If you look on glass you'll see the fly bottom left

The girls here had an attitude when they made my coffee wrong 3 times. It's a simple order it's on the menu. Nothing special. They kept adding extra sweetener so bad that I had my kid taste it who like coffee and was like "yuck it's pure sugar." Not to mention once getting my coffee I looked around the place was dirty. Fly in the food stand, crumbs everywhere, bathroom gross. The cooler glass dirty.

    Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte

Wed, June 8th, 2022 @5:59pm I'm currently trying to drink less sugar but when i do consume sugar, i usually get the (Iced) Matcha Green Tea Latte. the Hot Matcha Latte so far has tasted better than the iced but on certain days, the iced matcha latte taste better. That's okay though. i usually order via the starbucks mobile app (iphone) and i use the scan & pay and reload dollars into the app.

The Employees - friendly - they paid attention to me and my requests. I love the community involvement, especially the letters-to-troops table. The Experience - fast, friendly, accurate. The Cleanliness - not many clean tables.

Receipt from build-a-drink.com even though the Star Drink is literally an option.

They just decided to make up some shit with my drink. Asked for a dragon drink that they have been out of every time I've come this week so decided to do the kiwi star drink instead. Because they're all clearly incompetent, he just built a drink on the system and gave me a random number to pay. Asked why it was that amount and claims I "added" things onto the drink. Here's the receipt they were so reluctant to give me. Dear Starbucks, Please train your staff on drink items before shifts. Sincerely, A pissy customer.

This location is your typical Starbucks. Even when they are busy, they are still efficient and make eye contact when they give you your order. The baristas will explain what the new drinks are and give recommendations. The inside is clean and the patio area is a good place to hang out on sunny days.

No outside lights! I thought every store had those? Stopped by another one today.. and they have them.

This rating is NOT about the wondeful staff who I consider warm and courteous. THIS review is all about the safety hazards lurking from dusk to daylight. For the past 2 years I noticed when visiting here, the lighting was not like the other Starbucks, which are within 3 miles of 2 stores. But, as I stop here since Daylight savings, its more evident that this store needs some attention. As you look at the pictures PLEASE tell me where you SEE ANY OUTSIDE LIGHTS?? That's right-you don't! Except for the 3 standalone lights in that small ass drive through, which accidents have occured, is there lighting. And, its not AMPLE lighting. To be clear, the shopping plaza does have lighting, but the light directly in front of them doesn't work.....however this is not the issue. That's the shopping plaza's responsibility not Starbuck's. This is only about the lighting on the outside property of Starbucks itself. Read on... So, when I called the customer service number I was passed to the person who shared the District manager would handle. Hmmm, okay....the same District manager who scheduled a renovation in first quarter 2018. So....I know who I can't trust. Now, I visit and see the same ole same ole, except I need answers, not bullshi*t. So, see the pics for yourselfand if you visit here, PLEASE do your part to help get attention to this matter! A call to have the issues escalated would help. This is about the consumers, staff and environment to make it safe to go there from dusk to dawn.

Morning routine...sitting in the drive through line!

The drive thru was not adequately staffed for the BOGO sale from 2-6 pm today. Waited 30 minutes in line.

Slowest Starbucks ever. Always a line in the drive through which you'll sit in for at least twenty minutes. Don't go here!

I've been to a Ding Tea in another state and gather that these are likely all privately-owned franchise locations. Today, I went into this location with almost my full family, so a large party of 6 with energetic small kiddos, aloof teenagers, and adults looking to entertain everyone. Here's what I'll say about this location: First, the staff is very friendly and was kind to answer all questions of the many first-time guests in our party. We all ordered different drink. Second, most of our party was luke warm in their drinks, even the brand new 4yo didn't really enjoy it. My brand new 6yo was the only one who really liked their order. The problem with mine was that it was too sweet even though I ordered it with "slight" sweetness, which is supposed to be 30%. Third, the restaurant isn't very clean. The floor is in need of a good mopping, the seats and table need to be wiped down, and the health score on the wall is only 80 (which suggests there have been multiple infractions). That said, the restroom was clean. We probably won't go back, as there are plenty other boba places in Henry County.

Immediately upon entering there's a variety of booths, tables and bar seating. We opted for a table on the opposite side of the DJ so we could hear each other talk. Service was from Mimi who was very helpful in recommending the sides for our entree. We ended up ordering the jerk wings (appetizer), turkey wings with collards, dressing and candied yams. I ate the wings as my entree and we shared the sides. The presentation was great. Real plates & flatware. The sides came in their own bowls so the food doesn't touch. The strip mall entrance and parking a bit of a challenge. Full review below: I went in Saturday afternoon. It was lightly busy but fully staffed so help/attention came quick. Dining solo so I opted for a seat at the bar. Bartender was super attentive. Didn't have to wait long for a menu or to place my order. Also, she regularly checked in on how everything was. I ordered the Yellow Diamond Martini ($15) and it was delicious. I got the fried green tomatoes (4 pieces) for $11.95. Complimentary very tall cup of water. The tomatoes were a little small so this is definitely an appetizer/light snack...which is A-OK for me. It came out shortly after my martini was ready. Overall, minus tip, it came to $29. Music was playing through a speaker but not too loud. People could comfortably have a conversation. There are multiple tvs throughout. I appreciated that some of them were showing stuff other than sports. One monitor, near the restroom, is devoted to Culturistic Kitchen content, which is smart. I did use the restroom. It's two stalls and two sinks. The non-handicap/ADA stall is tiny. I'm like a medium-sized woman who is 5'7 and even I was like yikes. When the place is busy/packed I could see a wait or a line for the bathroom. The one major downside...which is not Culturistic Kitchen's fault is that the strip mall is not easy to get out of and onto the main road (Jodeco Rd) especially if you're turning left. The parking lots for all the shops, which are great businesses, should be bigger than it is. Don't be surprised if, during peak times, you may have to park 1-2 doors down from the restaurant. Overall, I would go again. I don't go out to eat that often (there's food at the house ) but if I want a good cocktail and a light snack or try some of their regular food items, I would come again. More than likely, I'd choose an off-peak time because I wouldn't want to experience it at near full capacity but that's just me.
