I ordered a large Coke at the drive- thru. However, I didn't taste the drink until I left the store. I drove back and parked on the side and walked up to the staff and kindly let them know that I ordered a large Coke and received a large Dr. Pepper and wanted to swap it out. The manager immediately said, "Go back to your car. I'll bring it to you." There was no apology or shown any kindness. (I know mistakes can happen and I understand.) A simple "I'm sorry. I will take care of it and bring it out to you." would have been sufficient and acceptable. When the drink was brought out to my car, she had an opportunity to give an apology and she didn't. It seemed that I was an inconvenience again when in reality I had to drive back to the store because my order was incorrect. I wasn't asking for anything other than what I ordered and paid for. Please educate your staff on how to be kind to your customers. I wouldn't even write this review if she was kind. We don't have a Chick-fil-A in Oahu, Hawaii, so we just had to finally try this place out the second we saw it on the side of the road. We have commercials of this place on TV, but never get a chance to try it. We see youtube videos about their overkill awesome customer service and always thought it was a total exaggeration lol. Anyways, we ordered what was recommended to us which was the #01 chicken sandwich meal with potato cuts, lemonade shake (interestingly delicious), and the chicken nuggets (super small bite size chicken bites). Everything was very flavorful, juicy, and delicious. I don't even like pickles, but it goes perfectly well with the sandwich. I would come back everytime I see a Chick-fil-A if I visit the mainland again. The customer service wasn't as crazy friendly as the youtube videos, but still outstanding. While waiting in a line that moved super fast because everyone including managers were opening up new lines to take customer orders. The young cashier girl that we had helped us out a lot and she gave us a bunch different dipping sauce to try out. The Chick-fil-sauce that they have is my favorite out of the 3 sauces that I got. What's crazy too is that they have multiple condiment tables where you can grab your own condiments, napkins, etc. You don't really see a quality stand like this in Hawaii fast food restaurants lol. read more

Rarely do I have a problem with Chick-fil-a. Used rewards to purchase a meal and a drink. Drink never came. I went up to the counter to ask for it. The person at the desk wouldn't listen to me, and tried to ring the drink up again. I told the person and tried to show them the receipt on the Chick-Fil-A app. I was rudely told off (basically told I was lying) and just walked away. They seemed busy, I wasn't the only one having issues. read more

Its hard for me to find anything negative with most of the chick fil a restaurants that I visit. Same goes here. This location has been updated and has a good deal of parking, a double drive-thru, always seem to have enough staff on hand for the busy times. 98% of the employees I have encountered are CFA awesome. Always very nice and accommodating. I also order my fries to be made fresh and I'm not talking like just made.. I'm talking like drop them now while Im standing here and I will wait for them to finish. This is usually not a problem and they are happy to help. The food is always fresh. The cost is in line with the service you receive. The app always seems to work well. The bathrooms are usually clean. I will always consider CFA to be a solid food choice when hungry. They set the standards high and its hard for other fast food to even compare. read more

Update ! I wrote to cooperate after I wrote this review. Yesterday, the manager from this store called me. She apologized and told me she wasn't in store that day. I described the " manager " we dealt with. Apparently, that's the assistant manager. She apologized profusely and stated that's the service we all received that day was not part of the CFA model. She told me that they want everyone in any state to have the excellent service we are used to. Also , they wouldn't worry about a transaction number , but just give or let make her own ice cream. Next time I'm down there, I'll try it again. Hopefully just a bad day. I'll update after that and may change my stars. My friend and I went there for lunch today. We are both very familiar with Chick-fil-A. No one gave us the yellow/orange cone shaped thing. We didn't know where are food was. When we asked another person they finally brought out our food in 20 minutes. They then forgot part of my meal. The table was filthy. We tried to clean it. Then , in the next booth , a woman asks for her child's ice cream. The manager wanted the transaction number. The woman couldn't get her phone to the app because the WiFi was down. My phone wouldn't work either. She continued to argue with the woman until the woman said she wished she never asked for it because of all of the issues. I've Never been in this chain of restaurants and ever seen multiple rude employees. This was shocking. The CFA I know just wants the customer to have a great experience. Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A? If this were A standard Chick-fil-A, I wouldn't even bother with the review. However, this particular Chick-fil-A is a Dwarf House. It has both the standard Chick-fil-A area and a sit down restaurant area. I still wasn't terribly excited about having dinner here, but I was pleasantly surprised. The sit down area has a full menu, complete with vegetables. I opted for the steak, thinking I would really put them to the test and it was actually pretty good. Let me clarify that I'm not suggesting you opt for a Chick-fil-A steak over one from a steakhouse, but it was better than I hoped for. I rounded out the order with a baked potato and mac 'n cheese. The potato skin was salted (something I like) and the mac 'n cheese was very good. My wife ordered Belgian waffles (yes, they serve breakfast all day) and her cousin LOVED their collards. This particular Chick-Fil-A is a DWARF HOUSE! This means it has a small red dwarf door you can bend over and walk through. It also means that you are seated in a booth, a waitress takes your order, and they have more menu selections, including (prepare yourself): beef. Yes, Chick-Fil-A actually makes good burgers and steak, and here is the place to try this rare find! Besides the ever-delicious and popular offerings of waffle fries, the Chick-Fil-A sandwich, nuggets and lemonade, they also have a wonderful chicken pot pie, a chargrilled chicken melt sandwich, a "hot brown", hand-spun milkshakes (request yours to be extra thick), fried pies, and even chicken biscuits all day long! If you've never been, you owe it to yourself. You might have to wait a little before you're seated, but it will be worth it. (Like all Chick-Fil-As, they are closed on Sundays, so choose another day to go!) read more

The east chic file a has been newly rebuilt. The one that was torn down was a Dwarf House with a small door for kids. The food and service is still wonderful but the architecture is similar to a medical clinic. Also it is not faced towards the main street with the front actually facing the dumpster area. This Chick-fil-A needs lots of help. No one works the drive thru correctly, (literally they didn't answer line 2 for 5 mins, no "please holds" or "one moment please" upon arrival) it took us saying "hello" for anyone to answer even though it was functioning. Order was repeated back to us not once but TWICE, then, upon window arrival, WE are asked to repeat name and order, because somehow they had no idea who we were, then they forgot to put all of our food in the bag which made the whole point of going to the drive-thru pointless, and CMON... You're Chick-fil-A! I'd expect this from anywhere BUT here! Not to mention another customer was going in at the same time as us with an order error. I'll never return to this location. Wake up.
