Oh crap, I forgot to give her my phone number." *Pulls my car forward a little bit* "Hmm...are those mine? That seems pretty fast." "They just wiped my cup with that white towel that touches everyone's hand and every cup's lid. That's nice." *Pulls my car forward to the spot to pick up my cold brew* "Hazelnut cold brew?" "Yep, me. I'm gonna taste it real quick." *Sips out of the hole even though it disgusts me because of the white towel* "That actually doesn't taste like it has any hazelnut. It taste like plain cold brew. Could I have that remade please?" "Yeah, sure." *15 seconds later* "It tastes the same" *15 seconds later* "It tastes the same" *15 seconds later* My sister speaks up: "There must be something wrong. Is the same exact drink being made? We want an extra sweet hazelnut cold brew and it doesn't taste sweet, so something needs to change." "So, I think you want 2 scoops of hazelnut and we'll see how that goes." *30 seconds later* "Yes, that tastes like how I wanted it to. Thank you."

I've been to a Ding Tea in another state and gather that these are likely all privately-owned franchise locations. Today, I went into this location with almost my full family, so a large party of 6 with energetic small kiddos, aloof teenagers, and adults looking to entertain everyone. Here's what I'll say about this location: First, the staff is very friendly and was kind to answer all questions of the many first-time guests in our party. We all ordered different drink. Second, most of our party was luke warm in their drinks, even the brand new 4yo didn't really enjoy it. My brand new 6yo was the only one who really liked their order. The problem with mine was that it was too sweet even though I ordered it with "slight" sweetness, which is supposed to be 30%. Third, the restaurant isn't very clean. The floor is in need of a good mopping, the seats and table need to be wiped down, and the health score on the wall is only 80 (which suggests there have been multiple infractions). That said, the restroom was clean. We probably won't go back, as there are plenty other boba places in Henry County.

After a quick Google search for coffee nearby (fully expecting to end up at Starbucks), the name "Drip Thru Coffee" caught my eye. It's a quaint, tiny drive-thru hut-style spot sitting in a strip mall parking lot--super cute and convenient with a solid menu of all your coffee favorites. I ordered a large caramel macchiato and a banana nut muffin. The coffee was perfect--smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet. Customer service was top notch! The young lady who helped me had such a warm, friendly smile--it really stood out. The muffin was tasty, but a bit colder than expected (they don't warm them), so just keep that in mind. Overall, a great quick stop--solid 4/5 stars. I'll definitely be back!

There is free parking on both sides of the building, and they have seating inside and outside so you can enjoy your drinks and snacks. The dessert case was pretty empty inside, not sure because it was early afternoon or if it always looks like that, but it was an unattractive sight. The service was very friendly; I was greeted right away. They offer non-dairy options, which was perfect and I had the Thai tea with boba, I think brown sugar flavor but I'm not positive. I found the drink to have a decent taste, but it was very watery. I doubt that I would return again, I typically give a place a second chance but based on the reviews it seems like this is a consistent issue.

I'm not a fan of strong tart flavor so however they made the base is on point for me. However, as I read through the reviews.. I do agree the ratio of the açaí base vs the fruits was like 80/20 to me. Even though I did enjoy the açaí bowl and fresh fruits, added coconut and granola with honey,,, and based on the cost , I should have had more fruits added and less of the base ,,, I would have settled for 60/40!!! And what happened to my peanut butter,,, I could not even taste it ... because there was none!!!! OMG. I do love the decoration and how clean it was. Smelled good as I entered the place. I love how the place had live plants added bonus to the freshness scent. I'm NOT dissatisfied... I'd come back and ask for extra peanut butter for sure , since I did not get any on my first order. Lady who assisted was nice. But my peanut butter though. lol. I still give it a 4 star coz I did enjoy my bowl and my husband liked his smoothie.
