It genuinely can't be that hard to wrap a burrito and get an online order right just do your job it takes 5 minutes and 10 seconds to wrap a burrito and if you order chicken there should actually be chicken in it not just rice and guacamole that all falls out because you can't wrap the burrito correctly read more

Hello, today I went to Chipotle in Griffin, GA. Which is closer to me as I've been gone for nine months and didn't get an opportunity to try it when they first opened. Sign #1: The black young lady was on the register, the young whyte lady was finishing up a customer's order, so therefore she asked the black young lady to start on the next customer in line. She had an attitude (rolled her eyes) but proceed to go and make his order. Sign #2: I was next in line. I ordered the steak tacos, one of them I wanted a little rice. She put a corner on there, so I asked for a little more (as you see on photo she piled it on). She added the steak, it was 4 pieces on one tacos and 5 pieces on the other two tacos. When I asked for more, she advised me they couldn't. ** I should have left out the door ** Sign #3: The whyte girl was at the register, and told me $13.11. I gave her the $13 and was pulling a quarter out my wallet. She started looking funny and I stated what's wrong? She stated it's $13.11; I said I was giving you a quarter but you were busy checking my money and she stated she was counting it. I gave her 2 five bills and 3 singles, totaling $13.00 (howlng it takes to count 13 dollars). I actually found 11 cent, so I gave her that. Resolution 1. Employees this is not your company. The door states Chipotle Mexican Grill. 2. If a customer ask for extra meat and you can see it's a reasonable request, add the meat. If a customer ask for extra and you already have a reasonable amount then advise it will be an extra charge. 3. Whatever issues that you're having at home or with another employee a customers should never see that (we have our own isdues); leave your problems outside of the door before coming in to work. 4. You don't have to worry about me ever returning because I will not give you all my business. **I have been to plenty of Chipotle throughout Georgia and other States and never have I received the crazy attitude of employees as the one here at 1440 North Expressway, Griffin Georgia 30223. read more

I'm assuming under new management is the issue but there's not enough workers working half the time and they're always backed up. I've had my order messed up 4 times now and this is the last time I'm coming here. First time they forgot my queso which was fine, the next time they put beans on my partners meal instead of mine, then completely forgot my partners meal, and this last time completely forgot my meal. It's as if I need to make two separate orders to get both our meals instead of ordering two meals in one order. We always do a to go order and the food is always cold. Our food was ready at 8:40 we got in the line at 8:30 and didn't get our food till 9:30 and was missing a meal so we had to wait even longer. Hopefully they get this problem situated soon. read more

Good lord.... There was one lady in there darn near barking orders at the rest of the staff, complaining about making burritos, and in general just had a sour attitude. I feel so bad for those other 3 workers because you could tell they were just trying to do their jobs (and doing them well I might add) but she was just screaming across the serving line what everyone's order was and telling them how to do every little thing. The poor girl that finished my burrito accidentally left a small hole and offered to give me another tortilla, but as she went to grab it, the other lady told her "you know you have to charge her for that right..." I'm sorry but why am I being charged for your mistake throwing things around and smacking the tortilla with the spoon and leaving holes!!!! If those other workers weren't doing their absolute best, I would have asked her to remake it completely! By the time I got home, there was juice from the burrito all over everything else in the bag. You can tell she thinks she runs the show and everyone else suffers for it. read more

worst customer experience. waited as 5-6 employees walked by and never helped me. one said they would be right with me but that was after I wanted at least 5 minutes for an acknowledgement. Manager just looked at me several times and didn't say anything. I asked a lady, name Avery, if it was a shift change after just standing there seeing 5-6 employees in front of me. she got an attitude and gave me bad look. Absolutely terrible. They continually give us barely any food when we order for delivery. They completely take advantage of the fact that we aren't in the brick and mortar store able to see what they are giving us. On my most recent order I weighed how much my bowl was because it was so sparse. 7 oz. This has happened three times in a row. I keep hoping the next order will be better but it's not. I was a little upset when I saw Hong Kong Buffet was being sold and torn down. When I saw it was being replaced with chipotle, I was excited. However one week after opening I visited and it was a train wreck. The entrance was locked, but side door open. The line was wrapped around 20 people deep. The entire 30 minutes I was in line, I saw a guy at the grill clean it 5 times in a row. No food was made and the grill looked clean before he started. When I finally make it to the counter i'm THEN informed they're out of all meats. They don't tell me how long it'll be, just that they're out indefinitely. I decide i'll get a bowl anyways. The girl at the register didn't know how to ring in a side of chips and needed manager help, which took 10 minutes. I just chalk it up to them being new and move on with my day. I go back last week (they've been open 2 months now i think) with an online order. I tell them what my name in for the online order 3 times. Three doordashers come up and tell them names after me, then they immediately make their orders. Still no one has made my 3 bowls. After waiting twenty minutes (30 minutes after my pick up time) i just leave. I go back to speak to the manager the next day and get a refund or something and the manager was the one i gave my name to three times the night before! read more

Walked in and was immediately told they aren't serving customers because of lack of staff there was 3 staff people just chilling like they were at home maybe make a sign or close your store instead of telling every customer walking in they need to leave. read more

JUST AWFUL. I posted pics and explanations on google reviews. Bad food. Stale guac. They just don't care! So disappointing. Oh and don't order for delivery, they leave out everything! Was in Griffin visiting family & decided to stop here for dinner after being on the road. I was the only customer & no one greeted me or said "Hi." I stood "in line" for 10 minutes as several employees passed me & didn't even acknowledge me. Finally, one girl did & she said, "What do you want?" I ordered & it went smoothly, checked out & still not one employee decided to be friendly or personable. I get as if they didn't want me there. As if I didn't belong & it was extremely awkward. I went home & the food was unseasoned. The rice was sticky (over-cooked) & the chips were stale. Disappointing, so unfortunately I am writing a review in hopes of improvement For the next customer. Chipotle food can be really good when the staff cares about what they are doing. read more

Pretty bad, this is our 4th time going there. The line was filthy, the rice is always over cooked, the guac is never fully mashed. One time we sat in the drive through for over 5 mins before deciding to go inside where we found no-one on the line or at cash. Filthy!! Fairly new store but I am positive they never clean throughout the day. The employees have careless attitudes and do not practice safe and appropriate handling of the food. If you have extra "ingredients" that you did not order rolled up in your burrito, it is due to the fact that they prepared it directly on a dirty counter. me and my friend went to this restaurant after a full day of shopping. we were hungry and ready to go home. the food was great, but the customer service was terrible. no one greeted us upon walking in, we stood getting our order taken for 10 minutes (there was no one else ordering), the girl fixing our burritos repeatedly asked us "what else" while making our food. we felt very rushed when ordering. keep in mind it was only 7:45pm (they close at 10 and were fully staffed) then we stood at the checkout for 10 more minutes being completely ignored by every staff member. the gentleman at the counter seemed to be counting stock and was quite occupied (the register up front was also already shutdown so they had to check us out at drive thru which is fine...) and noticed us there and had to call one of the other workers over to take our order. the girl who checked us out was very unprofessional and slid my food across the counter to me. this place needs some help, i love chipotle and want to support griffin as much as i can. but if it continues this way, i won't be back. read more
