I tried it for the third and final time today 6:30 PM cold stale fries a burnt chicken, quesadilla and cold tacos got hit in a bag out the window, no napkins no sauce. This is a nice place if you're looking for fresh vegetables and hot fast food tacos this is your place. They have a wide variety of menu options to include desserts and drink choices. The con to fast food location is the amount of wait time; but the. You have to compare it to the freshness of the food and decide if it's worth the wait. Del taco is by far my most favorite fast food when I lived in California. This location is a shadow of what I expect from that. I visited twice once at 730 pm walked in the lobby and was told they are drive through only. When 10 employees sitting in the lobby looking like some sort of meeting.. ok no problem. Then again tried to visit at 11 am for lunch to the doors being locked and when called said they are drive through only once again... very disappointed and sad because del taco doesn't exist where I live now and it might as well not here either. read more

Haven't even had a chance to eat my food yet because upset at the poor customer service of the young lady at the window. It's already a sucky situation because the drive thru around the corner and then have to deal with poor customer service. She handed me my food and closed the window and when she came back she asked is there anything else. I said you did not return my credit card. She said something. I then asked for my receipt and she acted like she didn't hear me and walked away she came back and asked is there anything else I said yes my receipt and she got an attitude. We have been to this location numerous times. Each time we are greeted with warm smiles and great service. Tonight was no different! Just wanted to leave a review for the great staff on duty tonight. I believe the managers name was Allison and the cashier was Zaria. Service was great, and each person was working diligently. The last couple times I went they have the dining room closed so you have to go through the slow drive thru. It's 2023 so I don't they can blame COVID anymore. They also stopped carrying black beans which i used to love to sub for their refried. Food is decent once you can get it. read more

Not sure if it just this location or if that's the corporate mindset. There was total confusion and chaos between the front counter taking orders and them filling the orders. The person who appeared to be the manager was yelling at the girl on the register who was obviously having some difficulty. I don't know why I keep going back to this place. Maybe just hopes it gets better over time? Maybe. Anyways I've had the tacos- seasoned beef really isn't that well seasoned I find it pretty bland. Their 1$ bean burrito is decent if you wanna feel full of beans. I do like their red sauce that they use. I have tried their carne asada epic burrito twice now and the first time I liked it so I was comfortable getting it again. Second time around I was dissatisfied. The rice seemed like it was quinoa which I don't remember from the first time around. The beans were super dry and not a lot pico in it either. Oh I've tried their burger was well and the patties were good but the bun was rather dry. The special sauce their use is tasty and my fries always come overly salty.
