I pulled up to the window and the employee (woman with Blk hair) looked at me and continued her conversation with another lady that was inside. No problem, I figured she was finishing an or something. We sat there for a very long time (10 mins) patiently, and we're not even acknowledged. Very disappointing because I am a regular customer and have not experienced this before and unfortunately today I could not go inside, but to not be acknowledged or at least someone saying "hold on it's gonna be a minute but, I'll be with you" is not OK. 2 stars because the donuts have been good on other occasions but the manager spitting his skoal in a cup is very off putting. I am so glad Love Donuts & Coffee have come to Conyers because there is no other donut shop in town. They make the best traditional donuts I have had in a long time. They have yeast-raised and cake donuts, and they even have some donuts that have cereal toppings that go really well with my kids' personalities. What I really like about this location is their drive-through capabilities so you can order a dozen donuts for you and your friends very quickly. I hope they stay in Conyers forever because we really needed a shop like this. The first time I visited, I was a little confused because the speaker was covered in a trash bag, but that was because it didn't work. I typically order the glazed donuts for myself or my co-workers are EVERY TIME THEY HAVE BEEN DELIGHTFUL. Their glazed donuts are light, warm, and so delicious! I've been to this establishment twice, although the donuts taste great, one of the employees that I am assuming is either the manager or the owner has skoal in his mouth, which is very gross being in the food industry serving donuts while having to spit into a cup at some point. It also wouldn't hurt for the staff to wear gloves as they are handling money and serving donuts at the same time all together great concept but very poor execution of just common courtesies and the biggest one of all is the need for a spit cup while serving others. Gross!!!!! This business has not been here that long and I hope that they will correct these issues and have a long business life. read more

I mentioned to the cashier that it took a long time to be serviced and she said we wait on everyone on the inside before servicing the window. I told her they should post a sign letting people know that so they can decide whether to go inside or wait in the drive through.
