Ding Tea is co-located with Mochi Nut Donuts. It's in a large outdoor shopping area with the closest anchor stores being JC Penney and Academy Sports. I've been to a Ding Tea in another state and gather that these are likely all privately-owned franchise locations. Today, I went into this location with almost my full family, so a large party of 6 with energetic small kiddos, aloof teenagers, and adults looking to entertain everyone. Here's what I'll say about this location: First, the staff is very friendly and was kind to answer all questions of the many first-time guests in our party. We all ordered different drink. Second, most of our party was luke warm in their drinks, even the brand new 4yo didn't really enjoy it. My brand new 6yo was the only one who really liked their order. The problem with mine was that it was too sweet even though I ordered it with "slight" sweetness, which is supposed to be 30%. Third, the restaurant isn't very clean. The floor is in need of a good mopping, the seats and table need to be wiped down, and the health score on the wall is only 80 (which suggests there have been multiple infractions). That said, the restroom was clean. We probably won't go back, as there are plenty other boba places in Henry County. read more

Restroom out of towels. Had to get the tea remade. Didn't have cup sleeves for hot drink. Service without a smile. Dirty floors and 4 people working. Only 2 other customers. I was so disappointed!!! :( Gave a 2 stars instead of 1 for the wide selection on the menu. read more

Ding Tea is a solid go-to spot for boba lovers, offering a wide variety of milk teas, slushies, and snacks including the ever-popular mochinuts. The drinks are customizable in sweetness, which is a huge plus, and everything I've tried has been delicious. The mochinuts are sweet, chewy, and satisfying, though the toppings can be hit or miss. For example, the Biscoff mochinut I had was frosted with Nutella, it was tasty, but I was expecting a stronger Biscoff flavor. Pricing is on the higher side, but the quality makes it worth it. If you're craving boba and a sweet treat, this place is definitely worth a visit! They are usually busy so I recommend ordering online and pack your patience. Overall, cute atmosphere and excellent customer service. As you can tell by the pictures, we go often. read more

Service was GREAT at first.... Hubby and I were charging our EV and popped in for a quick snack. We were greeted with warm smiles and assistance us with menu questions. However the eatery quickly became crowded and it appeared that the two employees were overwhelmed trying to get the orders out. The cashier was busy taking orders and just couldn't catch a break to help the other employee fulfill orders. We were finished with our sandwich in about 20 -25 mins and my boba drink was still not ready. On our way out I went to cancel the drink. It was sitting on a machine (completed). When the cashier saw me she immediately handed me the drink. The ice had melted in it (probably because it had been sitting there for a while). That was an unpleasant situation for me as a customer. Ambiance was was nice (snazzy and jazzy music) again until customer flow began to pick up (Sat 2pm). Help was badly needed at least on this day for sure. The staff was hustling to get orders done but that is a challenge when there are 2 employees (possibly 1 other in training) and you have 20 folks standing and waiting for orders (I counted). My Food Vietnamese Chicken sandwich was very good (be ware they use baguettes vs Vietnamese bun but when toasted they were very similar and good!). My green matcha tea with boba was okay. I think it sat too long before I received it and the ice melted watering down the flavor. Mind you I went back to the counter 10mins after receiving our sandwich to inquire about my drink. It appeared that they had forgotten. Again, my feeling is that the 2 staff (1new person showed up later but appeared to be training as she was asking a lot of questions and being taught). Tables were unable to be cleaned again because staff was busy taking orders and preparing meals. Bathroom was out of toilet paper but was refilled as soon as notified. This looks to be a great business with good eats but needs some improvements to handle heavy customer days. read more

I like the cozy vibes in this ding tea! The workers were really helpful and my drinks came out fast. My friend ordered the longan black tea and I ordered regular green tea. They both came out great and the taiwanese chicken nuggets were also really tasty. read more

They had 5 people working the counter and still didn't manage to get the order right or have napkins available. The macaroons were all damaged already and they didn't understand that this is not acceptable . Stopped to charge my Tesla, I know that's a dirty word these days but a great car, I had the best sandwich! It was a spicy Taiwanese chicken sandwich. It was so tender and delicious! The people were so kind and offered to fill my thermos with ice water! I look forward to eating here again. read more

To start, service is exceptional. Always is. Good food, good vibes. The issue is the business itself. ALL of the menus pricing is incorrect. I'm not cheap and neither is this place. Why does it say one price on the the togo menu, another price on the in person menus, and the price on the actual machine they're using is INFLATED! Y'all are setting yourselves up for issues with dishonest pricing expecting the young girls at the counter to foot the brunt of the confusion. And to make matters worse there's a half torn posted note stuck to the corner of ONE of their IN PERSON physical menus trying to clarify the price gouging. It's 2025 and things are already astronomical and $15 for a drink and 7 nuggets let's me know y'all can afford to update your menus instead of letting your front of house staff bare the complaints for your business negligence. read more

