Service was bad, use my code it didn't take at drive through, so the person who took my order said the manager will handle it since I do have a code and sometimes the code want take, I got the 2 breakfast sandwiches for 4 dollars and some cents with 2 hash browns, charged me 16 dollars and some cents, didn't correct order, no refund told me to get some biscuits that equal to that amount that t sent, I told him just give me two sausage biscuit because the manager and the lady at the drive through was making comments, like they don't have time for this ,this morning, when I got to work there was two plain biscuits in my bag read more

This is the absolute worst McDonalds we have ever been to. Went through the drive through a couple of nights ago. Grandchildren wanted the new grinch happy meal. As usual they didn't have any. We then proceeded to order something else. When we got to the window, the employee's were goofing off. When they went to hand us the food they practically threw it in the window. Cars wrapped around building, so, we went in. No one working front counter. From back someone yells out "gotta use kiosk!" They should have closed dining room as it was NASTY. Shoes stuck to floor, tables not wiped down, bags of straws, napkins sat out on counter. I know workers are hard to find, but, come on, this is unacceptable. They are awful here. The line takes forever. I have NEVER once been able to get Ice-cream or shakes for my kids, NOT ONCE over the last three months. They always say machine is broken!! There's one loud lady that I think is in charge and she is just mean and they never include the sauces for nuggets. I ask every single time and am met with eye rolling. AHHHHH !! I wanted so bad to give them one star but in good faith I could not. Those of you who read my reviews know that I am a stickler for good customer service and that if you have good customer service but crappy food I will still give you at least a two or three. We started off bad tonight. I pulled up in the drive through and waited forever before anyone acknowledged I was there to take my order. They finally take my order and I drive around to the window. The employee at the first window who takes your money is literally hanging out the window yelling at another employee across the parking lot. Only when they were finished with their conversation did he take my money. During the transaction the only thing he said to me was $6.94. The saving grace was the super nice and super friendly lady on the second window. She was great Don't expect much for this place. read more

Horrible service. It's never fast food. It's wait in line for 15 minutes for a large Diet Coke because the people who work here can't get it together. This location and the one down 1941 across from Ingles are regularly out of supplies they should have plenty of in back stock. I assume it's a lack of leadership and management. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Took about 15 mins to get my food.. the handed me the wrong food. Gave me my order only for me to ask for my kids milks to go with their happy meal. Then down the road they didn't give them their apple slices either. My burger was so tough and burnt. The whole quarter pounder was tough and cold. All of the food was cold on top of that. Oh and the girl handing me my wrong order the first time had the worst attitude. Opens the window and says " here" .. my daughter says they had the best milk. Lol I'll give them that, it wasn't expired thank god. The McDonald's on west taylor st in griffin ga. Is the worst place I have ever entered. My husband and I had to deal with ghetto cussing employees and long wait times. We were the only people there!!! How does it take 15 minutes to make 2 meals and then not even put the 2nd meat on either big mac? Our fries were old and our apple pies hard as a rock. I will never eat here again. I deserve my $13 back and an apology from the people that work there. Your job is not that damn hard. read more

This place is garbage. If you plan on going to McDonalds drive past this one and go to the next closest one. They take forever. It has never been a time I went there and my food was already ready, the shortest amount of time I've waited in line is 30 minutes. Their customer service is horrible, once I got up to the food window (45 minutes after waiting in the line) and the lady put my food on the desk by the cash register and two girls stood there and just stared at us instead of giving us the food. Another time I ordered 2 McGriddles and they gave me 2 McGriddles but it had no meat or cheese or egg. Stay away from this McDonalds. Ronald would not be happy. read more

I ordered a small mocha hot coffee with low or non fat milk in the drive --thru. I got to the first window and the lady who took my money repeated my order back as she took my money. She was pleasant, no issues there. When I pull to the second window to receive my order the girl hands me the hamburger and fries I ordered and then looks at me and says "we don't do any special order coffee" and started to close the window. I told her that I didn't order anything special and I repeated my coffee order thinking maybe it was keyed in wrong or something. She said "whatever" and turned around and told her male coworker something and he appears upset and says "here this is all we got" as he slams a coffee cup on the coffee machine and presses several buttons on it and says "give her that". They literally gave me a cup or coffee that was so strong it could walk (tasted like it had sat there a while) with a squirt on whip cream and a swipe of chocolate on top and handed it to me! I drove away thinking am I being plunked or what?? The worst service I have ever received from any restaurant. The coffee was horrible. I tried to call back (multiple times) when I got home to talk to a manager but of course they wouldn't answer the phone. read more
