of specials and drinks, which was fine. I don't think we opted for them, but it was nice that they had a changing variety of dishes. As this was our first time here, everything was a novelty. I had some wine; the pours were average. I think the entrees came with salads, which were good. For the main dish, I had to decide between lasagna, spaghetti, and a mushroom ravioli + steak option. I went with the latter, and was pleased. The steak was just 4 oz, but that's fine given the overall dish. It was cooked well and tasty. The ravioli were good as well. I did not manage to finish them, but enjoyed them for lunch the next day. My wife opted for a fish dish which she also liked. We did not want to overdo dinner with dessert as we had a performance to attend. Otherwise, I'd have checked that out. The last thing I'll comment on is the music selection. They were featuring "Spanish guitar" covers of pop songs, but the mix was pretty eclectic - it included Beatles, CCR, the Theme from Forrest Gump, etc. I enjoyed it quite a bit, to the point that I emailed them to ask about it. It definitely wasn't just a generic background music stream! We are planning to attend another performance in Columbus later in the Spring, and I have already made a reservation to return to Mabella's.

Shelby and the rest of the staff were all very nice and attentive. There were so many good food choices that it took everyone a while to make their final decision -- Shelby was patient with us as we decided. The restaurant is big enough for everyone to have their own space with their dining party, but small enough to give a private dinner feel. I will definitely return to Venucci and recommend others try it out!

It was 1:30 on a Wednesday, and we were surprised to find the restaurant still full of customers; but there was a nice table for us. I'm always happy when a restaurant has several choices of wine and beer, a good assortment of appetizers, salads, main dishes and desserts. So far so good. We started with wine and a Caesar salad, followed by fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Marsala. The servings were so large, that despite our hunger, we took enough home for our dinner. The food was very tasty. And the restaurant is located in a historic building, with exposed brick, and displays racks of wine, and has a bona fide pizza oven. Note to self: must return to try pizza, the crab and shrimp dishes, and desserts!
