I wish we would have read the reviews that were only one star. We sincerely hope they take these notes to heart and make the changes to improve. We also hope they become 'The Best Wings on earth'. The strawberry cinnamon roll was especially dry and lacked the soft, fresh texture we expected. The mac and cheese was very oily or overly buttery and tasted bland, as if it needed more seasoning. The staff and service were excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would absolutely give the customer service five stars.