This place is kind of in the middle of nowhere to me, but it was nice to see a Boba spot! It was nice to see a Boba spot that wasn't in Atlanta. The girls that work here are really nice but to be completely honest, I wasn't really a fan. The Thai tea is not able to be made without powdered dairy which kind of makes me think that it's not fresh? I don't know if it is fresh or not but I got the Thai tea latte so that I can add almond milk and to be completely honest it just taste like I'm drinking almond milk with a powdered flavoring... might've been the worst Thai tea I've ever gotten tbh and only a tiny scoop of boba :/ I'm not a fan, and I probably will not return, but the place is cute if you happen upon it! Hopefully they reach their target audience read more

I'm a sucker for a good tea, so I was excited to find a tea house while I charged my car at the nearby Tesla Super Charger station. I tried several teas (the thirst was real) and I ended up enjoying everything I purchased. Definitely recommend Ding Tea if you're in the area. read more

One word...Delicious! Great variety of tea and coffee drinks as well as snacks and desserts! The boba is very good with options of golden and black boba. There's also a nice variety of other toppings, popping pearls and jellies. The staff is professional and helpful. The facilities were clean and organized. We've been twice already and will most certainly be back. read more

Hi, i just want to say that the doughnuts here are amazing (along with the many other things on their menu) !! I love the design and vibe they had in here! Doris is an excellent worker. I was a bit anxious when I first came in, but getting to work out my order with Doris instantly calmed my nerves, it was fun and comforting. I enjoyed my experience even more because of her, and will be coming back for sure! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered a strawberry matcha, told the lady I don't like it sweet but she filled the cup with half of strawberry syrup. Got the beverage and it literally turned white (matcha is supposed to be green), didn't taste like matcha at all just milk and syrup. I asked the lady if she could remake it for me with less strawberry or no strawberry syrup at all. She said yes and then told me I had to pay again for it ($7). I asked if she could just remake it considering I didn't leave the store (just took two sips) & especially since I told her in the beginning I wanted less sweetener/syrup but she didn't listen. She said no she wouldn't remake it, I asked if there was a manger or someone else I. Old speak to she told me no. I didn't even drink it... an hour later after hving it in the fridge it completely separated and looked like this... idk what is in this "matcha" but I will never order again. Horrible drink horrible customer service (first photo is when I got the drink, second is after being in the fridge) read more

Overall 5/5. Why? The service, boba tea, and atmosphere are amazing! Food: I ordered a strawberry milk tea with popping boba and 50% sugar, and my mom ordered a soup. The strawberry milk tea was the best! I had a sip of my mother's soup and it was amazing. *THE FOOD/DRINK IS 5/5* Service: They were very fast and the server was doing a whole preparation! The people there were also very kind! *SERVICE IS 5/5* Atmosphere: The whole restaurant was decorated in a nice, cute, Korean style. I lived it. The tables you sat at even had pillows! I loved it! *ATMOSPHERE IS 5/5* *THE TOTAL RATING IT 5/5* read more

This place is a blast. My daughter has gotten into boba tea, and this is the place we take her. The decor is very charming (my daughter calls it "kawaii"). They deserve five star because I have no complaints. I'm always greeted. My drinks come out exactly the way I ask.

Happy to stop by here on our trip back from Savannah. The honey milk tea was good. I normally get my mild teas with zero sugar, which you obviously can't do with honey milk tea. The lowest was 30%, and it was just sweet enough without overwhelming the tea flavor. They sell mochi donuts here. I don't think they are made in house as they don't look as fresh as they should. Maybe find out when they receive them and buy them then. read more

Ding Tea right next to a supercharging station? Yes please. Though I have to say getting here and getting out was a bit crazy considering how much construction is going on. However, never been to this supercharger since it's relatively close to home, we decided to stop by and see what was around this place. One look, I saw Ding Tea and I just knew since we were there for a quick bathroom break why not try this location out? And yep. This place is great. I tried Ding Tea near where I lived and it wasn't as great compared to what I had in Charlotte and now here in McDonough! Overall, if you're looking for boba, this is definitely a place that needs to be on your list. read more

The day I decided to come back I was so disappointed. It was a Sunday Afternoon no one was in there. It was super warm inside and had a super weird stench. Came in ordered about 5 drinks and they were out of all boba of all colors. Crystal/black/brown strawberry we were told we could wait for it which who really knows how long or get another type of topping. Drinks came out fast just had high hopes for Boba and to be told they were out was disappointing. read more

First time at Ding Tea because it was on the way to Atlanta, but really should've waited until I got to Duluth. My drink was watered down and not enjoyable. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I tried the Hokkaido black milk tea; they ran out of black tea so I switched it to oolong. I thought it tasted like a non caffeinated caramel macchiato. The menu has snacks which is a plus. It's a well decorated shop. However, if you live down south then this is probably the best there is. It's near Tesla chargers so a good place to stop by to wait it out. read more

Always friendly and they always get your order right! Would recommend to anyone who wants a great boba drink.

I came to this establishment because I've been to the Ding Tea in Atlanta and it's so consistent and good. Lesson learned that not all franchises are the same. I will not be coming back here. I've been drinking and making Matcha milk tea for years and this was pretty bad. My drink tasted stale and I came back to get something different (not even a refund). I was denied a new drink and a denied a refund so tread lightly with this one y'all. read more
