Took almost an hour to get our food with no explanation from the server. She was nice, but the wait was entirely too long. We had whole wings which were pretty good and a Philly steak sandwich, which according to the menu, is the most popular sandwich on the menu. The sandwich was pretty small and while not horrible, was definitely not tasty. It didn't have much flavor at all. The fries were good though. I used to think they had the best wings as they are seasoned very well. Nowadays, the wings are getting worse every time I order from this establishment. They appear to be cooked, sat in a warmer than re-cook when orders are received and extremely dried out. The give you more drum instead of balancing out the order. Food: We weren't terribly hungry so we split a 15pc and some fries. The wings were Sanchez, Dirty Bird, and lemon pepper. They were crispy and flavorful. They are not large wings, but I am ok with that completely. The fries were crinkle cut fries and were perfectly cooked. We went on a Mon. , which also offered $5 dollar cocktails(they were good). Customer service: We were welcomed in and sat down where we wanted to sit. She was very friendly and came around enough. So I was fine with the customer service. She took the time to explain flavors and made sure cocktails were fixed in a timely fashion. It wasnt busy. Info and suggestions: some people dont realize you can come in and sit where you want so they really need a sign that says that. They lost about 3 families that were just standing inside the door due to that. They weren't greeted or even told they could sit anywhere. We watched them and felt awkward for them. So that needs to be worked on. Especially for a new business trying to gain customers. It wasn't busy enough for anyone to be ignored. The bartender saw them and stared and looked away...bad business. As for music I liked the rap/pop, but everyone won't, but that's no different than going to a bar that plays blues/country music, some will like it some won't. I frequented this place while I lived in Henry Co. The food and drinks were always good. Great wings, chicken tenders, sweet potato fries and shrimp. The drinks (cocktails) are good as well. The only complaint I have about this place is the service. At times, the staff wasn't very friendly at all. Try also charge surcharges for everything... even for takeout orders. I used to be a faithful customer to this establishment. They used to be fun and inviting, but somehow they turned dull and unwelcoming. The Owner/manager Carl, I believe is his name is a complete JERK. I've witnessed him arguing with customers on several occasions, and instead of him trying to resolve issues he reassures them that he doesn't need nor care about them supporting his establishment. I've also witnessed him being very rude and unprofessional to his waitresses. Which probably why with the exception of 2 you NEVER see the same waitress if you do decide to return. However the waitresses are not exempt either because once they take your order they forget you're there. They often bring you incorrect orders I'm guessing because the music in the establishment is soooooo loud that it's hard to hear anything and they read your order back but STILL somehow manage bring you the wrong food but charge you an up charge for dining in. The wings have become dry and the fries are often cold. And you pay for extras sauces but they act like they have to come and get them from a secret store because it's always a hassle to get some. I'm really disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite places to hang out. Not anymore. I'll get straight to the point. I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wing, a 5 piece mild and fries. The wings taste like any other J.R. Crickets, the ones here don't seem to be as "clean" though. They were stale and didn't have any salt on them. I have no clue what went on with these. I ordered an extra large blue cheese that I paid for, but I was given ranch and everyone knows blue cheese tastes better than ranch when it comes to wings lol. I was pretty mad about this, because I paid $3.59 for it. I went to the Wingstop up the street from me and got a couple of cups of blue cheese AFTER I got home and settled in to eat and realized I was given ranch.
