It's made with sea moss, soursop, mango, papaya, ginger, passionfruit nectar, and just a splash of agave nectar. It was SO refreshing. Not overly sweet, not heavy, just really well balanced. Sometimes smoothies like this can taste like somebody dumped half the produce section into a blender and hoped for the best. This one actually worked. The soursop and tropical fruit flavors came through nicely, and the ginger gave it just enough of a little kick without taking over everything else. The interior is spacious, clean, and comfortable, which I appreciated. It didn't feel cramped or rushed, and the overall vibe was easy and welcoming. I'd definitely come back and try something else, but that Soursop/Seamoss Smoothie is already a winner for me.

Moving to the Fayetteville area, it goes without saying that I couldn't wait to come to this location. Today, it was my two children and I looking for some cold goodness on this beautiful day. To begin, I wanted to go through drive thru, which was not functional. When I pulled up three high school aged kids were standing at the speaker box with the cadres open, directing me to go inside and order or pull up to the window. No big deal. Now once inside, it was one young lady working and two other young men floating around the store. We received a quiet greeting and I asked for a couple moments to review the menu. I almost felt rushed or maybe I wasn't reading fast enough. The young lady steps in my line of sight "Are you ready to order now?". Welp, I could have swore I would let you know, but hey.... Anyhow, we got three smoothies and the cost would have concluded on a good note until my Sun had to use the restroom. Now at this point all the kids are inside, toggling on phones or simply standing around. My 6 y/o proceeds into the bathroom and hesitates "Ma, the floor is all wet". Now you would think the next move would have been for a paid employee to let us know why the floor was wet or at least put up a caution sign stating the floor was wet. None of the above. Actually all five turned around and looked in the direction of the bathroom and proceeded to continue with they were doing. Frustrated as all get out... I stated "Is there something wrong with y'alls restroom?". One gal, "Oh we just mopped".... I WALKED TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE, PICKED UP THE CAUTION SIGN AND PUT IT IN FRIN THE RESTROOM DOOR. Now I'd be wrong to sue if I slipped and fell right? I definitely agree that there needs to be an accountable adult on shift at all times at this location.

It's frustrating to show up and find they don't have what you want. When I've tried to exchange items, they reject the offer, even though it's for something that's less than the original price. It honestly feels disrespectful, like they don't care about the customers. I've been disappointed so many times, and it's become a real inconvenience. I've tried to stay loyal, but the lack of consistency and poor customer service makes it hard. I'd recommend going to the one in Marietta instead - it's much better. It's cleaner, and the staff there knows how to interact with customers in a kind and respectful way. They really understand what good service should look like. At this location, it's been nothing but L's all season, and it's exhausting. I just think they need a complete overhaul, especially with their staff and management, because it's not the experience I signed up for.
