Went through the drive through ordered chicken cordon bleu no mayo. They got the no mayo part right. That's about it. The chicken patty was squished down like it had been cooked 5 hours before. There was virtually no ham, certainly nothing like the picture on their menu board. Stopped by to for dinner. Employee standing outside, so, asked if dining room was open. Response "I Don't know." So, we went inside. Several employees standing around talking. They did look up but never spoke. They moved away, still, no acknowledgement. Cashier came up, asked her if dining room open. She called out for someone, never responded, directly to question. Several employees walking around, never, acknowledged presence. Got time to talk amongst themselves, but, not customer. Alot of loud, vulgar, talking about drive thru customers. Never been disappointed at an Arbys til now. Fish over cooked, fries burnt to crisp dry n chewy. Had to ask twice for my aujue that comes with french dip. The one benefit of the pandemic is how clean every place is... Not here floor dirty, tables dirty, hand sanitizer empty, shall I go on?? I got the Rueben sandwich and jalapeño bites tonight. I like to get sandwiches here because the bread is always so fresh and good. However the meat had so much gristle tonight that a lot of it was impossible to chew and eat. There was also too much dressing and sauerkraut. The jalapeño bites were good. Nice flavor and crunch but not spicy until I used the berry sauce. Service was quick and good with a side of attitude. Might need to stick with the classic original like my husband. He was able to eat his whole meal. read more

This place needs to overhaul the counter personnel they seem to care about nothing but watching there iPhone I stood in line forever and by the time I got my food it was cold I understand it's hard to get good help nowadays But you don't have to hire the ignorant ones either The food was good but cold because it sat on the counter before anyone decided to bag it The service is terrible and so I won't be back for a while. Just ordered dinner from there and I must say the server Takija (I believe that's her name) was VERY helpful and kind when it came to taking my order and my coupons for my order. Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER gotten at fast food restaurant in general. When I got up to the window I was yelled at and asked "WHAT YOU WANT?" I tried ordering a BLT was told they don't sell BLTs which is a straight up lie. Was told they had no chocolate shakes but not told, YELLED AT. The man taking my order was the rudest fast food employee I've ever dealt with. Absolutely horrendous. My family of 6 have been customers of this Arbys for years but I will never be going back to this Arbys. read more

We patiently waited in drive thru for over 30 minutes, when we got to the window there seemed to be no sense of urgency, we were at the window for over 5 minutes alone, and they still messed up our order, went in to get it fixed, they were "too busy" to ask what the issue was, spent another 5 minutes resolving it. 45 minutes for 2 meals with no special instructions... There is clearly a lack of leadership and sense of urgency to get orders out correctly and in a timely manner from 1:13 when we pulled in until 2pm when we pulled out this Sunday afternoon. read more

Waited in the line from 6:56 to 7:57 just too get very cold food. They had no fries and replaced the large fry with two potato cakes. The ONLY thing that was good was the mellow yellow. The drive through service is insanely slow. They made every car through pull over to wait. We waited 15+ minutes. When I choose to go to Arby's we have a social contract. I will buy your food through a window and you will provide it promptly. Making me sit and wait 15 minutes gives me time to realize the terrible mistake I've made and feel bad for ordering a fried dinner. Don't make me feel bad, Arby's. read more

Tried to order a Greek Gyro Value Meal w/Lemonade plus a Roast Beef Gyro at the drive-thru today. The speaker at the kiosk was barely audible. The girl inside was wearing a mask and I couldn't understand her. She started questioning me about "Market Fresh" lemonade versus "Classic Lemonade", so I chose the latter. She repeated my order minus the additional "Roast Beef Gyro" I repeated that I wanted that in addition to the "Greek Gyro Value Meal". She as if that was part of my "original" order, so I raised my voice and repeated to entire order. Then a "Beef Brisket Meal" popped up on the screen. Frustrated, I drove around to the window, only to be accosted by a woman who identified herself as the "District Manager". She started yelling at me that I couldn't yell at a child (the girl with the mask). I told her I was 60 years old; I couldn't understand her employee and that's why I drove around. After a bit more banter from her, she backed up and the girl asked if she could complete my order. I told her I was sorry if she thought I yelled at her. Then, the "District Manager" jumped back up to the window to inform me she was going to make sure my order was taken and filled correctly. I paused, composed myself and again, tried to order a "Greek Gyro Value Meal", whereupon she interrupted me to inform me Arby's doesn't have a "Greek Gyro Value Meal". They have a "Greek Gyro Meal". I told her I was done and drove off. I have issued a complaint with their customer service plus an email to their corporate headquarters in Atlanta. I checked my bank account; since 11/01/2021, I have spent $206.04 at this restaurant, but never again after this incident. In today's high inflation economy, I will not subject myself to people who cannot listen to a customer without talking over them and berating you over syntax when ordering. read more
