This is my favorite restaurant, but something is definitely off -- and I'm tired of pretending it's not. Every single time I order through Uber Eats, my wings come hard, dry, and taste old. But when I walk in and order the same exact thing? Perfect. Fresh. Hot. Every time. At this point, it doesn't feel like a coincidence -- it feels intentional. I've tested this 7 times just to be sure, and the pattern is the same every single time. So no, it's not the driver "waiting too long." That excuse doesn't make sense, especially when I've literally seen Uber orders being picked up quickly while I'm inside. Wings covered in sauce don't just magically turn hard in 10 minutes. Let's be real. I called about it and got a quick apology... and that's it. No accountability, no real explanation, no effort to fix it. So at this point, if you want good food from here, you better go inside -- because ordering delivery clearly means you're getting the leftovers. Ordered a fish sub, sounded nice, but when it was presented and after paying close to $10.76 total, it was nothing more than an appetizer. One slice of the thinnest slice of whiting they could find, either that or they felaid the felay. Was not worth it. My order included an order of fries and a drink. I'm pretty loyal to my usual wing spot, but I decided to try something new. I was not disappointed. I called in my order and it was ready about 20 minutes later. Not too bad considering they were super busy. I ordered the wing combo with fries. I had honey hot and wet lemon pepper. The sauces were both very flavorful! The wings were the perfect size and fried to perfection. I wasn't a huge fan of the fries but maybe that's why everyone else was ordering rice. The combo is a great deal: you get wings, fries/rice, celery and carrots, and a drink. The restaurant is spacious and clean. Overall, I give this place a 5/5 and will return! read more

I was very impressed. The wings are not too small, like some places who try and pass off the micro wings as legit...the wings are not too big either, as if they were pumped with David Banner Gamma Radiation and all Hulked up...7 star wings are just right. We are in here at least once a week. Ordering is pretty straight forward. The size, and tenderness of their wings are perfect. They also sauce the wings very well. I never have to request extra wet. Our favorite flavors are honey hot, teriyaki hot, lemon wet, and lemon pepper hot. Fried rice is always good. I like mine with a little extra veggies. Also the fries are pretty good. The grease is always clean and the fries are crisp, light in color, and fluffy inside. Love that. The in-house punch (lemonade, peach and fruit punch) are all good. The taste is reminiscent of kool aid. Not sure what they use. My picky eating 11 year old son loves the burgers. I've tried the philly steak sandwiches as well. They are just ok. But I really love real philly steaks so those don't do it for me. Out of the many wings places available this spot is our go to. Not expensive, reasonable wait times, and flavorful. The restaurants dining area could use a deep cleaning, but I always take my food to go. Customer service is ok. Just know what you want, look over your order on the screen, and make sure its right before it's placed it to be cooked. They do not issue refunds or exchanges once the food is cooked. Delicious Wings! Nowadays there are so many options for affordable and flavorful wings. For some of these restaurants, it is obvious they are using the wings from yesterday and tossing them into a sauce. I've been to 7 Star Wings about 5 times now and each time the wings have been fresh. There are a plethora of sauce choices. My person favorites are honey hot and honey garlic. The fried rice is flavorful and the combo comes with a drink and all for $10. Perfect spot for a quick lunch. read more

This is our go to spot for wings. I accidently found this place because of bad customer service at Fish and Wings in Fairburn so I was looking for another eatery. Since then we haven't been anywhere else for wings. They do not offer seating however full service on take out and delivery. My son loves it here and does not want wings from any other place. This is the only wing spot close by with a good health score but the service is hit or miss and they have a bad habit of taking the phone off the hook for hours at a time. It's COVID19 and no one wants to go inside and stand around. Or have to go, order and wait 30 minutes while standing in line and then have to wait for the food too. I have been calling for an hour 40+ calls and that is because the phone is off the hook. I'm done trying to support this place. This is my family's go to spot for wings. This was my first time going and picking up for myself. Due to COVID, there is no dine in, so I ordered for take out. If I had to give a review based on service alone, I'd give it 1 star as the young lady behind the counter, is severely lacking in her customer service skills. Actually, she was slightly rude. She didn't respond when taking my order, she didn't read it back or confirm what I ordered and pretty much threw the drink cup at me. She seemed almost perturbed that she had to work. That said, the medium wings with lemon pepper sprinkles and the honey garlic wings are very good. They're nice sized, juicy and saucy without being messy. If this review were based on the wings, I'd give it a 5. Maybe I shouldn't expect much from a wing joint but I'm huge on customer service and it's off-putting when it's sub par. read more

A friend recommended this place in Union City for dinner when I had a taste for some wings. I believe a wing should be dry and not wet, and everyone knows that I love a good lemon pepper wing fried crispy with extra lemon pepper. The only reasonable dipping sauce is ranch. I cannot deal with you bleu cheese people on that statement, but I respect your decision. 7 Star seems to be very popular with lots of people in and out while during my visit. I loved the wings. So, I decided to give them a try and they did not disappoint. I got the chicken Philly & wing combo and the gyro & wing combo and both were delicious! Nice little spot! Im not sure why I chose this place today for lunch when I'm a regular at another wing place that's close by. I usually eat that, but today I didn't and I'm glad. I read a few reviews on here before going and thought that people may have been comfortable with the place, the wings looked good, but no different from other places around here. I was wrong! The lady on the phone really listened and repeated my order back . I really appreciate that as I don't like to call in some thing, and have to wait longer because it's wrong. Those wings were so good and big!I got a 10pc combo. I had them mix the honey BBQ and hot flavors because I like hot/sweet tastes. The only thing wrong to me was I would have like the sauces actually mixed and not the BBQ sauce squeezed on top of my hot wings; I could have done that for free (it costs an extra 50¢ for that). Thanks for actually still serving carrots and celery with wings here; people like me like it and actually eat it. Anyway, the inside of this place is well spaced out and even have a few TVs which lost little wing places in Atlanta don't really do anymore. This use to be my go to spot but on my last visit they asked if I wanted a small or large fry. I paid it no mind cause in all my years of wings I've never been asked this and the fries were just placed on the plate. Oh my was I wrong! I said whatever size comes with it. I had a 40 piece and she brought this small container of fries out. Now how did that make any sense!!? 40 wings clearly I'm sharing and I have a handful of fries to go with it, since when? My friend just asked to order a large fry. Well that came in the longer box but probably had less fries than the smaller box. At this point whatever. A1 wing spot!!! Fresh wings, clean grease, good flavor, courteous staff, friendly environment. This place was recommended to me by a coworker. I was a little skeptical because I'm hard on wing spots. I went in on a Monday afternoon the place had non stop traffic, customers were in and out. They took my order and I could see exactly what it was on the large screen in front of me. The order came out exactly as ordered. I had shrimp fried rice. It was decent. I've had better but the I was told I should have ordered the fries. The food is great, but the service is awful. Tried calling my order in, but for 30 minutes, there was no answer. When I got to the location to order, the cashier (& her helper) told us they disconnect the phone so people can't call in. She stated that they do this when it's busy.....but I looked around and they weren't busy at all. The young boy behind the counter has too much attitude for someone who is on the clock.
