Well that visit went quick. I watched the person cutting the meat cut several different options (all pork) and I was going to order Turkey. I asked him if they clean the blade before mixing meats and he said "no but we clean it consistently". I said no thanks and I left. That was disgusting. If you hours ago, I went to this Jersey Mike's on my lunch break. and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the start, the server seemed too busy to properly attend to customers, barely acknowledging my presence. When I placed my order for a Big Khauna with chicken and no jalapeños, she abruptly called for the next person in line without asking if I had any modifications or preferences. Upon reaching the cashier to pay, I reiterated my order, only to find out that it had been prepared with jalapeños. This led to a remake being necessary. When the next person brought the remake, it turned out to be beef instead of chicken. Politely, I informed the server that I had requested chicken, to which she casually replied, "Oh, okay," and walked away. Feeling patient, I kindly asked if she could also take the rest of my order. To my surprise, she proceeded to speak about me as if I couldn't hear, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect. She also remarked: oh that's just how it is. Frustrated by the rude treatment, I decided to leave without receiving any food after the third attempt. Overall, the service I received was incredibly disappointing. The server's dismissive attitude, numerous order errors, and the disrespectful conversation in my presence made for an unpleasant dining experience. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving their customer service standards. read more

I ordered a turkey and provolone with light mayonnaise and pickles and peppers on the side. They did not make the sandwich as I requested. The pickles and peppers were on the sandwich instead of being on the side and there was too much mayonnaise. In addition to that, the sandwich was wet and soggy. Also they only put a few pieces of turkey in the sandwich. The sandwich did not taste good. I would not recommend this location. I will not return. read more

Awful the last two visits. A simple veggie sandwich seems to throw everyone off. I waited twice as long two visits ago and was given a courtesy card to return. I did. Only to wait twice as long as everyone else the most recent time, today at 1:53Pm, only to not be offered any additional toppings in the cold section and then when I asked and was having them added, noticed there was cheese on the sandwich which I specifically requested for there not be. We used to order from here at least once every two weeks at minimum. Great food, always arrived hot and made exactly to order. I don't know what happened, but they no longer make food to order. The last three times we have ordered from here was an absolute disaster. Two of the orders had incorrect items. One of the orders couldn't have been our order. Completely incorrect. Last night, we thought we would give them one more try. One item was almost correct but made very sloppily with minimal cheese and three jalapeño pepper slices. Three. I've tried my stand by sandwich that I usually get from any sub place an Italian sandwich (#13 on white bread, with mayo, vinegar and oil and lettuce) . Very good, the deli meat is freshly cut in front of you. My favorite from Jersey Mike's is the (#17) Jersey Mike's Famous Philly (I got mine one white bread). Comes with grilled onions and peppers. Such a good sandwich. Friendly employees and clean tables. I've been twice now and Saturday they are slammed no matter the time. On Wednesday around 2 the line was 4-5 out but moved quickly still. They have a verity of chips and bottled/fountain drinks. They even sell cookies and brownies at the register. Really a great place to eat! **parking is limited** read more

I agree this location is bad and has bad management. The bread is always stale and lack luster Eagles Landing is much better.

So impressed with how they handle gluten free orders! The gluten free sub rolls are individually wrapped and kept in a completely separate location from the regular bread, employees change gloves and sanitize the work station, a different knife is used for cutting, and they use a squirt bottle of mayo rather than using the same knife to spread the mayo like with regular orders. I've never witnessed a restaurant take more steps to ensure there is no cross contamination, and the subs are always delicious! read more

One of my least favorite Jersey Mikes locations. Good Friendly staff but my toppings never seem to taste fresh every time I visit. In this area Jimmy Johns would be a better decision for freshness. Beware they are real bleh over there but their sandwiches are good and consistent. read more

The sub was ok, it was not the best I've had. Very price my meal was 19.66 for a large sub and chips and fountain drink. I was planning on eating half and eating the rest for lunch the next day. I just gave it to my husband. I was shocked at the price for so little meat and large amount of lettuce, which I have to take of cause that's all I tasted. I am a loyal Jersey Mike's customer. The Hwy 20 McDonough location is by far the worst! They are extremely SLOW & unorganized. It isn't due to a lack of staff, as they always have 3 people working. If you order in store, they are slow. If you pre-pay & order online, they are slow! Additionally, the cheesesteaks routinely have less meat than other locations. This location is closest to me, so I've given them multiple chances. I will definitely patronize the Eagle's Landing location going forth. They are fast, efficient & friendly. read more

first off the manager was really rude i told her what number combo i wanted and before i could tell her what i wanted on my sandwich she told me to move down. A little on the expensive side. It is good food, but the prices are a little steep. If you had a bag of chips and drink fries or something with the same price, it would be spot on prices. I ordered online showed up about 12 minutes later scheduled for 15 minutes after placing the order. I told them I was there and that is when they made the sandwich. It was good and bad, they didn't make it and it was waiting for me getting cold, but I waited an extra 7-8 minutes so no big deal. I had an absolutely awful experience! I will never go back to this location. Jordan refused to make my order the way I asked. I've been getting it this way everytime I eat there. A #9 add ham (I pay the upcharge) with the beef cooked. He advised that he could not make it that way and would have to call someone for permission. He never called anyone. He continued to slice the meats and cut everything but the ham. He then proceeded with the toppings. I asked again about the ham. He acted as if I had never said it before and then said oh I can't make it that way. Its not the way the sandwich is made. I advised that I placed a order for a party several weeks ago and ordered it with no problem and that I get it the same way at that location every time. I advised that he I couldn't do it they I wasn't going to buy it b/c its never been a problem. Jeffrey then jumped in and told him not to say anything. And I told him he's prepared my sandwich the way I requestes as well and shrugged his shoulders and he then said no he's not going to do. I asked for their names and a number for management. They advised and sarcastically said as they pointed at different employees in the restaurant giving their names as well and asked if I wanted anyone else's number b/c I could call who ever I wanted bc they weren't doing it and I could leave. They then walked to the back talking and laughing loudly so that I could hear them. Absolutely Unacceptable!!! I contacted Tracie Nash the Store Manger and will be awaiting a returned call.
