When patrons are sat in section of your wait staff and they are busy attending other tables, the last thing you should do is not acknowledge their presence. Today, we sat and watched the staff walk by us a couple of times without saying a single word. Now, we can see that they are busy, but to not acknowledge us is unacceptable. If you would have said, " good morning, I will be with your folks" OR any kind of communication to us would have been nice. I then flagged down the hostess( Aiyana) WHO WAS REALLY SWEET AND HELPFUL, to see whose section we were in. She apologized and went to let the young lady know to stop by our table. The hostess is the one who then brought us water. Eventually, the waitress finally made it our table with a greeting that was more mechanical/robotic , than caring. I just wanted to end this experience right there but I was hungry . To the future diners, hopefully this review helps you if you are looking for a great dining experience.
