While seated linear to two other tables, I observed that I'd completed my meal prior to the others. When the officer and his guest finished their meal, employee Korlee approached their table, removed their tray, and emptied the contents in the trash. I then pushed my tray center table, thinking that she would return. That did not happen. As the second patron (middle table) stood up, Korlee met him, retrieved his tray and emptied it as well. By this time, I then pushed my tray to the very end of the table thinking that she would return. Needless to say, Korlee returned behind the counter. My visit to the restaurant was after the lunch hour, which meant that there was not a lot of traffic on the inside. While sitting and observing her, I noticed that Korlee blatantly avoided looking in my direction to avoid approaching my table. My intent was to time her to see just how long it was going to take for her to notice that I'd completed my meal, as it didn't take her long to see that the other patrons were done eating. Fortunately for her, her colleague Hayleigh, was very attentive, respectful and professional with executing her duties as all employees of Chik-fil-a have been trained to do. While addressing my concerns with the manager Joseph, I felt as though his attempts were more dismissive of her behaviors by gesturing that he "doesn't believe that that was her intent," rather than stating that he would address my concerns with her and at least make me feel as though it was a priority (even if he felt within that it was not). Based on my day at Chik-fil-a, I would suggest that Korlee receives training in cultural competency and learn how to become more aware of patrons who do not look like her and treat them with the same courtesy and respect. After all, my money spends like everyone else, particularly when it is time to collect when a purchase is made. I am very disheartened and disappointed by Korlee's antics and will not patronize this restaurant again.

I will take care of it and bring it out to you." would have been sufficient and acceptable. When the drink was brought out to my car, she had an opportunity to give an apology and she didn't. It seemed that I was an inconvenience again when in reality I had to drive back to the store because my order was incorrect. I wasn't asking for anything other than what I ordered and paid for. Please educate your staff on how to be kind to your customers. I wouldn't even write this review if she was kind. The fact that she was rude and I appeared to be be an inconvenience to her is the issue.
