We waited in line for awhile!!! Not sure why it took so long but I ordered my typical drink a quad iced caramel macchiato. And when i got to the window i received a hot drink. When they remade my drink they didn't put my other 2 shots of espresso that I paid for so I was left with a milky sad macchiato:(. This rating is NOT about the wondeful staff who I consider warm and courteous. THIS review is all about the safety hazards lurking from dusk to daylight. For the past 2 years I noticed when visiting here, the lighting was not like the other Starbucks, which are within 3 miles of 2 stores. But, as I stop here since Daylight savings, its more evident that this store needs some attention. As you look at the pictures PLEASE tell me where you SEE ANY OUTSIDE LIGHTS?? That's right-you don't! Except for the 3 standalone lights in that small ass drive through, which accidents have occured, is there lighting. And, its not AMPLE lighting. To be clear, the shopping plaza does have lighting, but the light directly in front of them doesn't work.....however this is not the issue. That's the shopping plaza's responsibility not Starbuck's. This is only about the lighting on the outside property of Starbucks itself. Read on... So, when I called the customer service number I was passed to the person who shared the District manager would handle. Hmmm, okay....the same District manager who scheduled a renovation in first quarter 2018. So....I know who I can't trust. Now, I visit and see the same ole same ole, except I need answers, not bullshi*t. So, see the pics for yourselfand if you visit here, PLEASE do your part to help get attention to this matter! On my way back to Atlanta from Florida, I always pass this exit, sometimes passing through for gas. For the first time, I had to pee sooo bad, but I didn't need gas, so I decided to stop for a quick coffee fix. There's a drive-thru, which I don't prefer, because that just slows down my order when I walk in to buy my drink. After ordering my dirty chai, I headed straight for the bathroom. I took my time, and when I came out a couple minutes later, my chai wasn't waiting for me like I expected. Great Starbucks location. Placed a mobile order in an on the go hurry. Store takes orders online at 530 a.m. I arrive at the location around 540 a.m. the store isn't open nor is there anyone inside. Needless to say, I'm in a hurry and my online order which was charged and excepted isn't ready. So I leave and make my way to work without my order. However, a few hours later I call the location to settle the issue. Staffing was so great enough to apologise, print the receipt of my order and, set it aside for a next day pick up without charge. A bit inconvenient but, I understand as in all things the same with business, life happens. I was impressed with how they responded and rectified the situation. 3 stars because it is a new location finding it's feet. However, the staff along with service is great. If I could give them 0 stars I would! I was picking up a Uber order. I stood in this location for 30 minutes still no order! I inquired but the gentleman and light skinned girl behind the counter were too busy having personal conversations and giggling rather than focusing on the orders. Plenty of people left upset!! This was a great and unexpected stop on our way down to Florida. Located right off the freeway, there is a drive thru which makes things very convenient. I always bring in my own cups, so that way get a little discount ($.10) but not much. The girl rang up my drink order and the price seemed more than usual, so I checked the receipt and noticed that she didn't give me the discount. I mentioned to her that she didn't give me the discount and she said that she had input that I was using one of their cups instead of giving me the discount.
