I have tried their new Spicy Cajun Chicken medium Sub on a wheat bread which was toasted, the Cajun seasoned Chicken breast was grilled and topped with Zesty cherry peppers, melted pepper jack cheeses, lettuce, onions, deli mustard and their home-made Cajun Mayo. The sandwich was very delectable, tasty and yummy. It all came for a price of $5.55 + Taxes. The prices are very reasonable. I also love the Coke Remix machine. I love this place. You actually get a lot of sandwich for the money, plus the container they put it in keeps you sandwich neat. Now if on a budget though Subway would be a better choice. You can request certain items be taken off the sandwich but other than that you'll get it exactly how it states it on the menu. read more

I had not been to Firehouse in awhile. When I went in no one greeted me and that was fine until the next few customers came in and were vociferously greeted. I ordered my old favorite New York Steamer fully involved. Maybe it was just a bad day or the wrong location but the sub was not nearly as good as I remember. The quality of the meat has changed as well as the prices. The meat quality is not nearly as good as pre pandemic and the prices are post pandemic higher. Pastrami and corned beef should have different texture and certainly should taste different but this sandwich just tasted like the cheap processed meat with various names attached. I have a trained palette and I understand textures of meat, so I wa svery disappointed. Such is the postpandemic world we live in. read more

Need training like really, basic reading and writing training. Did an online order, everything listed what sandwich has what. But form some reason both sandwiches were mixed up. Now mixing up I could almost understand. But really a signature sandwich with a plain meat and cheese? And the location was just about empty. Just post covid, you would think as people are going out and buying from fast food again, investing into good value would make a great impression. That didn't happen for me. Okay i'm very pissed ! i came here on august 7th around 6:15 and order a large club on a sub sandwich with no tomato , mustard , or onions . this is what i always get from firehouse . so i get home and as i'm eating my sandwich i taste something rubbery. i'm 6 months pregnant so i can taste EVERYTHING! I open my sandwich up and it's RAW BACON on my sandwich! like wtf ! i'm PREGNANT and if i get sick i will be taking further actions because that's just trifling. Not only was my order wrong because the girl taking orders can't hear very well apparently, which I had to drive all the way back to get fixed. While they were fixing the order I observed someone in the prep area using their phone with their gloves on and their mask under her chin. Then she pulled her mask over her mouth, scratched her nose and eyes and then continued what she was doing without changing gloves. This is disgusting. The restaurant chain usually offers a good deal for kids on certain days, but the sign regarding this deal is gone. Guess you gotta ask about it in order to receive the special. This location has gone way downhill. I have been frequenting this location since 2019. As of lately, it seems as if the employees don't care at all. I would say that it's bad training but at this point, it's just lack of initiative or drive. There's no sense of urgency. Sex people behind the counter and only one that is attempting at making sandwiches. Own gentleman was just looking around and bucking his eyes as if he was the one being inconvenienced. I ordered my sandwich at 7:05 and it said it would be done at 7:25. I didn't get my sandwich until almost 8pm. No less than 10 customers standing around wondering why they haven't received their food yet. Not one person stepped up to make the process any faster. Audi no one actually reads the order slips. Your order will still be incorrect even though they are looking at the slip as they make it. They frown at you and look at you crazy when you let them know that they've made a mistake. I will not come back to this location until whoever runs it actually makes sure the employees are up to par or at least give a crap about the customers. read more

Very nice nighttime cashiers, however, one of the managers during the night is very rude and uses provocative language towards his coworkers and has no regard for the his volume. Occasionally, there is very loud rap music playing behind the counter when I visit, and it is too explicit to be playing in any open-environment. Usually there is no music playing, so that leads me to believe that it isn't supposed to be played in the first place. Also, my orders are almost always messed up whenever I go. Subs are consistently good, as other have mentioned it does get a bit crowded during peek hours, but I can't hold that against them. They are my go to sub destination on the north side of Henry County. If you're not a sub fan, try a salad, they are so big I can rarely finish mine in one sitting. read more
