This place is really rundown. Now I actually went to the drive-through to make my order. I will admit, I did not look at the prices before I ordered. I went through for breakfast and ordered (3) Sunrise Krystals, Grits and a Medium Coke. My total was $17.33. It took forever to get my order and when I received it, of course it was wrong. The lady at the window asked me to give them back to her and I graciously did. I pulled up in front of the window and waited an extra 18 minutes before I got the order. When they came out, the Krystal burgers were fine but the order of grits that I got was literally half empty. Please see the photo. I told the person that brought it out. I wanted what I ordered and I waited an additional 15 minutes and they never came back out again. I'm doing a charge back on my credit card. This is ridiculous. If they're going to charge that much for something they could at least give you what you ordered. Now, I will never come to a Krystal again. This is ridiculous pricing. You can spend the same amount and go to the Waffle House and get an All-Star where you actually get a complete breakfast two eggs, grits meat of your choice toast and a waffle. This is highway robbery. If you're looking for fast and good, just go to McDonald's. 2 for $5 on the sausage McMuffin with egg. LMAO! John their business manager responded with a canned response of his apologies blah, blah, blah! He obviously saves it because of all the complaints. Trust me avoid it like the plague. I'm back, it's been almost two months since my last review of Krystal. This time was just as good as the last time. They seem to have gotten some good employees now. The young women at the drive through even doubled check the order before handing it out the window I made it a point to tell her she did a great job. I'm very happy with this Krystal's location. I have been to this Krystal 3 times in the past couple of years. The first time it was closed in the middle of the day. The second time, I was told they were in the middle of a shift change and it would be 15 minutes before someone could take my order. It is not a hospital where shift changes require a little extra time during shifts for nurses to give reports on their patients. Then, because I love Krystal burgers, I went back today. They got my order wrong. I give up. The owner apparently does not care, and the employees care even less. That's it for me. Three strikes and you're out. read more

If I could give a negative 0 I would this is the worst place to eat in Griffin, GA the customer service is terrible, awful, horrible. The lady ask me to wait a few minutes in drive thru, I sat there for about 15 minutes or longer saying , hello, hello, no one answered, I ended up leaving, came back the next day the same thing... The entire staff need some training or to be replaced... This is not good the food is okay, but could be better... staff needs to be replaced with people who have been trained on how to deal with the public... so sad because this is the only Krystal's in Griffin. My uncle and I stopped by today at 3:57pm, and was told we would have to come back at 4 when shift changed. In forty years we have never heard of this in a fast food restaurant. It will be a long time before we stop here again. read more

went there with my bestfriend. Person who took our order was very racist and rude towards us. they didnt put what we asked for in the bag , left half our order out , but we paid full. Put pickles and onions on the krystal sliders when we asked for just cheese , they taste undercooked. Fries are ok. read more

This Krystal in the mornings the manager is very nasty and rude. She really needs some customer service training. It doesn't take all that to take someone's order... If you're not happy maybe you find another job... just rude and nasty!!!! It's a shame people have to act like this. read more

First, we pull up the drive thru and wait and no one came to the speaker. So, we assumed it was broken. So we decide to come in. We waited at the counter for a solid 5 min. One employee was mopping the bathroom, another was working the window, one male with dreads came out looked at us never said anything, and then finally an older woman with short hair was literally standing in the kitchen and glanced at us 4-5 times. Not ONE employee said anything, no "we will be right with you or anything". We walked out and still nothing was ever said. Obviously this place doesn't want business bc they were fully staffed and between the four employees we saw not ANY of them spoke to us. We just moved to this area so this would've been our local Krystal. But, after what we just experienced I will never come back to this location... absolutely pathetic. read more

I normally give people decent reviews even if their not great but when I ate here I had to stop eating their krystal chicks and burgers tasted like a brick later on I heard the health department had to come out so look you Guys were decent before what happen ? Let me preface this with, 'My kids had to have Krystal's'. Just drive by like I wanted to. My 20 year old boys HAD to have it. The orders were completely wrong. According to them, the burgers were ok ish. They ate then because they were starving. The owners must not know or visit their store. The girl at the window was not professional at all. She didn't say yes or no, it was uh huh or un uh. I'm not down on fast food, fast food chains, or their employees. I don't eat much fast food because I think food should be enjoyed at home, in a restaurant, or even on a picnic. I do like to support the different communities that I visit. My son ran in to use the restroom. On the way out, the local people in the parking lot asked him for money, not really a big deal, until...I'm pretty sure I saw someone shooting up right in front of the store. I am giving it a 2 star instead of a 1 because another local yelled, 'hey girl! Hey girl! You (explicative) is fine'. Well, it at least made me giggle. Not sure if it was from shock of the whole scene, disbelief, or I was just giggling from his cute toothless, childlike smile. That random guy hanging out is what made the experience a notch better. Just be prepared. Check your order. Don't walk in the parking lot at night alone. read more

the worst. The bread was stale and hard. The fries were mushy and barely cooked. I ate here years ago and the food had a burnt taste. It tasted like they hadn't changed the grease. I tried them again today and it's no better. The service was less than average. I felt queasy after the first few bites. The building needs a makeover or just some maintenance. Also, a couple of the employees look unkempt. I won't eat here again. read more

Quick service and the food is typical Krystal grub. However, the drive thru employees are the rudest besides the BK down the road.

This particular Krystal has the best drive thru, for accuracy of my order and friendliness of the employees. I'll take a friendly face anytime! read more
