Now although that may be standard new practices across Taco Bell locations, it's still unacceptable. The service was fine, just slow. I went inside to bypass the long drive-thru. None of the workers are cashiers, everything must go through the kiosk or mobile orders but everything takes 15-20 mins to make after you order it. Definitely not fast. There have been several instances over the last year or two where the orders have been inaccurate and meat served when vegetarian options have been requested. We asked for vegetarian Crunch Wrap Supremes. They came with beef and we found that out once we got home. In bringing it back, they were kind enough to remake them. Pulled up to about 5 cars in front of me and was momentarily nervous that it would take forever to order and get my food. But the line moved swiftly. Worst Taco Bell! I visited the Taco Bell on Hudson Bridge a few days ago and received the worst food and customer service ever. I ordered the rolled chicken taco box and I also ordered two additional rolled chicken tacos. When I got home and preceeded to eat my food, the chicken tacos were burnt and overcooked. The tacos were so overcooked that the chicken inside of them was burnt to a crisp and literally looked like a link sausage. I immediately attempted to reach someone at the store over 5 times and kept receiving a full voicemail message. I finally drove back to the store after my meal was ruined as a result of the burnt and overcooked food. In addition to the horrible food, the bag that they put the rolled tacos had grease rolling down on both sides. To my surprise, the person who identified himself as the manager was argumentative with me about as I expressed my disappointment with the food. I would have been satisfied had they agreed to make my food right instead of trying to shove horrible food down my throat. That was a simple fix to make the customer happy. The only conclusion that I can draw from my experience is that they don't care about customer service or satisfaction. No one answers the phone for extended periods of time and the voicemail continued to be full which indicates that it is not answered. Compared to other Taco Bells that I have visited, this one ranks at the bottom of the barrel. I wasted my hard earned money and my appetite was ruined. read more

Yesterday I had a terrible experience at this taco bell. I went through the drive thru and ordered a 3 taco supreme combo and nacho supreme. I live 5 minutes away. When I got home the nacho supreme was soggy. The chips were like they had been wet. The 3 crunchy tacos didn't have any crunch. They were soggy. It seems like my order had been prepared in advance and sitting. Needless to say I will never patronize this place again. Wasted $11. I was not able to get this food. read more

Well. It's Taco Bell so there's nothing really fancy going on here. I just stopped to get a taco to hold off my hunger until the Yelp Launch Party. Yes, I know Kathleen warned that we need to eat a meal prior to coming out but I can eat two soft shell tacos and I'm full. So of course I ordered two Fresco Chicken Soft Taco (150 calories each) with some Fire Roasted Salsa and it was pretty darn good. I usually get the Cinnamon Twists as well, but I recently found out that they have 170 Calories per bag. Yeah 20 calories more than the actual tacos. ERGH! That sucks! Wait, itsn't the purpose of this review to actually review the darn food? Well, of course it is! Soooooo, the tacos were nice and fresh. They had tomatoes, lettuce and pieces of chicken in each which was inside a sofr flour tortilla shell. This was by far the best Taco Bell in the Southeast. For one, they got our order right the first time. This hasn't happened ever. Traveling with two picky kids is challenging and we were so pleased. The manager was present and friendly. The whole staff were nice. The restaurant was clean. And they had a baby changer!! (Not many Taco Bells do).
