This place is absolutely fantastic. All the food is super fresh and homemade. The service was excellent and the restaurant has a great hometown elevated diner feel. I had the Leo's Reuben and my girlfriend had some kind of chicken pita sandwich with grilled chicken, sautéed spinach and onions which was awesome and I'm not usually a fan of sweet potato fries because they are usually super soft but these were crispy and delicious. The Rueben was massive and also very delicious. 10/10 reccomend read more

DO NOT ORDER the Garden Omelette unless you like more garden than omelette. I have ordered this omelette on three occasions, the last time I requested minimal vegetables and my omelette was still over powered with veggies to the point my omelette was simply green. This was my second visit. My first visit was great which is why I returned. I sat at the counter and someone who wasn't behind the counter took my order. My breakfast arrived quickly, which could be a good or bad sign. It was a bad sign. The sausage patties were overcooked and the eggs were barely warm and did not appear freshly made, meaning that they didn't crack two eggs and cook them. They looked like they were scoop from a container of cooked eggs, like you would get at a buffet. The grits and toast were hot and good. I saw my waitress only when my order was taken. No one checked to see if everything was okay. I was obviously finished (napkin, utensils, etc all piled on my plate), but still had to flag someone for my check. If I go back, I will select a breakfast item that HAS to be made to order, like eggs over easy or an omelet. I worked as a waiter/bartender through college, so I know what good service looks like. At the minimum, you should check on your customer AT LEAST once. The wait staff is very young (even a few kids under 15 delivering food to tables), so they would benefit from having a floor manager, someone who roams the floor checking on their guest. read more

The new location is nice and spacious. You still get the same great service from all the staff and the food is right behind. There is a pretty good variety of meals to order so there's something for everyone. I have eaten breakfast and lunch with no disappointments. Come hungry because the portions are good size and tough to finish. They have beer on draft and mimosas for brunch. Lunch was busy and the parking lot looked more packed than it was. There is a very large bar top area for overflow seating so don't be scared by the parking lot. read more

I met up with some other moms for breakfast at Leo's. I'd never heard of it before this, but glad I had a chance to check it out! I ordered a garden omelette (made with egg whites) with home fries and a coffee. All omelettes come with toast. The garden is a veggie option where you choose the add ins. I had mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and cheddar. I didn't realize until my bill came that the cheese was an extra charge, but I truly didn't mind it. The service was lightening fast and the workers were so kind and helpful; clearly committed to helping us have a good experience. My food came out less than ten minutes after I ordered it. I joked with the other moms that I wished it had taken them longer as my home fries didn't have any crusting. I was late so was able to partially base my order on what I saw on other people's plates. The home fries I saw before I ordered had clearly stuck to the skillet a little bit to get a little crunch on them; that was the feature that sold me on the home fries over the grits...but, alas, mine were crunch free. They were perfectly tender however. I had to add salt to everything on my plate; it was clearly all kicked without seasoning. The food was fine but not amazing. Overall, this was a solid diner experience. I'd go again if I was in the area and would order something different. My husband and I popped into Leo's Café for the first time to grab a quick breakfast, and we were genuinely impressed. We tried the Chelsea Boy, an egg white omelet packed with grilled chicken and spinach and it was absolutely delicious. The grits and English muffin on the side made it a perfect, satisfying meal. We were seated right away, our food came out fast, and the whole place had that welcoming, classic diner charm. Service was friendly and efficient. This place is awesome! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the service is top-notch. I brought my family of three here for brunch on a busy Sunday, and even with the crowd, the wait time wasn't bad at all. My only suggestion, you've got to add biscuits and gravy to the menu! Come on, this is the South! You can't be a truly great Southern restaurant in Georgia without that classic dish. Even our waitress agreed and said, "Wow, five tables have asked for biscuits and gravy today!" She promised to mention it to management. I'll definitely be back to see if they've added it! I love this place. Breakfast is always great! I'm a true NY'er that knows good food. They serve the best fresh and only coffee that doesn't upset my stomach. Well worth it! No where can you find pancakes that are so light and fluffy they just melt in your mouth. Not like the heavy old batter type elsewhere. Very Generous Portions. A hungry man will walk away happy. I got the Reuben with Pastrami. I would get corned beef or turkey next time because I personally need a lighter meat. Visited Leo's new location last week. The staff was still great. We ran into on of the servers and he remembered us and came over to speak. We had something different than normal. I was way out of my comfort zone with a Mediterranean Omelet adding sausage. My wife tried tried and true breakfast and it was great. The new location has more parking and room, with still the down home feel of a mixture of tables and chairs. Definitely recommend AND they do provide a military discount read more

5/8/2024. First visit Was out hunting covered bridges when we got hungry and yelped up this little gem. Hole-in-the-wallish (my favorite). Very friendly, fast and efficient service. Didn't mind my questions and made suggestions, the menu is not tiny. I had the Davinci burrito, which was huge and yummy. Hollandaise on a burrito? This review is for their Door Dash business: the breakfast sandwich (beauties). I was extremely hungry for breakfast, out-of-town, and didn't see a Waffle House as an option. But when I reviewed the menu I was like, "How can I go wrong with a breakfast sandwich?"! Well let me tell you how... I ordered 2 sandwiches: 1st sandwich- bacon, egg, and cheese on brioche bun. The bacon was hard and tasted old, it was egg shells in the eggs, and the sharp cheddar cheese was tasteless. 2nd sandwich-sausage, egg, and cheese. It was a standard processed sausage (like in a frozen Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich), the fried egg was good and the American cheese helped with the dryness of the bagel. To make matters worse the Door Dash description of the orange juice was "freshly squeezed"!!! I was madder than a firecracker in hell after the first sip, because not only did I know that it was not freshly squeezed (made from a pre-made container) but my stomach also knew immediately!!! This business is a great local favorite. I met with my daughter's father for breakfast, came all the way from Camp Creek/South Fulton area. This is family owned & busy! I understand why. Nothing fancy about the inside or tables. It's diner quality. There's plenty of parking in the lot shared with a gas station and car wash. Soon as I walked into the doors, I saw a tasty hot chocolate beverage that I wanted to order. Our table should've been cleaned better, but it was ok. That's why I removed a star. They probably experience a morning rush and high turnover. Food was a great serving size for leftovers or not. Appropriate temperature. Various options for sides. The first time I tried Leos it was delicious. Today 11/30/22 not so much I ordered two breakfast sandwiches one bacon, egg, and cheese with a order of fruit for my son and the other a hard fried egg and cheese on raisin toast with fries. the fries were seasoned and fresh and I dislike crinkle fries but these were good so kudos on that. The eggs tasted Raw so not sure what was with that and the fruit bowl had a molded blueberry in it. read more
