I go to the Starbucks when I need to get things done and I need no distractions. The ambience in there is OK but sometimes the music is way too loud. I have asked them to turn it down and they do it with no hesitation. I don't really eat food there I go for the coffee, the brown sugar, shaking espresso, can be a hit or mess only because everyone doesn't make it correctly. The bathrooms could be cleaned a lot better also this location is very busy. The line can be wrapped around the building at times don't even go in and try to place your order when the line is wrapped around the building because you will wait longer than the people in the drive-through which is just crazy to me. read more

The very worst Starbucks we have ever visited cross-country!! We spent about 45min on the drive-thru and because the line was not moving at all we decided to order via Mobile App for pick up to get a head-start. It quoted 5 to 8min... ready by 5:13 the latest. We got to the speaker by 5.17 so it should have been ready...but they said only one was ready an the other one was still in the works. We got to the pick up window at 5.23 and the one drink was still in the works. By 5.30 we actually returned the 1 drink and asked for a full refund. The guy said they were understaffed and only 2 people working... but where's the manager??? If you don't have staff come in and support your team. Literally everything we ordered came out wrong and the wait was so long. The lady at the checkout was kind and I could tell she entered all correctly - receipt showed that and the labels on the item showed that but the workers who prepared everything went out of their way to do the opposite of what the order stated. Bacon on all the sandwiches - we don't eat meat. No sweetener in any of the drinks that asked for sweetener. They certainly went out of their way to get things wrong. We were on the road and in a rush. We waited over 15 mins for our order and weren't about to wait another 15 to have it all remade. Starbucks isn't cheap so felt like a lot of wasted time and money. Terrible attitudes and horrid service. I will NEVER come back to this location. I ordered a venti, iced, shaken espresso, no classic syrup, brown sugar syrup, whole milk, with LIGHT ICE. They said, OK! There was no mention of policy when taking my money. When I get my order, FILLED TO THE BRIM WITH ICE, I called their attention to their error. They rudely came back with some BS about "new policy" and that they can't remake it. I pressed on and mentioned that I always order this drink, even two day prior, with no problems. They reluctantly said they would remake it, but actually just dumped half the ice and drink out, filled it back up with whole milk, and handed it to me. There was only 1 girl who was friendly and helpful (so sorry I didn't get her name) however, she was light skinny and kinda tall and was working the drive through on Labor Day around 2-5pm. The manager is lazy. She sat in the back office on the phone while the drive through AND inside line were ridiculously long. I had to ask twice for a manager before she eventually came out from the back. They're severely understaffed, and no one seems to know what the heck they're doing. The slowest Starbucks in operation. I ordered twice and both times took between 20-25min to receive my drink. They don't work efficiently and run like chickens with their heads cut off. They're all over the place with no designated work areas. The area is nice, although it could use a sweep or a wet cloth on the tables and common areas. read more

Not to mention she suggested we get back in our cars and sit in the drive thru line if we wanted faster service, why is the lobby open then if your drive thru is more efficient than your store lobby? I would understand if the line outside was impeding traffic, but if that's not the case...what are they doing in here with 7 staff members behind the counter? I get my normal drink when I come there on Hwy 138. The line can take awhile to go down on different occasions. I never had a problem with the workers as they usually compliment me most of the time. The building is new compared to other Starbucks in the surrounding areas. The outside seating area is relaxing for those that want to talk or chill. The inside is a great place for talking business or meeting for job interviews, etc. It's location is good in between Chick-fil-a across the street, taco bell nearby, Burger King and more. read more

Stopped in and was surprised at the size of this place. There's plenty of places to sit and relax while enjoying your beverage. I ordered the black mango tea lemonade and it was pretty good. Not overloaded with mango syrup either. I was also in need of little norishment so I settled on the spinach and artichoke dip with pita chips. It was served hot and was full of artichoke but since I enough artichokes, the dip was pretty tasty and I'm pretty sure there was a bread crump topping and I spent a little over $9.50 for both. The staff was friendly and I could tell they have a real connection with the customers as they knew many of them as soon as they walked in the door. The only downside was the music was a bit too loud for my taste (well I guess the music is is on super low at other Starbucks) and the bathroom was in need of love. Of all the reviews I've written, this might be the first time I've wished that Yelp had a zero star rating. I just had the worst Starbucks experience EVER at the Starbucks location (and I've been to A LOT of Starbucks stores!) How bad, you ask? The store itself was filthy, from the counters to the floors. The bathrooms were disgusting. The garbage hadn't been emptied in hours. But to make matters worse, it took over 40 minutes to get two drinks. I ordered my drinks, to be made in my reusable red holiday cups. Somehow my orders never got attached to the cups so they proceeded to sit on the counter for 25 minutes. When I asked the staff about my drinks, they STILL didn't make them. I grew more frustrated as I waited and had to ask yet another employee to make our drinks. Honestly, if I hadn't actually needed coffee for the road trip I was on, I would have left. We usually plan our stops on road trips around Starbucks locations as we can usually depend on them providing quick service with a clean interior.
