This is a new fast food restaurant in town. I've seen these in other states so I wanted to try it one morning. As others have stated, they are very slow. I'd like to say it's because they're new but I don't know. I was the only person in the restaurant on an early Friday morning and it took forever for someone to notice I was at the counter. I ordered the pancakes and took a seat. 17 mins later, they gave me my food. There were only 2 cars in the drive through! Food was great! Hope they pick up on the service side. read more

Met here for a family lunch and a day of local shopping. This place is giving Chik-Fil-A a run for its money on courteous employees. We ordered our combos and ate inside. They bring your order to your table, no shouting and you running to pick it up. They also bring a condiment tray with them to give you any condiments you may desire with your meal. No nickel and diming over ketchup. They have a grilled chicken sandwich which ALL fast food restaurants got rid of during COVID. It was a delicious and welcome healthy alternative to a burger. That said, the burger was good too. This was an all around solid meal with excellent service. They even got our picky order right. They deserve all FIVE stars. read more

I placed an online order, because I didn't want to wait because I was on mu lunch break. The order should have been ready by 4:40 at the latest. I get there and my at 4:40 and still had to wait 7 minutes for my order. And no, it wasn't busy. Kid who was suppose to be making my burger to busy playing. Awesome cashier - we were there between 2 and 3pm on Feb 4. The manager needs a total OVERHAUL! We specifically asked for "cooked to order" burgers and received burgers that the cheese couldn't melt on. The manager was upset that I complained. His whole demeanor caused me to just ask for a refund. He was really upset then. He blurted out other people were waiting on their food [???]. When I finally asked for my receipt, he stated loudly that I didn't buy anything from them, he had refunded our meals (I didn't ask for my wife's meal to be refunded) yet de did not provide the document to reflect that the refund had occurred. We left and he came outside behind us. Trust me, avoid this guy if at all possible. I called headquarters and requested that this manager be provide some management skills soon! 2/8/25: I just left this location. Like many of the reviews imply, the wait was extremely long. Although my wait in line was exactly 43min10sec, the wait was not my issue. They are a newer location, so I expected there to be a lot of traffic. My issue was the horrible customer service. After I got to the window the associate asked for the name of my order, which I gave her. About 2 minutes later she asked for the name on my order again. She came back a third time and asked for my receipt which I gave back to her. I waited patiently for my food. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with a side of onion rings, bbq sauce and mayonnaise. When I received my bag it didn't have any onion rings or mayo. When I told the associate about my missing onion rings, she walked away before I could tell her about my missing mayo. When she came back with the onion rings, I asked her for a side of mayo. She stated that it was in the bag and I replied "all I have is bbq sauce". She said okay and walked away again. This time she came back with another container of bbq sauce. I told her that I already had bbq sauce and I was missing my mayo. She insisted that the mayo was in a container inside the bag. In turn, I showed her my empty bag and then the 2 bbq sauces she gave me. She came back with the mayo and she apologized. I said it was fine and I asked her if I could have my receipt back. I guess she misplaced it, so she asked for the order summary receipt which was taped to the bag. All of sudden, a tall light-skinned guy (describing because I didn't get his name) walks up to her seemingly aggravated and yells "what's the hold up at the window" twice to the young lady. She explains to him what's going on, then he comes over to my driver side window and tells me that I need to either pull up to the curb and wait (which at this point I'd been doing for 40 minutes) or come inside so that the manager can reprint my receipt because he "CANNOT HAVE ME HOLDING UP THE LINE FOR A RECEIPT" I chose to come through the drive-thru for a reason, why would I want to get out of my car and come inside? And I also wasn't about to pull around and probably wait another 20-30 minutes for them to forget to bring me my receipt. I then told him I'm not sure why she took my receipt back in the first place, I guess she was trying to figure out which order I had. He then raised his voice at me and said again that I couldn't hold up the line for a receipt so I said okay I'll just take the "order summary" receipt and as I was pulling off I heard him curse and say "what the fuck?" I'm not sure why this young man was so upset, but me requesting my receipt back couldn't have been the issue. My original receipt had the cost of my meal as well as a QR code for a survey which is why I wanted it back. No one deserved to be talked to or treated this way. This location needs to work on their customer service, and try hiring some more people since they seem to be short staffed. Make sure staff is properly trained on how to speak and deal with customer because cursing at them is absolutely unacceptable!!! Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered curbside and they never brought it to me. I had been asked by their delivery driver to move because he needed to block the spot I was in, no worries, he was super nice and even told the manager where I was so it would be brought to me. 50 minutes later, no food even though they had 0 customers. I finally gave up and came in to request a refund since they were too busy doing nothing to bring my food. I kindly asked if I could just get a refund and go about my day, since they never brought my food out. 3 people said they knew I was out there and even spoke to each other confirming it in my presence. They got the manager to speak to me, and she was unkind and not helpful at all. She informed me they would not refund me and to take it to corporate. I said I didn't want to complain to corporate, I just wanted my refund for the food they chose not to deliver. She repeated herself. Never offered to remake it, never apologized, nothing. Despite my willingness to pay any price, the general manager refused to serve me since it was past breakfast time. Go take a class from your competitor Chic-Fil-A! If you're going to pattern your double lane drive thru after them you probably should learn how to move your customers through swiftly. The first time I came there was a girl slowly walking back and forth to take your credit card, come back then tell you to move forward and wait. I told her she should have an apron packed with straws, salt, ketchup! That way she didn't have to take an additional round trip for those items. Food finally came. It was lukewarm! Tried going back another day only to end up getting off line and going to Chic-Fil-A. Third time went back with my husband and we waited online 20 minutes. We paid almost $30. The food was again lukewarm and the service was horrible. Training training, training, training training! On how to treat people, how to hustle and how to keep those lines moving. I know business is hard. I know staffing is hard But if you guys are gonna stay and float, you need to do much better. i have been to Whataburger in other cities and not had a problem. in fact Texas locations were great. i hit the drive thru on what i thought was an off time around 315pm. the line was 10 deep with only one line open. 45 min later i got my order. that was 15 min after i hit the pickup window and got a drink. the fries were hot but the big burger was cold and just thrown together. come on, folks for 13.00, you can do better. i tried Smalls last week and it took 20 min but everything was fresh and hot. this is a really competitive market and this is a good location but i don't have to go to this one or this restaurant when i want a good burger. from the looks of these reviews, i'm not the only one thinking the same thing. read more

Ordered our food on the self-ordering app. Waited over 30mins and no one acknowledged that we were even in the restaurant. We asked for a refund and even that took forever.
