Visited for the first time today, have been wanting to come by and try it out. Ordered a pastrami sandwich on sourdough, no sauerkraut and it was very good. Ordered a small iced mint and was happy with my overall purchase. I was on a call so I did not get a chance for photos of the inside but it was a nice and comfortable area for a casual working space. The only drawback would be the almost lack of personable interaction. I know many places are going virtual but outside of a greeting when I walked in, I wasn't asked how I could be helped or even directed to the kiosk / computer to order. I just figured it out since no one really spoke up. Service was quick but that's just a personal thing for me, especially having been in the customer service field for years. I started a new job today in an area I've never been in and decided I needed a little extra courage in espresso form. My GPS took me here and I am SO glad it did!! I wanted to try a new spot for breakfast and this restaurant popped up on the map. Wasn't too far so I slid through. The inside is nicely laid out. A few chairs, tables, and high tops. The menu is up on the wall and you can place an order at the kiosk or with an employee. I got the French toast bagel with cinnamon bun spread and it's delicious I also ordered an Iced Brown Suga and it was good. I was taken aback that I charged for my milk selection even though the ingredients stated I got a choice of milk ‍ My initial interaction with the employee taking orders wasn't the best, while I am not sure it was intentional, it was a little off putting, but overall a decent experience. It was weird they called my name when my coffee was ready and walked it to another counter instead of sitting it down where we were standing or handing it to me. These are just things to consider, but I probably will return! read more

Service was amazing from the moment I walked in I was greeted. The cashier had recommendations on what and how I should order since that was my first time. I ended up ordering the everything bagel toasted with bacon, eggs and American cheese. The sandwich was delicious and I didn't even have to ask for it to be cut in half. I also ordered the caramel Frappuccino with almond milk. The drink wasn't my fave, so when I go back I will try a different drink. There is a plenty of seating for you to do work if you want, much quieter than Starbucks & seems like they have quite a few regulars as people were being greeted by name when they come in. This is my go to when I want a bagel sandwich. I order the breakfast sandwich because that's the best way to get what I want which is usually an egg sausage, lettuce and tomato on a toasted bagel. All their bagels are great. They make the food in the oven there so the eggs only come one way and that's fried, which works well on a bagel and I like that. When I tell you, this coffee was freaking amazing! They have a beautiful set up... like if you wanted to come and work or just come in with your laptop and watch a movie. It's definitely a cute little vibe. The staff is super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I forgot what my husband had but he definitely enjoyed his coffee and he's usually very picky and selective. Typically he doesn't enjoy his iced coffee that he gets from the different places that we try but he definitely loves this place. I had a dolce de Leche frappe and Boy when I tell you, I was in heaven. I usually like to wait until I get home before I finish my coffees, but man, I had to finish this before I got home. I looked at my husband and I was like "you know we're going back tomorrow" and he was like yup. so definitely sign up for those reward points if you'll be frequenting the place, just like me. read more

Great local spot. I love the bagels and the coffee. Every time I go in, I try a different bagel to get a sense of which ones I like and don't. Current favorite is the red pepper bagel, lightly toasted with garlic butter. That being said, this place is VERY popular. It's a small operation that is processing in-store orders AND online orders. Their online orders seem to be very busy. So, the wait time is a little long even if you walk in and you're the only one there. There may be 5 orders a head of you. On average, I end up waiting 5-10 minutes. If I could change one thing is maybe having a dedicated person who processes the in-person orders so people popping in aren't waiting so long. I may check out their online ordering to cut down on the wait time. Not their fault but I hate the plaza it's in. Why? It's hard to turn LEFT out of because it's close to the Starbucks/Chick Fil-A/Whatburger traffic cluster. Sometimes, I make the right, turn into the church on the left, and then pop out on the main road. OR, I pop in when I'm heading in that direction aka I need to make the right out of the plaza. As Henry County builds out and that road to Walmart on Hudson Bridge Road opens up, I hope they do something traffic-wise. I don't know if a light would make it better or worse. All I know is that there are some pretty cool businesses in that plaza but I hate visiting them because getting out is a challenge. Tip: If ordering in-person, they have a ordering kiosk. I often use that because the folks there are pretty slammed with orders. read more

After anxiously awaiting the opening of this place, it was finally open for business when I was in the area today. I stopped in with my 2yo in tow to check out what they have. We met the owner who told us that this is a soft opening menu and they are actively working on adding more options. I only have positive points to report: the prices are reasonable, the space is bright and open, and there's free WiFi! To top it off, the play list was a 90s R&B that I enjoyed and the space is Black-owned. I had a specialty coffee drink (iced) and my little one had a chocolate milk. Oh my goodness I feel like I had a trip to NY. One bite and I knew this was a NY bagel. If you know you know. The egg bagel egg bacon sandwich was so delicious and I realized how much I have missed real bagels since moving here. My mom had an egg bagel with Lox and cream cheese and onions and capers and she was in heaven. Nice seating area if you're eating in. They have only been open as of today 4 days so they are getting their rhythm down on getting the food out. It was so worth the wait. The owner and staff were super friendly and welcoming. The neon sign reads, "New York Bagels." It is no understatement. We have been on local coffee shops only for a number of years - no chains. Hubby discovered it early before golf and bragged about the delicious breakfast sandwich making sure to bring several fresh bagels home for me. Over the months since discovery, we place routine special orders for fresh NY bagels which I immediately wrap in foil and freeze for those special mornings when I deserve more carbs than usual. Today was the first day I actually stepped foot in the magic making institution. Usually this is a honey-do errand since it is in the scope of his golf travels. Small, quaint and comfy. Those were the things I liked about the ambiance of this cafe. Small enough to where you could hear every conversation but comfy enough to where you don't mind. Hospital clean as well! From the front door to the back restroom. The staff was super accommodating and made sure I didn't have one unmet need as I sat inside the cafe. If you order a sandwich or avocado toast from the menu it is fresh to order so it may take a while (10 mins tops). The real reason why I'm here... While headed to a funeral memorial service for a family member, I stopped off here with my sister to get food assuming the low profile of the location and empty parkinglot would mean timely service. First, everything is very over priced for very basic, not high quality food. The price for a singular bagel sandwich out priced full meals in the local 5min area-- I got 3 as I was purchasing for multiple people in our party. My hot food arrived cold, and my cold food was warm/room-temp. Second, The restaurant was almost empty when I came in, and the incoming ordering screen was almost empty. I was served cold coffee that took almost 10 minutes to get (the coffee order was for a hot latte), and my food sat for an over additional 20 minutes on the counter while they served everyone else and cleared the restaurant twice. Families were able to come in after me, order equal or more amounts of food, and leave before me. After absolutely every other order was cleared and everyone else was served, my bag (that again, had been sitting for over 20 minutes) was then given to me with a very smug attitude. What should have taken 10 minutes for a takeout order took well over 30. And what the staff didn't account for is this caused other issues for us as coordinators for the memorial service. Please, Save your money and go across the street to either of the other 3-4 coffee breakfast spots. read more
